I have flat feet and significant over probation. I just completed a 10 mile run with these and the performance was excellent. Very rigid inner support, comfortable - perfect. And they look rad, too. Aqua, neon yellow, black, goes with everything.

I usually wear Asics but I thought I would try these Nikes. I have bunions, flat feet and over pronate a lot. This shoe corrects the over pronation (look at the sole that doesn't cut in at the arch) has a wide toe box and fit very well. It's cute too. I typically wear an 8.5 for "street" shoes the 9.5 fit well as it is a running shoe.

I really liked the look of this shoe but unfortunately the 11 N ran too small and the 11.5 N ran way too big.

I love these! I have slim feet. Usually wear 7½S but in this type of shoe I wear a 8N. They actually feel skinny enough! They are lightweight and cushioned with a great arch. I still wear my orthodic under the inner sole. These are keepers!

Loved this shoe but it made my foot supinate (turn outwards). Maybe this is due to the combination of good arch support and my flat feet, but it didn't feel right for running.

Very comfortable and outstanding support. I am very happy there is the wide width option since Nike shoes are usually too narrow for me.

I absolutely love these shoes. I have to wear sneakers most of the time because my feet hurt, but these have a lot of style and are comfortable even with my many foot issues. I can even wear my orthotics. I will be looking to see if they come in other colors.

This is a quality shoe, and not bad looking either. However, the arch support was too much for me. Put them on and wore them for moderate aerobics, and my arches were burning with pain. That has never happened before - ouch! So while I think this is a great shoe, it just doesn't work for my feet. I have narrow low-volume feet and have slight overpronation on one foot. Would still try them again, but they need to be returned in new condition, so back they go. Too bad.

Love these shoes. I wear a 9.5 in regular shoes and a 10 in running shoes and the 10 was perfect. I get lots of compliments on these shoes. They're comfortable. I can run in them. I also wore them almost every day in Disney world with 0 issues.

These are a fantastic pair of sneakers that require no break in time. They are lightweight, are stylish without being too bright, and look halfway decent with a pair of jeans. I need a lot of ankle support and arch support-this shoe fit both requirements while still having a roomy toe box. Well done Nike.

VERY comfortable! My heel feels secure. Excellent arch support! I would order up a 1/2 size. Especially if you are using these for running.

Nike narrow and comfortable for running. Look out Saucony and Brooks.

I've never been able to wear Nike shoes because of my ridiculously wide feet. No more! I love these shoes: wide width is actually wide enough (!!!), very light, comfortable and cute as heck. I got the Cool gray Fuschia flash. I'm so glad i took a chance and got them. I typically wear wide width saucony shoes for exercise, which are great but they're bulky and just not as pretty. Nike zoom structure 19 are my new favorites!

Great light weight shoes. Having worn Nike in the past, I always felt they ran a bit short so I ordered 1/2 size up because I wear socks. If I wore these without socks they would be slightly loose, but with socks (mid weight) the fit is perfect. So I feel these are very true to size. They are comfortable right out of the box. My arches are very high, so for most people with average arches the support will be excellent. I have even hiked up to 10 miles in these and my feet felt great after (I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE FOR HIKING ALL OF THE TIME) but just saying, that's how great they feel! I bought the grey fuchsia flash. Nice colors!

I visited local stores that specialized in athletic shoes. I must've tried on 15 pairs - no luck! I should've just checked out Zappos first. Wonderful selection - easy peasy to buy, exchange, return. What more could I ask for. And I LOVE the shoes! My custom orthotics fit nicely, and the shoes feel great.

These shoes exceeded my expectations. I ordered 1/2 size up after reading the other reviews, and the length was just right. Very comfortable and supportive shoes. Nice to find these offered in a narrow width.

This is definitely not a shoe for an underpronator or supinator as stated in the description on here. My foot immediately rolled out. This shoe is made for an overpronator for sure. Seems nice otherwise, colors were fun.

With flat narrow feet and weak ankles, I normally don't have a great selection of stylish running shoes to choose from (sigh...). So I was happy to see that Nike was offering a structured shoe in a narrow width on Zappos. When I got them, I replaced the insoles with my own custom orthotics and was good to go. The Air Zoom Structure 19 is quite comfortable but has less structure and support than my usual shoes (Asics Gel Kayano) so I cannot wear them for very long walks/runs. However they are still comfortable and stylish, and I'm hoping to adjust to them over time. So overall I am very pleased with my purchase and especially like the rad two-tone aqua soles of these shoes. I wish they were offered in colors other than grey in a narrow width.

I work in a hospital and have a hard time finding comfortable shoes. These seem to be great so far. I normally wear a six, but went a half size up in these like I do for most Nike shoes, and they fit perfect.

I was presently surprised by Nike. I haven't worn a pair in years because they just didn't fit my over pronating feet well. Thank you for making a stability shoe that isn't clunky, heavy or lame. My foot felt properly placed and snugly held in a cushioned ride.

Great shoe! I bought on a recommendation from a friend. I like Nike's, but usually can't wear because I have wide foot and need support for running. These are comfortable, wide enough and provide the support needed for my 3-5 mile walk/runs. I would not recommend for long runs...a bit heavier than a good running shoe.
