Decided to give this new "dressier/casual" style a try as other keens I have purchased always fit well and stood up to abuse. Made in India, hopefully that is better than made in China junk. First impression was they are so light in weight, fit was as expected and accurate to what my other tennis shoes run in size 10.5 M. Plenty of toe room and decent arch support and the bungee lace system is an added plus, really like it a lot. I personally like all leather versus suede or mesh for ease of cleaning, merely wipe them with a damp cloth and good to go or touch up with polish as needed. Very stylish as well, I expect to wear these with jeans and/or khakis, will also wear them with shorts in the summer but only with ankle or no show socks. Have to give them a 5 star, super comfortable and light (like wearing socks) and a more casual look from other outdoor Keen styles (the big black toe guard).

Love my Keen Glenhaven... worth every penny

I purchased these as an everyday shoe for my fiancee, and he loves them! He has a wider foot, and these were a bit snug at first; however, they've stretched out a little and fit perfectly now. He loves the bungee laces, and I love that they're comfortable for him while looking nicer than a standard sneaker/running shoe. These shoes were a win for us!

I just got these. I ordered a 12 M because I wear a 12 M and Keen is a USA company. I liked how they looked but when I first tried to get my foot in it felt way too tight. I pulled open the front, used a shoehorn and pushed a little and in my foot slid. They feel great. Its a sure fit and they feel soft and movable and after 30 minutes they are fitting even better on my toes. They almost look like a dress shoe and will fit most business attire needs. They'll sure fit mine.

I ordered these when I realized that my feet were hurting from almost all my other shoes. It was a good decision. Not only are they comfortable enough to walk around in all day at work, they are also stylish enough that the first day I wore them, I received several compliments and was asked where I got them. I got them in black and am seriously considering getting them in brown too. Great shoes.

I really really like these shoes! Most comfortable I have owned in a long while. Good for cold weather. Keeps my feet very warm. Started wearing them inside instead of my slippers.

As with all Keens, they feel amazing from day 1. I like the no rubber toe look. Received quite a few compliments on them. Great with jeans at work. Excellent city walking shoes. Love em.

As a long-time Keen shoe wearer ... the Glenhaven's are perhaps my favorites. Good for dressing up and casual, great for travel.

I have owned many Keen Shoes and happy with most...Very happy with these..I like the regular toe instead of the big rubber toe..very casual but can diff dress up...

Lighter, more flexible sole than other keen models. The elastic laces are fast and secure. These are very comfortable and good for walking in the city.

Exactly what I was looking for in a casual shoe something I can wear with jeans and possibly shorts. I really like the look of the shoe. Plus, I've been suffering with plantar fasciitis for the past year and these are the first shoes I've worn that do not aggravate the problem. The first time I wore these shoes I went shopping for a few hours and, amazingly, my heels felt great afterwards. If I had worn my Ecco hiking shoes for the same amount of time, I would have been crippled for the rest of the day. What a relief! I ordered both the 12 and 11.5 from Zappos since I'm generally in between sizes depending on the shoe. In Ecco, I'm always a 45. In this case, I opted to keep the bigger, looser feeling size 12 to ensure that my orthotic would be accommodated. I'm very happy with my decision as the slightly bigger toe box adds to the comfort of the shoe. This was my first pair of Keens. Already looking for a different style Keen and hoping for the same results.

I reviewed this shoe immediately but I wanted to update my review. It is a very classy looking shoe and fit and comfort are very good but its not really black. I needed a comfortable black shoe to go with dark grey and dark blue dress slacks for work and this is more of a charcoal or dark smoke and looks odd to me. I still like it but I needed black so I'm keeping these because they are too cool but I bought the Ecco Howell in matte black and I'm happy with those.

So, I ended up returning these shoes. They are very stylish, but do not fit my needs. I need wider shoes because, let me just say it, I developed a bunionette on both my feet so need more room to avoid pressure on the sides of my feet. I choose to share for anyone else in my position. These shoes have good room, but if you have a wider foot, forget about it. It was very comfortable in terms of padding though and the shoe has some,what seemed like, good quality leather. I was pretty impressed since I was used to boots like that, but not shoes. A bonus side note, avoid shoes that are too tight or put pressure on your feet, otherwise you'll risk getting a bunion over time, which is permanent. I just share since no one ever told me and I always loved to wear nice boots regardless of how they felt, since they looked great. These particular shoes should be roomy for a normal foot though true to size as well. I bought them initially because they don't have that weird curve most shoes have that can force the foot in a curved position. The only issue for ME was they just weren't quite wide enough. Happy shopping!

These shoes run large and have pretty much no padding in sole. My husband said the arch felt strange and the shoes ran quite large. Good looking shoes just not comfortable for his liking.

For some reason the right heel bites into the back of my heel and I decided I could break them in myself. The break-in is taking longer than expected, but is getting better. Shoes are lightweight and feel great and I very much like the style.

Shoes are very comfortable and look great. The drawstring takes time to get used to, but they include laces if you prefer. Not rugged in any way - my work takes me from the office to houses under construction and I was hoping for something a little more substantial.

Nice looking but lacking in comfort. I'm typically a size 12, but had to order up to the 13, so I think it runs at least a 1/2 size small.

I returned these after wearing them for 5 minutes. Very narrow. The arch felt uncomfortable. I was looking for some shoes that I could walk 11 days of Europe in after running a marathon. Bought some Sketchers instead and so far, so good.

This seems like a great shoe and I liked the design and color. This shoe seemed narrow at the toe area and didn't have that Keen comfortable space in the front of the shoe. I realized this is a different Keen design than normal but with an average 10.5 size foot this shoe didn't feel comfortable.

These caught my eye with their looks, which I also liked in person. However, I could not wear them. The fit was not good for my foot and very different from other Keens I have worn. Granted, I don't wear too many Keen styles, mostly Newport H2 sandal (perfect for my foot) and Coronado (discontinued). I found this tight across the toe box and instep, without enough room for my preferred insole.

This would have been my fourth pair of Keens in a row, but unfortunately despite choosing the exact same size as my three previous pairs, 11-D, these were far too narrow for my feet. I compared the soles to my other shoes and found them to be close to an inch narrower. I can wear in a pair of shoes, but the pinch in my feet from putting these on was going to be unbearable.

I have other Keen shoes and I love them. This one though is the worst pair of shoes I have ever worn.
