These are very comfortable and well made shorts. They have a flattering fit but aren't too short. I would 1000% recommend them.

After reading other reviews I purchased the size * and 10. I usually wear a size 8 in the Lily Callahan shorts, but I actually like to wear white shorts a bit larger than other colors. The 8 and 10 fit exactly the same and when I measured them against each other the 8 waist was actually about a 1/4 inch larger?? I kept the 8 and returned the 10 for reference I am 5'5 145# athletic build smaller on the bottom- a daily runner

I have purchased other Lilly Callahan shorts before but this short feels smaller than the others I have purchased. Unfortunately I had to return them.

These do fit a bit more snug than my other Callahans. Sent back because I didn’t like how the front pockets showed through. Maybe if they were looser it would be less obvious but it bothered me. I prefer a thicker or lined white short- I thought these textured ones would be different but I guess I’ll have to keep looking.

These run very small! They are cute but sizing is way off and they are short like 3 inches not 5.

These shorts fit well on my petite frame. I have slender legs and they were well - proportioned. The color is nice and I really like the slightly textured fabric.

Love these! they are running a bit small from previous years, but not enough to size up.

These are a pretty waffle weave, which dresses these shorts up a tad. I am not sure why they are called Callahan however. I own several Callahan shorts in terrific Lilly prints, all in size 2. I had to exchange these in size to for a size 4. The 2 were snug and very short. These shorts are cut straighter than my other Callahan’s and they are much shorter as well. It was easy to verify just by holding them up against each other. I am pleased to have these in a 4. They are very classy looking, making them very appropriate for beach side dining.

I have multiple pairs of printed Callahans and wear a size 6 in the cotton, and a 4 in the "blends." These size 6 were cut smaller in the waist and thigh. These are going back for an 8. Great color and material though.

These are my favorite shorts of the summer. A nice length -- not too short, not too long. The waffle weave fabric has held up to repeated wearings with no signs of use and works well dressed up or down. I found these shorts to run true to size.

These are small! I wear a size 4 in a dress and skort and size 6 was too small. I cannot believe I am ordering an 8!

These are your typical fit Lilly. My only complaint is that they are not a super bright white.

These shorts are REALLY cute. They are of a very attractive waffle weave. However, they run much smaller, or would that be shorter, than all of my other Callahan shorts. I have four pairs of Callahan shorts, all in size 2. I ordered these in size 2, but am returning them. Although they fit sort of okay, they were more snug, not pulling or too small, just closer to the body. But the really strange thing is that although all of my Callahan's are 5" inseam, including these, they are much shorter. I held them up to some of my other Callahan's, and they are at least an inch, and maybe closer to two inches, shorter. They are simply too short to wear anywhere other than hanging out around the house or at the beach.

These do NOT run small. Just like all my other Callahan shorts, they run a size smaller than my true size. After reading a review stating they ran small, I bought my true size, and they hung on me. So, sending them back to get the smaller size.

These Callahans run small. I've worn this style for years, but will have to try a larger size in these.
