These shoes look like they would be great, but they are not, or maybe it takes forever to break them in. Two things: The board feel is really poor, almost deadened. It is like trying to write with mittens on. They make me feel disconnected when I skate, which is exactly opposite of what you want. I have to tie them really tight so that my heel does not pop out when I push or ollie. I have the right size, is just the heel cushioning does not keep your help in place like it should. I will suffer through these because they look great, but meanwhile my skating is going to get a bit more awkward.

My all time favorite skate shoe! This is the fourth color way I've owned of these sneakers, and I plan to get more. I love how the Busenitz is a direct redesign of the Samba, which happens to be my favorite indoor soccer and casual shoe as well. One quirky design feature I'd like to point out is that the tongue is able to be cut shorter, they even put in a dotted line and it says "Cut here if you want a shorter tongue!".

Love them but slightly small but I think a 12 would have been too large
