Again, I MUST sing the praises of Zappos customer service! I ordered a " 7 N", as I've always had narrow feet, especially in the heel, however, the "narrow" in this shoe was extremely narrow, I immediately contacted Zappos to ensure a "medium" of same size was available, it was, and within 2 days, I had it!! Love the shoe, adorable, comfortable & stylish, But, more than that, love Zappos! Thank you!!

These are the most comfortable shoes that have a heel that I've ever worn. I could wear them all day at work with pure comfort. I'm going to order another pair in the taupe color.

These shoes are beautiful and comfortable! I have such a hard time finding cute shoes with a super narrow foot, but these are awesome!

I have a narrow flat foot and these fit me pretty well. I usually have good luck with Naturalizer if I can find them in narrow. I actually walked about a mile in them the first time out and they were comfortable. The ankle strap could be 1/2 inch shorter, but they still stayed on my feet well. They have just enough heel height to look a little dressy (and stylish) and yet are low enough for me to walk comfortably.

I like the look of these shoes! The heel height is just right. The only negative so far is the very top strap. It is adjustable but still feels a little tight. The shoe is comfortable but looks dressy. That is a very hard combination to find.

It's always so disappointing to find such a lack of narrow shoes that both fit well and are stylish. However, this style is a winner in both respects! I have a super narrow and thin foot and this sandal fits very well and is super comfortable. The only thing that will take some getting used to is that, even with a wedge heel, the sole on the heel is super narrow (maybe about 3/4 inch) so feels a little less stable than the thicker platforms I am used to. (Look at the picture of bottom of shoe if that's not clear.)

I am usually a 9 narrow, but in this shoe, I need a 8.5 narrow. The fit is very narrow, which is perfect for me; however, the strap hits my little toe at just the wrong place. It makes it uncomfortable to walk in.

Ordered wide, which I don't always have to do, but these wides weren't even close to fitting. Squeezed my pinky toe!

So disappointed that these adorable sandals don't fit me better. I'm pretty consistently a 9W in Naturalizer brand shoes, so I was surprised that they were too narrow for my feet. They also seemed a bit small, but that might have been because I couldn't push my foot all the way in. The straps didn't lie smoothly against my foot; don't know if more width would have helped that or made the situation worse. As you can probably tell, I will be sending them back. Don't let my review totally discourage you, though. If you have a narrower foot, they might be fine, and they were certainly cute!

Shoes are pretty; however the strap around the ankle is far too short....the strap comes up higher on the ankle and the length needs to be at least another inch longer. It's far too tight even with adjustable velcro. Shoes are being returned.
