This is the perfect bag! I need another bag like I need a hole in my head, but of course I'm always looking for something to solve some sort of issue. Look no further, this bag can do everything. It fits my 15" Dell laptop, it's snug in the laptop padded area, but it fits. It can be carried with handles, a strap or a crossbody strap. The strap is actually comfortable and soft. If you've had a crossbody before, you know this is an important feature. It can be worn as a backpack, or the straps tuck in nicely if not using it that way. The cherry on top is the back pocket zips on the bottom so it can be attached to the pull handle of luggage, making it super easy to cart around the airport. I think I have finally found the "do everything" bag I have about 10 other bags trying to do. I also love the outside pockets. The bottom one fits a wallet and keys perfectly. The outside bottle holder is a little small, but I mainly use it for my phone. Since there are 2, one could be used for a small size water bottle. I especially like the styling. I was a little nervous when I ordered it that it would appear cheap. It doesn't. It is also not an ostentatious designer bag either, making it a perfect go everywhere for any occasion bag. Easily goes from business, to school, to the airport to a train, to a bus. The black and white styling is my favorite look. So much better than a boring black bag. Simply perfection.

This looks like a great bag and I've been coveting it for a long time. However, I returned it because of two major design flaws that I'd like Sherpani to fix. First, the top zipper doesn't close all the way. Usually not a big deal, but for international and plane travel, I don't want to worry about small things falling out. Second, although it has two internal pockets, neither one has a zipper. Again, for most people, not a big deal, but for holding my wallet, passport, etc on an international flight and walking around town, I can't justify 120$. Please Sherpani, fix this. It would also be great if the top zipper went all the way across but then you'd have the choice for it to lay flat like an open tote. Thanks. I think with those two changes, this would be the perfect flight bag and day bag for travel.

I think this bag is great for a lot of reasons, but falls short on a few details that make it not worth the price for me. My criteria included finding a versatile travel backpack that would fit my laptop and some other random items while also looking stylish. PROS This bag will keep you very organized. There are lots of great pockets for just about everything. It is lightweight and quality made with nice colors and materials. My favorite feature is the sleeve to go over your luggage handles that also converts into a pocket when not in use. It fits a 15" laptop. The backpack/shoulderstrap/handles allow for multiple ways of carrying. CONS The thing that bothered me the most was the main zipper. It's not sewn all the way into the corners leaving a huge gap big enough for my hand. Also the tabs that the detachable shoulder strap clip to are black against the white fabric. Meanwhile the tabs that the backpack straps clip to are white agains black fabric. All of this makes for a very busy-looking design and not very streamlined. While I like the idea of the 3 carry-types (backpack, shoulder, handle), I think the execution is messy and I find myself constantly moving straps out of the way. I probably would've kept this bag if it weren't for that top zipper and just dealt with the other minor annoyances. I did find a great alternative with the Victorinox Harmony backpack which is pricey but LOVELY and perfect in many ways.

I received the Camden bag in Sweedish Camo as a gift and couldn't love it more. There are so many features - from being able to wear it cross body or as a backpack, to having a pocket to go over the handle of your suitcase for travel - it is so useful and fun. I like that it has a padded pocket for my laptop and it's great to have multiple options for water bottles (one is inside!). I have many Sherpani bags and they are all still in great condition. I have no doubt I will be using this one for a long time.

I bought the Sherpani Soleil and the Sherpani Camden to try for my new work bag. I eventually chose the Camden as it was bigger in size. There were a few things I would have taken from the Soleil and added to the Camden namely the taller water bottle sleeves (more secure), the backpack straps (more comfortable positioning) and the front pockets (easier to access). The Soleil was just too small and I preferred the sleeker styling of the Camden. For reference daily bag contents: 13 inch laptop, laptop charger, moleskin, toiletry bag (medium in size), electronics bag with phone charger/mouse/ etc. (small in size), stethoscope, wallet, phone, Bluetooth headphones/case, 26 oz insulated water bottle, sunglasses/case and some extra odds and ends (pens, lip gloss, etc.). When full it can be challenging to get contents out of front bottom pocket. I loved the Recyclable fabric use. The top handles were longer on the Camden and made this truly a multi-use work bag. Easy to remove the over the shoulder strap when not using.

