I was between the RVCA Weekend and these, but the RVCA fit quite a bit above the knee and felt tighter through the upper thigh than these. They have a more mature look than the normal Frickin Chino. My thighs aren't that big, but the slim leg opening does not always slide freely back into position. Overall these are a polished short with good surfer style but some sacrifice of comfort due to the slim fit.

The fit was true to size and the length is similar to photo which I was looking for - they do not go above the knees when sitting. I am 6’0” tall for reference.

This is our third pair, because if the (shoe) shorts fit, buy more than one! My teenage son likes the look and feel, and so do we, and they are a great price for the quality. Thanks Zappos...again!

Fit true to size. Now these shorts are partly made of recycled plastic and to me they feel even softer than the older frickin chino shorts. This is my 5th pair I've purchased. I love them and will continue to buy them in other colors.

These shorts were a bit more fitted around the hips and looser in the waist, but I kept them because overall they fit well and I liked the color.

Got these for my boyfriend and they fit him like a glove. Perfect length, great material, flattering.

I’d say flex as opposed to stretch. Pretty much zero stretch or flex in the waistband. So stay true to size.

Wrong color sent. I ordered mushroom 3 color and I received the color khaki.

Great fit and quality

Fit great and look great. I just wish they were one inch longer. I like my shorts to hit me at the knee. I normally wear the Van’s Covina II, but I wanted something a little dressier. I’m still going to wear them and I’ll probably order other colors because they are so comfortable.

Very comfortable. The stretch fabric gives you a nice extra range of motion, and the shorts feel well made. Will be buying more pairs.

EExcellent-fit and finish and color. Would have preferred a little shorter but these are fine.

I love these shorts which is why I keep coming back to them. I have 5 pairs now. They are made from recycled material and they are super soft. Very comfortable. You won't be disappointed with these.
