Background: UnderPronator, Ankle overuse issues, recurring leg fractures, heel/toe gait, road runner, 5-6 miles 4 days per week, Nike loyalist. Though expensive these sneakers are the real deal! Feels like I am running on a tire with gel inside! Lots of support! Especially as my heels hit the ground there is a cushy bounce back that supports that impact I usually feel with other sneakers. Great buy!

I have narrow feet, heel strike, and undersupinate. I was wearing a saucony neutral minimal shoe but they felt like they wore out too quickly and had a little too much space which lead to rubbing... then blisters so I decided to change it up. These were great right out of the box. My narrow feet feel hugged and the toe box has just enough space to be comfortable without my toes swimming around and gripping for stability. Most importantly my stride hasn't felt this good in a long time. I'm landing mid-foot rather than heel and I can feel the rolling push off straight through my big toe, rather than along the outside of my foot. My only complaint would be that these are NOT as pictured. I got the blue and pink which online look like a gorgeous periwinkle but in person are more of a bright electric blue. I don't love the colors but I run enough that these will be replaced in a few months so I can tolerate them till then. It was more important to me to have the shoes when I needed them than color.

Ordered these shoes from Zappos. As these are my favorite running shoes, (comfort, fit, extra cushion) I was delighted to find them on Zappos website at a discount.They came quickly and I put them to use the day after they arrived I am very pleased with the quick and efficient service I received from Zappos.

These are like wearing clouds! The insole is super cushy, and the ankle area is padded also! I underpronate, and these are working great for me. I usually wear a 9/9.5 in regular shoes, but I sized up to a 10 (which is what I wear in my usual Asics)

This shoes are amazing to run in! I have always bought asics cumulus, but have found the last two versions have changed drastically and aren't at all as high quality as before in terms of construction and comfort. I need a wide size and the options are limited to find wide shoes that work well and don't look like boats! These shoes as soon as I put them on felt just right. The first time I ran in them I took a minute off my mile without even trying. Its amazing what supportive , well built shoes can do for you! Worth every penny and plan to buy more to stock up incase the next version of these take am asics type downhill turn!

This is a well-cushioned shoe, great for those of us with minor knee pain who still want to run. In the past, I love Nikes because they ran a bit narrow but have plenty of room in the toe box (I have narrow feet). I also always had to size up to a 9. More recently, I haven't found this to be the case, however, this particular shoe is back to what I would call the standard Nike fit (slightly narrow, runs slightly small).

I am a nurse and on my feet for 10+ hours at a time. These shoes have been great! Fit is perfect and the comfort is 5 stars for what I use them for. I am not a runner so unable to review in regards to that. Since wearing these shoes at work, I have had great relief of knee and back pain. Overall very happy with feel and style.

Nice fit, great cushioning ,especially the forefoot which is not common for Nike, fun color. I bought these for cross training (I need lots of cushioning) and the design of the heel outer sole does not work. The sole has a groove / technology which might work for running but that makes the shoe feel unstable for cross training. I took off one star because of that groove. I cannot run anymore. Otherwise I would have kept them!

Most comfortable shoe I have ever owned. Plenty of cushioning and support.Roomy toe box. Loved them.

The Vomero's are the most comfortable Nike's I've owned. I would definitely purchase this style in another color.

Obsessed with these shoes! I've had Vomeros before and always love the cushioned support they provide. Plus the pink and gray coloring is very stylish.

My favorite Nike running shoe! I bought the zoom vomero 9 on clearance and couple of years ago and in between I switched to another brand. No good. I'm back to the vomero and I can't be happier.

I have slightly narrow size 10-10.5 feet with long large toes and a narrow heel, so finding shoes to fit my feet is difficult. I usually have to size up to an 11N in athletic shoes which I did with this shoe (hard to find narrow). I soon realized that the shoe was too big as my toes were trying to grip for stability. I ended up going down to the 10.5N which hugs my feet but doesn't irritate my toes. The cushioning is wonderful in these shoes as well as the arch. I do have to add a metatarsal arch even tho my rheumatoid arthritis is in remission, I still need that support. Thanks Zappos for the easy exchanges and returns!

These shoes are both attractive and comfortable! I use them for crossfit and running. I've worn asics gel nimbus for years and although they are an amazing, very comfortable shoe, these are a great alternative and a look I prefer over the asics. Zappos customer service is exceptional. In the years I've bought from them, never have I come across someone who was not helpful or unfriendly. They are awesome to work with with returns/exchanges. Love zappos!

Great cushioning

Terrific shoe. Cushioning, good looking, fits like a glove. Wore on my vacation to Germany and Austria where we walked many miles a day. Highly recommend.

My favorite running shoe for years. Had to order up a half size, with vomero 10 and 11 runs smaller too, for my feet. Well worth the cost.

Amazing fit! So glad to be able to order size narrow, I have never had sneakers fit me so well. Length runs slightly large.

I stopped wearing Nike's several years ago because of the poor fit but read about these so much I gave them a try. I love them. They are perfect for working out and running around (I still run in Brooks) but they are lightweight, comfortable and fit really well. I have high arches and a narrow heel and I don't need inserts or anything. I am really happy with these.

Great comfortable shoe. I use mine for road and city walking. They are supportive with max cushioning.

Love these running shoes - decent support (although I also use a Superfoot insert) and a nice wide toe box. Perfect for dealing with my neuroma near my fourth toe.

The Nike Air Zoom Vomero 11 is quite comfortable. I ordered it in a narrow. The heel does not quite feel narrow enough. The Vomero 11 is considerably more comfortable than both the Nike Pegasus and the Nike Structure. As someone who has worn Asics narrow shoes for over a decade, this shoe just does not feel very secure on my feet. It feels like a comfy shoe to wear all day long, but it does not feel secure enough for serious running or exercise. Overall, it is the best narrow shoe Nike offers. I wish Nike made more of their shoes in a narrow width.
