I have a really hard time finding comfortable shoes. After trying on probably 30 pairs of flats or shoes similar to these, I finally found these ones! I have worn them several times while running errands, and have had no discomfort. The arch support is good, not excellent, but good, for my high arches, with no discomfort from lack of support. The foot bed is adequately padded for comfort. I had thought they might be a little too big, because they are a little lose, but the next size smaller was definitely too small, so I decided to give them a try. I've had no discomfort or blisters from the slightly large feel of the shoe. The shoes are cute (I have the purple color), and I've had several compliments already!

These shoes are adorable and so comfortable. With the arch support I can wear them all day. I ordered a pair in my size and a half size smaller and went with the smaller size. They would go great with jeans or shorts. I may buy then in another color!

I love the look of these shoes and have worn Ahnus before. I wore them around house first and they felt good. Unfortunately, the first time I wore them out for a short walk, they cut into my heels so badly that both began to bleed. They look great, have good support and didn't appear to be stiff. I'd hoped to wear them traveling but they definitely don't work with my particular feet. However, the customer service was incredible and allowed a refund even though they were damaged. I love Zappos! Such integrity and wonderful customer service, thank you.

I love these shoes! I ordered the plum color in size 5. They are super cute and comfortable. Unfortunately, they are about a half size too big for me in both length and width, and there is no smaller size. I have several pairs of Ahnu, and will continue shopping this line. It is one of my favorites!

These shoes arrived a bit ago. Put them on immediately and walked around the house. They felt too wide and I figured if the leather stretches, they will be too big. Sadly, I am returning the shoes. Had high hopes for these, but will try another style.

This is a very cute casual shoe, that is flattering to my wide, clunky foot.I have a high instep so the bands across the top of the foot were a bit tight at first. However, they've stretched a bit. I usually don't like to buy a shoe unless it's comfortable right out of the box, because I don't believe that we break in our shoes, but that they break in our feet. If they hadn't loosened up, I like the shoe so much that I had planned to take to the shoemaker to have the elastic stretched. Nice slip-on summer shoe.I got a wide and it fits my foot although I had to go up to an 8 instead of the usual 7.5. Glad they had it in wide.

As another reviewer said, the arch hits in the wrong place (too close to the heel). Otherwise I think these would be very comfortable - they have nice arch support and a squishy foot bed.

This is a fantastic style and just what I've been looking for. However, the straps across the top are too tight for my high instep, even though the top 2 straps have elastic attached. the elastic is very short. I like them so much that I will take them to the shoemaker and have him lengthen the elastic inserts. Hope that does the trick. Toe box is pointed not rounded so it makes shoe look a bit big on the foot.

I was unsure about these shoes at the beginning. They were a little tight across the top of my foot. But I really like them- I've worn them around the house to test them out and they seem really supportive. I have really high arches and these are really supportive. I think they're just the right size- small enough not to rub as I walk. Your foot comes down really well in the footbed so they're snug around the bottom of your ankle. When it stops snowing here in CO I'm eager to get them outside! I only give them 4 stars overall because I haven't worn them for an extended period of time.

These shoes are cute and looked perfect for summer casual wear. The problem was the molded footbed that hit at the wrong places even though I ordered my usual size!

I wanted to love these shoes so badly. For someone with high arches these have great support (at least walking around my house). I tried them 3 different times at different times of day, hoping I could convince myself they would work. I generally wear a 8-8.5, and ordered an 8 in these. The length and width fit great, and they were very comfortable. I tend to have a normal to wider "ball" of the foot area (but not enough to ever order a wide size), and narrower heels. My singular problem is that I also have a very high instep, and these cut into the top of my foot. There is a small piece of elastic that stretches, but after only 5 minutes of wearing them I ended up with stripes on my feet and skin "pushing" up through the slats. If I had a normal foot, I would order these in every color. I'm terribly disappointed these just won't work for me.
