My feet are in love! I've had plantar fascitiis for 5 years. These are the most comfortable sandals yet. I was not a fan on the yumi sandal. They didn't have enough support. These are amazing! Now, I want my spenco shoes to have this wonderful memory foam. This is the only sandal I can wear all day with minimal pain. I'm normally a 10.5, ordered 11 and they are perfect. I purchased off spenco.com. They were out of the women's in the black so I ordered men's size 9. They fit but the strap is looser. I slide out of the men's a bit. The only thing I would change is the fabric that covers the foam. It is a bit slick, which can cause the foot to slide. But, overall, I'm in love.

These felt great but I have a wide foot and they were way too tight. Returning. Sigh.

I plan to return these. I wore them around the house for a couple of days and they did not have enough support for my arches and legs. I think the memory foam made them too spongy.

Good for flat feet or people with inflammations. This is the only sandal I can wear in comfort. Everyone’s feet are different, mine need motion control and support so the cupped heel, solid arch support and EVA injected midsole are critical. Same features as my day hikers. Plus the metatarsal pad cuts down on sesamoiditis which if you’ve ever had you know is awfully painful. I usually have to place met pads under the footbed of my day hikers and here I find a sandal with them already there. These are my dream sandals I’m so grateful to have found them.

When I stood in these flips they were so comfortable but walking in them was a challenge: the footbed is so slick my foot slid around inside them. This is not a good thing for my arthritic foot. Also the arch doesnt keep my foot in alignment. My feet fell inward almost immediately. Bummer.

Love these Spence flip flops! It's my third pair of these same flip flops. This new pair is replacing my last old worn out pair. They do last a long time, but eventually need replacement. Love them and I keep buying them.

A couple of years ago I gave my daughter a pair of these as she has back and neck. She reluctantly took them as she said the looked like they were for older ladies and didn't like the color too much. Well she wore them out. She loved them so much she wanted a second pair. This review is for the second pair. She says she not taken them off since I gave them to her! If you want good support and comfort right from the get go Spenco sandals are the best. I personally have 11 apir, mostly "Yummis" .

The Spenco Pure was absolutely the most comfortable sandal I've ever worn. The footbed was perfect for fit...like a bucket seat for the feet.

This sandal . . .slipper. . .whatever you wish to call it-- is absolute PERFECTION for my foot problem ( Morton's Neuroma). The footbed is extremely cushy- while giving just the right support. The built-in Metatarsal Dome on the footbed is the feature that has eliminated all of my Neuroma symptoms. I was so grateful ! This is actually the 2nd exact one I bought -- so happy was I with it. Thank you Spenco. And-- Zappos.

This is my third pair of Black Spenco Pure sandals. The memory foam footbed is heavenly and is excellent comfort for my tender feet. The arch support is just enough to be able to wear all day. I am hoping you come out with a dark brown & beige in women's sizes. Then I will have a complete set of summer sandals to go with all my clothes.

I wanted to love these...and I would have except they just were not wide enough for my feet. They have awesome support and felt like they would have been extremely comfortable...if only they were wide enough.

After developing plantar fasciitis in my foot, I had to find a comfortable solution for walking around the house - couldn't walk barefoot anymore. These flip flops are SO comfortable. Really, from the moment I put them on I felt like I was walking on clouds, for sure! They are instantly cushioning yet very supportive. They have a great spongy, or gel-type padding right under your foot that reduced my foot pain tremendously. I love them so much I bought a 2nd pair to wear out of the house. If you have PF, or are just looking for super-comfy flip flops, then you won't be disappointed with these!

For me the issue with this shoe was the toe post and length on my right slightly long foot. The left foot felt fine. I like the deep heel cup and moderate arch support....as I am recovering from plantar fasciitis.

the fabric on the footbed is WAY too slippery. I've almost walked out of them several times. I think it is a safety issue and needs to be addressed by Spenco. I love the support from Spenco, arch and heel cup. Over the years I have purchased over 2 dozen of their sandals, mules and slippers. I wish Spenco would make some really attractive mules. They seem to like the raggedy look.

My problem with these is that the toe thong felt too far back. My toes were not near the front, but my heel was too far back. I’ve had other Spenco shoes and the 9 has always been a comfortable fit, but it just didn’t work with these.

These were great except that I think I got a defective pair. The thong on the left foot seems like it may have been sewn in the wrong place--it rubbed against my toe very harshly, causing sharp pain. (The right one felt totally fine, and I've never had problems with thong shoes before.). Am going to exchange for another pair in hopes that it is a fluke.

Bought these and the Spenco Yumi as I wasn't sure which I preferred - both size 7. This shoe is definitely smaller than the yumi, and too small for me. Maybe sizing feels different because of the memory foam? Returning.

For my first pair of supportive flip flops, they're definitely better than regular ones! However, after awhile of wearing them, the straps seemed to have lost their shape and stretched out a bit, so it always feels like they're about to fall off my feet. If you have wider feet, this may not be an issue, but my feet are in between medium and wide. The cushioning is good, not too soft or too hard. However, with my slight bunion on my left foot, I feel like I still need something with more support. Pretty durable otherwise (I've left them outside a "few" times in 90 degree weather and they're still holding up!)

Well, they are ugly, but comfortable, soft and supportive. They are wide and I feel like I have duck feet.

The sandal did not quite fit to size. It was loose on my feet. But worst of all was the material that was used to make the bottom of the sandal. It was very hard and when I took a step it sounded like a horse walking on concrete. Very noisy sandal. This is one of the worst ones I have ever tried from you.

Wanted these to work, but the footbed is very slippery. I cannot grip with the mesh bottom and have twisted my ankle a few times.
