IMO the best Vans style, definitely my favorite addition to the lineup! What it does best is keeps a low-pro style shoe, and ruggedizes it entirely and adds drop-in cushioning. The upper has extra layers for additional durability for a locked-in feel, and the slightly taller foxing and toe-cap all around is subtle, yet more durable shoe that won't delam or allow your foot to roll. Perfect bowl/pool/street/vert/hesher shoe for a grippy classic look with more toughness and a reassuring solid feel, not too much heavier for a lot of features that haven't been in Vans for a while if ever!

I have big ol' FLAT lady feet so I need extra support at my arches, as well as some metatarsal support (due to Mortons Neuroma). My Brooks Men's running shoes are size 12 - but in these, the 10.5 fit me best. I lived in Original Vans for the last 7+ years but I've aged and have developed feet problems, back problems and I now chase around 2yo twins... so I had to kiss my old fun flat Vans goodbye and get something more supportive. However, I couldn't find a funky, colorful but somewhat feminine shoe that worked for all my issues PLUS my big*** foot size. (Dansko, Ecco, Born, Josef Seibel. etc... they don't make shoes big enough for me.) :( So I gave up and went back to an old staple - Vans - but decided to try a different style and I am really happy so far. Since the insole can be removed, I replaced it with a rigid arch support from my local shoe store and so far so good. They are heavier than the Originals but I like it. Plus, they're cool and I feel like I can get a little more of my street-cred back, even if I haven't showered and am rocking my mom-leggings.

I'm a young skateboarder and I got these shoes out of my own money and they didnt even last a week, the toe cap fell off! These are easily the worst shoes I've ever had. Although I've seen reviews that say they last over 2 months, Either I got a faulty pair or theses are just plain terrible shoes.

Just what I was looking for...great quality, comfort, fit, and style at an affordable price. Black and white pair are really sharp looking in person.

I love them! Normally I wear slip ons. These feel similar but more comfy. The best shoes are ones you forget you're wearing!

They are really comfortable, they look nice, and fit perfectly. I bought these to skate in, and if anyone else is buying these to skate in, it’s a great choice. The rubber toe cap is cool, and there is DURACAP underneath if you rip the denim/ suede part of the shoe.

Bought these for my 13 year old son who skateboards a lot and usually tears up his shoes. I’m hoping these last a lot longer. I think it’s good to note that Vans always run a little big.

Solid shoes. They seem to be a bit more well build than your standard Vans. Super comfortable, good quality, good looks.

Really like this shoe. The overall style and look is great and they are super comfortable. Can tell they are going to hold up really well. They were a little heavier than I was expecting but nothing to complain about.

I've worn a wide range of Vans styles over the years, both Classic and Pro varieties. This shoe is perfect for me right now. Excellent cushion in the heel meets all the demands of daily foot travel in NYC. A little bit of stiffness in the forefoot transfers power to pedal when commuting by bicycle. High quality uppers. Stealthy sweetness all around.

These are awesome! Twist on a classic, ultracush soles are awesome.

I really like this color way and style. I don't skate so I can't give a review from that perspective but I'm also more accustomed to wearing shoes that aren't so snug or lo profile that have zoom air, boost or lunarlon cushioning and even have a pair of vans lites that feel good. I've worn vans for years and always thought they were comfortable just not cushioned so I like the direction vans is going with the hd cushioning inserts, which is why I'm collecting more from their pro line and rocking them casually. Plus I'm tired of paying what it costs for nikes, adidas etc. It's taken some time but I've become more used to wearing these types of shoes casually. I get it they're skate shoes, they're supposed to be this way but I find their design and aesthetic attractive. I love the combination of materials used in the upper, suede, canvas and leather and the placement/ arrangement is dope. Overall these aren't a bad way to go for casually wear, comfort wise I wish there was more cushioning but that's just me.

I'm on feet all day long, and these shoes are great. Super comfortable in a somewhat demanding environment. My last pair of shoes were from the Adidas skate lineup, which were good, but these are much better. They are still new but seem like they will take some real abuse.

Been wearing vans all my life, tsize 13 for the last 12 years or so. This pair of size 13 fit like any other, and look pretty sweet at the same time.

These shoes are the best with the large Ollie pad. They are strong and hold up well......great for skateboarding hard!

Loving this shoe so far. It's already proven to be more durable and long-lasting than other Vans (or other skate shoes) I've owned. The construction is extremely solid and simultaneously comfortable. I'm loving everything about this shoe.

All the best features of Vans classic styling - kind of an Old Skool meets Era with a bit of old-school tennis style (with rubber toe-cap extending onto the vamp) with some new-fangled tweaking via Ultracush insole. I think they're classic, and probably the most comfortable Vans I own. I really hope Vans doesn't stop making this style, though these are comparable to the Old Skool Pro as far as fit and comfort go.
