I ordered the taupe combo in a 9.5 N. The length and width were as expected and the shoe fit nicely. At the inside arch area where the two elastic bands come together, the upper trim has a seam and the elastic pushed the seam into my skin - it was somewhat uncomfortable. The biggest drawback for me was the essence of gold on the shoe which I did not appreciate from the photo. I am 44 years old and feel like I would have been ridiculed for wearing my grandmother's shoes. The style would have been great for travel, but the gold combined with the style makes this a shoe I will return.

I bought these in blue too! They are sporty and very comfortable. The last is the same as the former winner, Tess.

I love Munro shoes and I was extremely disappointed with these shoes. After wearing them, by feet had so much black ink on them, I had to scrub with bleach and soap. Very frustrating because they were really comfortable and fit my orthotics perfectly.

A comfy, well-made shoe. Unfortunately, on me, the back part of these shoes is cut too high and rubs on my outer ankle bones, so I have to return them. My search continues for a walk-all-day shoe that isn't hideous looking.

These are cute shoes that look nice, but the back is a little high and I was nervous to wear and end up with blisters on my tendon. The shoes usually run a little narrow, which I like, but this seemed quite medium in width.

I have been a Munro devotee, but these shoes have made me reconsider. The heel does not fit properly. It is too high to be comfortable when sitting. Also when standing. The mesh area is decent looking but the suede looks cheap and I doubt that it will wear well. Also, the shoe looks terrible on me. Might look better on others, and would certainly look better with black tights but I do not always want to wear black tights.

I love the Munro Zip. I have the previous version which I am still wearing and the new Zip does not disappoint. They are very comfortable. Because I am a 10.5 SS, I wear Munro's exclusively and order from Zappos exclusively as well. The service fits my life style and now they offer return pick-ups! My only issue is Zappos does not always carry the variety of colors that are offered for the styles I have selected. I wish they would carry the entire line in all the colors. I end up wearing black all the time.

Overall, I like these shoes. The fit is snug--my feet don't move around in the shoe. There is definitely no room for a sock of any thickness. The straps help keep the shoes on my feet. The top edge around the heel is slightly high and digs into my skin. The style is sporty but not too clunky due to the fitted style.

I liked these shoes so much I bought one pair in another color. Comfortable, plus prettier in person than in the picture!

Great little sporty shoe! I. I normally wear a size 4 but need 4.5 in Munro. These shoes felt comfortable from the start. No breaking in necessary, which is a must!

Love Zip! It has the comfort of an ahletic shoe with the look of a high-end casual slip-on. The suede and fabric are quite nice, the straps are substantial and very comfortable, and the sole is very easy on the feet without being bulky. Wear this shoe when I volunteer at our hospital and always feel that my footwear enhances my appearance. The color taupe should be four-season wearable.

I love Munro shoes.This shoe us very comfortable my only problem is the shoes comes so high up at the back.I found them rubbing my heel .I purchased some gel heel grips which seems to help with the problem.Zappos you are an amazing company.

I like Munro shoes as I have an 11 4A shoe size. I like the elastic bands they use as they keep the shoes on my feet.. I have 2 other Munro styles with elastic straps as well. They are very comfortable.

Most comfortable shoes I've ever owned! Wore them all day on the very first day. I have extremely narrow feet. Replaced the insole with Superfeet and they fit perfectly.

These shoes are absolutely fabulous - worth every penny! I have bunions and hammer toes (lovely, eh?) and wear 8-1/2 EE. These are perfect for walking out and about. Super comfortable.

I absolutely love these shoes and now have two pairs. I have serious foot issues and am going to Italy in several weeks. Although I will wear sneakers some, I prefer more refined shoes for cities. I get them a bit large so I can add additional padding with orthodics (Walgreens). These shoes were comfortable from the get-go. My foot is wedge-shaped (as with most of us) so my heel is narrower. It has been a nightmare to find shoes which stay on my feet. These do and the heel area (at least with the orthodics) is not so blasted high on my foot that it kills me. If they came in more colors, I would probably buy even more than my current taupe and blue!

I own a few pairs of Munro shoes and I feel that they are by far the most comfortable walking shoes I own. Very supportive for the legs and back.

I have narrow feet and it's hard to find shoes that run true to size. This shoe is a winner (8.5. N). It's comfortable and stylish, too.

Such a cute shoe!! Really wanted this to work...but it is going back. A bit too narrow in the toe box and the tab in back is too pokey on my achilles tendon. Yes, my feet are tender flowers. I do a lot of walking when I am at work and need comfortable, stylish shoes that I can walk in for MILES. Thank you, Zappos for Quick shipping and easy returns.

In a rarity for me, the "wide" was too wide; I would have re-ordered but, the outer edge was too high for me and poked into my ankle bone (if it is relevant, I am 5'2"). The black has a slight shimmer that I didn't notice in the photos.

I love the shoes but they are uncomfortably wide. I ordered the most narrow width (SS) but it seems no one makes shoes narrow enough for my size 11.5 feet. It is a shame to have to wear hunting socks to take up the slack.

While I typically wear an 8.5 N, in this shoe I had to go up to a 9N. The right heel does rub some as other reviewers noted, but I bought a pair of NoNonsense Hidden Cotton Liners (low profile) which have a little padded thing at the heel and then they were OK to wear. I also stretched the heal banding out a little too.

This is a very attractive shoe. The width was perfect, but it was a bit too long. The heel rides quite high on the back of the foot, and slipped up and down, so I must return it. If you can find the right fit, I'm sure this would be a great shoe.

These shoes were pretty comfortable, but I couldn't get over how the toe was shaped. They seemed kind of "witchy" to me, like I needed a broomstick to go with them. They look great from the side, but my view from the top was not so nice. Unfortunately, I have to return them. I was really excited about American-made shoes too.
