These look nice, roll like a dream but the straps to hold your clothes in place are fixed length elastic. Loose elastic at that. They do not hold your clothes tightly in place so if you open the wrong side, everything falls out :(. I am used to fabric straps that loosen and tighten based on what you need and I pack neatly with the straps pulled tight. I hate them and haven't even left for my trip yet. Lesson learned; make sure to scrutinize the hold down straps before buying new luggage.

Loved the look of this, however, this is extremely hard to maneuver with. It does not feel very sturdy as you move about the airport.

I purchased the 20 inch spinner to match my larger Omni luggage. The wheels on the 20 inch spinners do not glide as smooth as the wheels on the larger luggage. It is very hard to maneuver through the airport

Considered an oversized checked bag on all major airlines I've researched thus far. The norm is a linear max 62". This bag is over 65". Why didn't Samsonite make this an air-travel friendly large suitcase? Such a waste.

Bought two a couple months ago. First trip no problem. The second trip I was carrying the luggage down my stairs and the top handle broke off. The bag then fell down my stairs damaging my walls. Very upset with this product and how cheaply made the handles are. And after only using them once. Would not purchase again.

The suitcase was exactly what I needed. However as soon as I put weight in the suitcase one wheel stopped spinning. Sort of defeats the purpose.

I brought this for a week long trip. Arrived on time and in good condition. I normally pack the night before and close my suitcases the morning of travel. In my horror the outer zip busted before I could close the case. Case was half empty. Thankfully I had a backup case on standby otherwise a delayed lost vacation. To say disappointed is an understatement . I've always recommended Samsonite products perhaps it's time to look elsewhere. Returning the product ASAP!!

I was on a long trip to Asia, and the luggage withstand multiple checks-in and rough terrains. I especially like the lock feature which allowed me to keep items locked in situations where there are no safe in rooms. There is plenty space to fit additional stuff brought back from trip. I only have samsonite luggages and they have held up well for over 10 years and would like to see how well this one would hold up.

Luggage is sturdy. Not a lot of wear & tear on it yet. But it's well made. Wheels roll easily.

I had read some reviews of people saying the spinner wheels weren't that that great but thought it could be something that either I could overlook or not care that much about. I just took it on an international trip and I cannot tell you how much it actually mattered. The wheels aren't really the 360-spinner easy glide, they are similar to shopping cart wheels in that they have to be facing the direction you want to push the suitcase. By the end of the trip my shoulder was killing me from struggling constantly trying to maneuver the suitcase to glide forward and ultimately completely stopped using it as a glider and ended up just pulling it along on two wheels - which probably made my shoulder feel worse. For this brand and this price point, this small feature should be a slam dunk no problem - but unfortunately it's not. The plus side is that for its size it is roomy and I surprisingly fit more clothing and items than I had anticipated in a carry on. It also fit easily in overhead compartments. But due to the wheel issue I see myself passing on using this suitcase again and will just use others that I already own that actually glide, which is super disappointing.

Dear Samsonite Customer Service Team, I am disappointment and frustrated with the quality of one of your products, specifically the Omni PC medium spinner that I purchased recently. I am a long-time supporter of Samsonite and have always trusted the brand for its durability and craftsmanship. However, on my very first use of the luggage, the handle broke, which has left me dissatisfied with the product.

Suitcase was difficult to push on some surfaces. Held up well from international travel.

I haven't used it on a trip yet, but i like the size, weight, wheels, color, & the interior. It appears to be a great quality piece of luggage.

Second time I've purchased this one. Both had the same issue. Trying to fill out the repair request form and it won't submit the request.

Wheel broke after one trip and customer service has been terrible.

Could use interior storage pockets for better organization, after first flight it was damaged a little on corners where it felt like material was rubbing off. But so far so good im happy with it . But wish it was still as spiffy as when i bought it .

The luggage was nice and sturdy but the wheels did. It work properly making it very hard to pull.

Huge and sturdy! This is the 2nd OMNI we purchased for the family!

Beautiful color but wheels don't spin as well as I feel they should for a "spinner set". Also having trouble resetting the lock code. Happy w/ my purchase however.

The zipper broke open on my first trip with it. I got it at baggage claim and the zipper was gaping open. I'll be returning it.

Poor design missing needed handle on side like most other luggage

It seems to be a good spinner, but I've only had it for one trip. I'll give it four stars for now. I don't really care for the external lock on this one as it seems like it can be easily broken by baggage handlers.

Its seems sturdy. How many years is the warranty of this luggage?

Love my suitcase.it's good looking n good size.looks strong.
