Great pants but not perfect. They're lightweight and comfortable but the front and back pockets are very small. 10 stars for Zappos, best shopping experience ever!!

My husband loves these pants. They're very comfortable and have a little bit of stretch. I love the look of them and I think the color (carbon) is great -- the gray goes with lots of things. These pants go effortlessly from work (casual professional) to the football game to hiking in the foothills. We noticed the pocket has wear where his wallet is after just two short outings. He may have to find somewhere different to put his wallet...I can see Kuhl becoming one of his go-to brands. I'm hoping these wear well (to justify the price).

I have ordered several pairs of these pants for my husband in different colors. They fit well, are very comfortable at his active job, and they make him appear slimmer than any other pair of pants we've ever purchased. Lightweight, sturdy - they are holding up better than we'd hoped! These are his favorite go-to pants for the casual days when he doesn't need to wear a tie. These can work as business casual with a polo, or down-and-dirty construction/hands-on work pants. Love them!

Great fit, lightweight, and comfortable. I'm 5'10, 185ish lbs and the 34-30 fits just right. But I do have 32 length in other Kuhl pants.

Last couple of Kuhl pants have finally been spot on size wise. I'm on my 6th pair since I can't get enough of these. The Desert Khaki color is a staple you have to have. Konfidant airs are equally as good as my Radikls and my personal favorite Revolvr Rogues. Great pants for the heat. Cell phone pocket is deep and the leg pockets are great. The traditional pockets are a little shallow but utility on these pants is stellar.I'm still early into my Kuhl ownership so can't comment on their long term durability but I've heard very good things. Who knows how expensive these pants would be if they didn't make them in China... Zappos gets 5 stars as usual. Best Customer service and shipping policies hands down. I'm never afraid to order anything with them because it always ends up right.

Very comfortable in hot humid climates.

It's hard to say any of the Kuhl pants are my favorite. I think they ALL are. I have the Radikls which was my starting point. I have the Revolvr Rogues, Outsiders and now the Kondidant Airs. I love these pants and the ventilation makes these your go to pants for the bake of the summer heat. I see a lot of people recommending sizing up on various Kuhl pants and especially these Konfidant airs. I went to a local place and tried on a bunch and have just come to terms that Kuhl sizing is not consistent and you should simply order your size. I've found that by ordering my size even after the first was a little snug that overall your size should work on all of the Kuhl brand of pants. I returned my first pair of these and was bummed because I liked them. I wear a 31 inch waist which is a tweener waist size. I tried on 32s in the store and they were all too big. I took a chance and just went with the same pants in a 31 and they are perfect. Zappos is the only place I will buy these. If it wasn't for their fantastic service and return policy, I would not have bought this many pairs of a brand that sizes this inconsistently. Kuhl are my new favorite pants but it can take a couple of returns to get them right. Also, the dark colors are meant to bleed for more of a vintage look after washing so wash them separately. Long winded review now over.

These pants are great. They are classier than blue jeans but still pretty tough. i wear them off roading and we go through some pretty wooded areas so I always end up walking through a lot of brush and these pants hold up looking clean and keeping me cool.

Love these pants. Light, comfortable, plenty and perfectly tailored. Not too tight, not too loose--provides good range of motion, and appropriate for multiple situations (casual business, casual fun, hiking, etc.). The side phone pockets are perfect.

I bought a pair of Kuhl Radikl pants at REI and loved them, so I ordered some other styles from Zappos. The Kuhl "Klassic" cut fits me really well (except for the case of the Kontra line--not sure why). I bought these Konfidant Air pants for travel, since they have the zippered thigh pockets and all the venting. Just got back from a trip and they were great. The one hot day on our trip I wore these for a while. I could feel the effect of them blocking the sun. My leg felt cooler from that, but the venting seemed to work, and I still had airflow through them, so I didn't broil. They don't look so much like travel pants, though, even with the vents at the back of the knees, so I've worn them to work a couple times. They fit me like a glove, and my wife loves how my derriere looks in them. I have thick thighs, so usually wear more relaxed pants. These are more fitted, but leave just the perfect amount of space for movement and to have things in the pockets. The front hip pockets are shallower than on the Kuhl Radikl pants. I would worry about carrying anything heavy or valuable in there in case it would slip out or get pick pocketed, but that's why you have the mostly hidden zippered thigh pockets, which are spacious. Maybe too spacious, as sometimes my wallet slipped around to the inside of my thigh. I also have the Ramblr shorts, which are similar but whose thigh pockets are sewn so as not to allow objects to slide around to the inner thigh. There is a small change/pocketknife pocket inside the front right hip pocket, and this works very well. The metal branding strip on the rim of this pocket is subtle, but helps keep items in that pocket. The "hidden" cell phone pocket on the left leg is actually pretty subtle, but securely held my LG G2 (don't laugh) with a light case and wasn't too hard to get at. If it were any easier, I'd worry about losing my phone. I used the 3D pocket on the right leg to hold one of those small packs of tissues, since I had a cold on my trip. The mesh material for the inside of the pockets is a great idea. As long as you don't have a lot of air-blocking stuff in your pockets, you get good air flow through them. If you don't need to keep something in the thigh pockets, you can open up that zipper to get more air through that vent. The non-pocket vents at the backs of the knees and inner thighs are pretty subtle. I'm not sure people notice them by looking. The French fly is great. It keeps the pants up pretty well on their own, since they are actually suspended on the hips by the French fly (inner button), rather than by their waistband, which in my pants experience have a tendency to stretch under the strain of bending, and then slink down to the hips. The material is very thin and comfortable but seemingly durable. I washed these on my recent trip and they dried pretty quickly. If these didn't have somewhat visible seams on the thighs, I would consider wearing them to work more often. I'm looking into the Kuhl Slax for a work pant for this reason, but they seem to be out of my size in the colors I'd want right now. I hope they fit me just like these Konfidant Air pants. Overall, I'm thrilled with the way this brand fits me and the thought they've put into what you need pants to do.

Great pair of pants! Excellent light, cool pant. Contrary to some reviews, I thought the size was the same as the other Kuhl pants and shorts I have (and most other brands).

Love the gussets and the shape. These for great and make for perfect travel pants! The vents are all over but probably not needed as the fabric is lightweight.

My son loves these pants. This is the 2nd pair I've purchased for him.

Best pants on the market. Only problem is the size seems to vary a tiny bit. I ordered the same waist size for all pairs and a couple are tighter fitting than others.

Favorite pants I own. Best all around for casual hiking and to be honest I ride my motorcycle in them..love these

Bought a pair of Konfidant Air pants for my husband---he loves them! They are well designed and made with lots of handy pockets and these air vents that super-cool you in hot climates. All the Kuhl styles that he has tried run a little small in the waist. He is normally a 34 waist but wears 35 in Kuhls. Length runs normal and true to size. They also tend to have a slim athletic fit--this style is their "klassik" cut which works well for him--he is lean but has muscular thighs and glutes. He also owns the Radikls and Revolvers and loves them too, but these are his faves. Great stretch fabric that's both light and tough. Worth the price!

My husband and 2 grown sons love these pants. The wash and dry really well. Fabric is light weight but not too thin ,really cool to wear in our hot climate of Louisiana !

Great pants. I bought a pair of these and after wearing them for a day ordered two more. The slightly stretchy fabric allows for comfortable movement. The built-in vents and mesh pockets work amazingly well at keeping you cool and dry. They look good. They seem to be very well built. A+
