Not perfect, but meet the need. The toe strap is has a bit of strange placement, seems too far forward. Like the brown color, matches what is pictured online. More comfortable than most, still has the potential to bother on the back if the heal like all shoes of this style. Nice soft leather.

This is my 4th pair...yes, my 4th! They are so comfy & attractive. You can wear these straight outta the box. Love the little heel & the back zipper. True to size (7). The pale gold goes with everything. Can be casual or dressy. I live in Palm Desert & wear these 24/7. Buy them-you won't be disappointed.

The shoes are a bit stiff right out of the box, so I think I will have blisters the first few times I wear them. Also, the buckle and zipper are not gold, as pictured. They’re more of an ash black metal that blends into the shoe.

These are the most comfortable work shoes I've had in a long time. I have a high arch, bunions, and a wide toe spread. These don't irritate anywhere. The sole feels soft and comforting; I understand it's been treated to minimize bacterial growth -- great for sweaty feet! The thing I love is that with all this comfort, it's a shoe with nice style and attractive fit. No annoying squeaks or excessive clomping sounds on the hard floor at work either. My only worry is that I will wear this black pair out by putting them on every day. Should I buy the navy, too?

I bought these last minute to wear for a wedding weekend and was THRILLED! So comfortable--right out of the box. I wore them on a walking tour and even ditched the heals I was going to wear to the actual wedding and wore these sandals instead. We danced 'til dawn and never had an ache or pain from these sandals. Crazy Comfortable! True to size and perfect sandals.

Favorite Sandal. I loved these so much ordered in two colors and am trying to control myself by not ordering a 3rd (I will likely regret this later). I wam at these to work so walk on them all day. I get compliments on them and they can be dressed up or down. Super comfy, no problem areas! Order these! Soft gold go with everything!

One shoe was bigger than the other. Not enough support for me. If you have a bunion these are not the shoe for you

I’m always nervous ordering shoes online, but these fit perfectly! I have neuropathy in my left foot and it’s narrower than my right. So it’s important that the shoe is adjustable. I love the look of a strap across toes, but my foot usually slides. This shoe had a toe strap like flip flops. So my foot stays where it should! Most likely ordering more in other colors!

I just love these and may grab in another color. Super comfortable and go with all sorts of looks

I wanted sandals that would look good with my maxi dress that would be comfortable and a little dressy. I think these are going to fit the bill. I haven't worn them yet but they looked and felt good when I tried them on. I was glad I was able to stop looking for some shoes that would work!

First I would like to say that I truly appreciate Zappos return policy. These Kenneth Cole Reaction sandals are stinkin' cute! I normally wear a 6 wide in sandals and these were VERY close to the length of a recent Earth Hera sandal purchase. I was not too concerned about the width as this real leather would have stretched if necessary. My problem was with the ankle strap. Even at the end hole on the buckle it was still a bit tight so maybe I have too high of an arch? I am slightly heavy for my size but I truly have small ankles. The toe separator did not bother me but it was noticeable (like any flip flop style). The last thing I would say would be that the heel area kinda stuck out weird at the bottom of the zipper, causing an un-natural bump...not real noticeable but when looking in a full length mirror - I noticed.

These hurts my toes. For anyone with a wide foot or even slight bunions avoid these. Super cute though!

Super cute shoes! I have what I describe as Fred Flinstone feet- wide and thick. I was so excited these actually fit! The strap that goes between my toes just gets a little “fatigued” after about 6 hours, but overall would definitely recommend.

Right shoe was damaged. A very obvious imperfection on the surface right at the front, in the middle. Stain? Glue? So disappointing. The foot bed was also oddly, and in a good way, very different from the same shoe I got in the mushroom color -it was thicker and more cushioned. First time in over 10 years I received a damaged product from Zappos.

They seem to run big. Cute shoe, very stylish, but just didn't fit at all. Returned

Super cute and versatile. I wear them with skirts, dresses and shorts. The back portion was slightly stiff and came up a little higher than I’d like, making them less comfy than other Kenneth Cole sandals I’ve had. But they got softer after several wears and it doesn’t bother me now. A great go-to with a low heel for when you’re on your feet all day.

fit was fine, but the shoe is not the same as the photo. The buckle is a dark black not gold which changes the look drastically in my opinion. Also the sole material and leather are pretty cheap looking.

Other reviews led me to believe that these would be more comfortable than they are. I have other shoes of a similar style and wasn't expecting Teva/Dansko level comfort from a pair of KC Reaction... but these were incredibly stiff and rather cheap feeling. They ran a half size too large as well. Ah well, nothing ventured nothing gained!

I wanted to love these but the toe stem hurt and the zipper was too stiff to move easily. Loved they way they looked. Wish they worked for me.

Comfortable shoe right out of the box. I vary between 7.5 and 8. Had the 8 and returned for 7.5. Will be cute dressed up or down, and plan to wear for a wedding this summer.

Love this style! Have in most colors. So cute and comfortable to stand and walk in all day. Little platform heel so dresses them up more than just flat sandals. Can wear dressed up or down. Brown is the perfect “pecan” color just as shown. Even with the little toe material under the strap doesn’t bother me like some others where material hurts between toes. Love them and hope this style never goes away!

This is the third pair of navy Great Gals I have purchased in the last 5 years. I also have other colors, but these are my go-to sandals for work and evenings out. I have received more compliments on this footwear than anything I've ever worn! So, I recently gifted a Size 6 to an 80+ year-old lady who compliments me on them regularly. She loves the look, but not on her, LOL! Fortunately, Zappos makes the return process so easy!

I love these. They were comfortable right out of the box. I bought the black bc I already have them in navy. Moderate support. Feels great even on the foot I’ve had surgery on. I wish there were more colors

Beautiful shoe, but neither the 8M or the 8.5M fit properly.
