Lovely low heel sandal with enclosed back that makes it more professional for the office. The adjustable hook and loop closure proves good adjustment over my high instep. I wear a 7.5N and I had to change it for a 7N which fit much better, although they are probably still a bit wider than a true narrow. However, the adjustability of the two other straps keeps them on my feet just fine.

These were really cute shoes but ran narrow, even in the wide size. I had the same thing happen with the other Comfortiva sandals I ordered, so it must be something with the brand. FYI...the first two straps (closest to the toes) are NOT adjustable, only the back two straps.

I love these shoes. The adjustable strap at the ankle (velcro closure), plus a second adjustable strap just below it, help to customize the fit and provide arch support. The closed back stabilizes the shoe for easy walking. And yet, the shoe is stylish, with a small heel that dresses it up when needed. I have a narrow foot and it's hard to find attractive shoes in this width. Now that I've given my first pair of "Softspots Reading" a test run by wearing them everywhere for a month, I'm buying a second pair in a different color. Very comfortable.

Ordered this a half size smaller after reading reviews. Still 1/2-3/4" longer than needed! Cute shoe, but not for a narrow foot. Straps over top of foot and behind heel too long. Shoe makers don't seem to realize that most people with narrow feet are not heavy and do not have fat feet!

Beautiful shoe. Unfortunately, I either read that it ran big so ordered the 10 or just boobooed and ordered the 10 N instead of 10.5 N. It is a tad too short, so I would say true to size. The width was great also, so the narrow is perfect. Have to return. Hope I can get a 10.5 N.

Really cute and comfortable, but 1st 2 straps not adjustable and they were too wide. :( Ordered a 9.5 M and a 10 M, hoping one would work. The 9.5 would have been great if it were narrow.

This is a great sandal! It's comfortable, the velcro closure helps to customize the fit. They're good for work, with dresses, pants, capris, etc. Great choice!

These are really cute comfortable shoes. I wear an 8N and that's what I ordered. Fits perfectly. The soft padded sole is lovely - no arch support built into it but I can walk in these quite comfortably. I ordered the orange colour - nice! Goes with pants and casual skirts. I may order again in black:)

This was the first time I bought this brand. The fit was perfect. I am on my feet all day, no tired feet! I also need arch support, which was great and the adjustable straps were also very helpful. And I loved the color, not to orange just a warm rusty tone.

This was the first pair of shoes by Comfortiva I have purchased, but I have now ordered 2 other styles! With wide feet and high arches, finding shoes can be difficult. These shoes are cute and colorful!

My 20 year old daughter assured me they are not dumpy-looking, so I bought them, and am so glad I did! They are super comfortable, even for my size 7 W feet! Adjustable straps make the fit just right, and lots of cushion and arch support. Will buy this brand again!

Wow. These shoes feel like slippers! I love them. Highly recommend for comfort. They look a little clunky - not great for dresses, but I'll wear them a lot with jeans and shorts.

I'm 5'6", 200 lb, flat foot woman, normal width shoe with no protrusion or obscure foot issue - except that no shoe is entirely ever comfortable. I do have back issues that can be provoked with long walks in the wrong pair of shoes; the most I can wear a shoe is about 3-4 hours before a sense of discomfort starts to happen with most of the repercussions being felt the next day. The shoe fit me perfectly and is beautiful. I didn't have any issues with the shoe on the day, for the 2 hours worn, and was fine the day after. It's the most comfortable shoe I've worn in a long time. The body of the shoe is initially rigid and did jab slightly into the back of side of my ankle (I have thin ankles) but not anything that is considered severe. I know that this problem will soon go away with a few more uses. Interestingly enough, the shoe is not a true black and when viewed in light, it comes off as a dark navy (matte) blue. I looked and looked to see if this shoe is even offered in navy blue to see if it was sent to me in error and it is not (here or in other stores). The "blueness" of the shoe is not severe and may be an "eye of the beholder" issue. I actually loved the pic and was very happy that the shoe worked out for me. The shoe fit me perfectly and is true to size (b width)

I have a very narrow foot which makes shoe shopping a challenge. Thank you Zappos for allowing me to try and return so many which don't fit well. This shoe/sandal is a HIT. The adjustable velcro straps makes for a perfect fit even on my narrow heels and they are very attractive and comfy. They work well with crops, slacks and skirts.

Nice looking and comfortable sandal. The two velcro closures make it easy to adjust the size. The insole cushioning stays in place and stays soft.

Comfortable casual yet dressy sandal. Soft foot bed so bare feet don't stick to it. Easy to walk in.

Incredibly comfortable! And it looks great too. One month after a total hip replacement, one of my legs was 3/8" longer than the other. With summer coming, I needed a sandal with a back so I could fit a lift into the heel of the shoe. As I am still recovering, I also needed comfort. This brand was the answer! Thank you Zappo's for your informed customer service. I highly recommend this sandal for comfort. Every strap is velcro for added size flexibility.

Cute shoes. Could be a little more narrow and the strap tighter but I think it can work. I have very slim feet and have a difficult time finding shoes. This is a keeper.

Comfortable sole, sturdy, secure leather upper and it looks great. I have been looking for a flat, stylish sandal. This one is perfect! I highly recommend it. I hope this company keeps on making shoes this comfortable! I'm going to check out Comfortiva's other styles when I need new shoes.

Beautiful, beautiful shoes! Ran small...toe hung over. Very disappointed...keep on trying with perhaps another Comfortiva.

Very comfortable shoe - great to wear with pants. Fits well on my narrow feet. The first day I wore these I had a busy day walking and never noticed I was wearing new shoes - what a great feeling.

Great sandal. I love the Softspots sole (I also have Tatianna, but they were out of my size to repurchase). It's a little firmer than most and that protects my injured forefoot from too much bending. The two velcro straps are helpful for fit.