I bought both the Sherpani Camden and Dispatch styles to check out ahead of a European vacation. I wanted a good travel bag with easy conversion from backpack to cross body in order to avoid checking my bag at museums. I so wish I could combine elements of these two bags. For my uses the Dispatch is not large enough but has that easy convertibility between styles because it has high quality metal clasps to attach the straps in both ways. The backpack straps are thin webbing and serve the dual purpose of also being the cross body strap, so need not be stowed. The Camden, by contrast, attaches the cross body strap using this weird plastic hardware with a metal clasp. I had difficulty opening the metal clip in order to completely remove the strap for use as a backpack. It seems like the kind of thing that could break at a very inopportune time. Then, once removed you need to stow the strap in the bag somewhere. Sadly this was the deal breaker for me. Camden pros: -Good size and compartments. -Backpack straps stow inside a panel that also doubles to attach the bag to rest on a rolling luggage handle. Camden cons: -Backpack straps are ridged and uncomfortable, at least a first. -The fabric is a bit on the shiny side. -When used as a backpack, the bag rides very high up on your back. -The water bottle pocket could be deeper. I'm sad to say I still haven't found the right bag for this trip. These are both being returned.

I got this to use mainly as a backpack. When I asked my husband how it looked, he said, "What is that? A beach chair?" It looks too square and boxy as a backpack. It also sits weird on your back. So I returned it. The color and quality were nice though!

One serious design deficiency - the top does not close completely. Otherwise this is a stylish, comfortable, professional bag. But because it does not protect the items from rain, it was returned.

This is the perfect bag for my soon to be collage daughter. It can be used as an overnight/ weekend bag or even her everyday backpack. It has tons of storage. My favorite feature is the bottom pocket that also has a jock for keys. This way she will always be able to find them rather than digging through her bag. It's super durable and should last her a long time. I just found another pocket on this bag! It has tons of storage. I may need one for myself.

I recently started using a crossbody and or backpack for work. This is one and done! I love how light this bag is and compartments. I travel for work and often take my backpack as my purse. I believe this bag will be so functional that I will have to get another one for the winter.

FANTASTIC buy! Comfortable, cute, convertible...my only critique is that the backpack straps don't stay according to their adjustment very well. Would absolutely buy again and recommend!

Great bag! My kids are older now so I ditched the diaper bag, but needed something to carry necessities when we go on day trips or vacation. This bag is perfect for that! Used it recently for our trip to Aruba and it held everything we needed.

This bag kept me very organized for a week in London. I also think this bag is good looking. What I don't like about this bag is the shoulder strap. It has zero padding and is extremely uncomfortable.

I love love love the look of this bag but it was just too big for what I wanted (everyday purse backpack/travel bag). I need it to hold enough -- water bottle, camera, wallet, sunglasses, etc. but still be comfortable and look stylish. Had to send it back but months later I still remember it fondly and hope one day they'll come out with one just a bit smaller.

I bought one of these to see it for myself. The pictures are helpful, but leave a couple things out. -The zipper doesn't go all the way across the top- there are gaps big enough to fit my normal-size hands through on either end of the zipper. -The water bottle pockets aren't big enough for typical water bottles -In normal interior lighting it's hard to see into the depth of this bag -The top pocket on the front is very deep and goes behind the lower one, which can cause the lower pocket to be crowded or feel full without putting anything in there. -If you can find a Sherpani Soleil, I highly recommend it! I got one of the last ones from Zappos and I am keeping that one and sending the Camden back. Good luck!

Just took this as my personal-item-sized “luggage” on a couple of domestic US flights. It fit perfectly under the seat, which saved me a lot of stress since both flights ran out of overhead space before I boarded and anything else got checked. The complaints from years past don’t apply to the current design (i.e., the top zipper closes; there’s a big interior zippered pocket in the main area and a bunch of other zippered pockets of varying sizes elsewhere). I thought the organization worked great for my laptop, pouches with cords, etc. It was comfortable to carry (though its not being overstuffed helped). The only negative for me was the placement of the sternum strap—it hits at my chest (no thanks!), but then, I didn’t need it. I think this is a great bag for onebagging on a shorter trip!

Clean style with minimal detailing; backpack straps, handles and crossbody strap are fantastic; travels well and is a great every-day commuter pack. The front pockets could be bigger.

Excellent bag! Loads of room and serves as a great personal item when flying. I can fit most of what I need for trips leaving space in my carry on for souvenirs when needed. I use it a lot as my teaching bag when Im not using the Dispatch bag. Love Sherpani bags- I wish I could think of a reason to buy another!

I absolutely love this bag. I used it for an underneath carry-on and it was perfect. Lots of great pockets, and the side pockets were a great height for a tall water bottle. Get it!

This bag is fantastic. I mainly use it for business trips. It easily fits my laptop, headphones, chargers, pens, documents, sunglasses, and more with room to spare. It also comes with multiple straps for using it in different ways. I usually just wear it as a backpack, but it's good to have options!
