What a disappointment! 1st of all, the built-in arch is too far back so that its practically under the heel. 2nd of all, the burlap-like material that covers these insoles is surprisingly rough to the touch and the edges feel SHARP all the way around. So uncomfortable!

I have two pairs of these, and wear them with my On sneakers and with my new Aetrex apres ski boots. They are very comfortable, and add arch support and also make B-width shoes fit my slightly narrow feet better.

So happy to have these insoles: for some years I have worn the Aetrex Insoles, the ones with Pink/orange on the bottom: I wear the ones with a cupped heel, neutral: and they are great, good arch support, comfort, etc. They have really saved me, as I work on my feet all day. Also I now have corns - and without these...I hate to think of how painful it would be to stand and walk all day. Now, these memory foam orthotics are even better: as Now I suffer from Plantar Fasciitis, & the pain is excruciating, I knew I needed more help: I got these yesterday, Friday: tonight, Saturday, I actually went for a walk, voluntarily. I can go to work Monday and while they P/F is still there, I know I won't be limping all day. These give even more support, and are very comfortable. Thank God. & Thanks Zappos!

These are the most comfortable inserts. I've tried others but these are the best. Even though they are pricey, I highly recommend them!

Bought these because I stand on my feet all day and have a bed hip. My feet were very uncomfortable, but I thought I needed to give time, then I developed pain in my other side. I don’t think these are my answer.

i have three pair... love them. Wish I could wear them in my flats.

Unfortunately I ordered the wrong ones...I have been wearing the 2205 style for 5 years because it has the raised "bump" which eliminated my Plantar Fascitis (sp) issue...I thought that this one was the same item, but not so...although it is a very good product it won't work for me. I sent it to my sister who is also a fam on the Aetrex Orthotics so she will be a happy camper. I shall keep looking for the 2205.

I have rheumatoid arthritis in my feet so I need cushion heel to toe and every boot I was trying on had cushion stop before the toes. I tried on Aetrex boots and loved the cushion heel to toe! But I wasn't sure if I liked the style as much so I bought these insoles instead. I plan on buying more insoles for all of my shoes!

Supersoft and squishy, yet they provide support in all of the right places. The copper will control foot odor. This is my second pair! Highly recommend these!

Supportive and they feel super cushy-amazing with the memory foam. I ordered another pair for another pair of boots. Despite the price tag, I'd have ordered more for each of my pairs of boots, but alas, I bought the last pair from Zappos. Love the anti-fungal properties of the copper since my feet sweat. I got them a size smaller than the shoes I'm putting them in, which worked perfectly with the first pair. Hope the second pair fits as well.
