These shoes are the best I have ever owned. I now have all colors in two styles. I have one wide foot and the other normal width. I also have had three back surgeries and a knee replacement. I walk at least six miles on sidewalks daily. After years of buying different brands that changed every two years I found ON shoes. They give me the support I need and most importantly the comfort. There is no break in time. I can wear them on a long walk new and out of the box. The upper toe box is pliable and with lacing changed to accommodate my wide foot, and normal lacing for my normal width foot, I finally have shoes that fit both my arches as I don't have to go up a size for width. Best of all, the shoes are lightweight while giving full support. BTW, I am in my 70's. I keep new pairs at all times.

These fit like a dream and they are extremely comfortable on the foot. So I was wondering why they bothered my knees. I thought maybe it was the 7mm differential, which is lower than I'm used to. But it didn't take long to figure out that while they are advertised as shoes for "the moderate overpronator" which is what I am, they do not correct overpronation at all. They are stable in the heel, but that's different from the structure needed in the rest of the shoe that prevents the ankle from rolling inwards. That's what my Saucony Guides do very well. I was looking for a change, but will stick to the tried and true. As for the innovative soles on the Ons, I don't know. They felt hard and cushioned at the same time. Again, not like the Sauconys that provide great cushioning. I'm not a runner, but I have to use athletic shoes everyday. Maybe for runners they'd be different. The heel strike is late, which had the effect of pushing my weight forward. Maybe that's a good thing for running, but for standing and everyday use, it's not good for me.

I love the look of these shoes and they are very comfortable. However, if you plan to wear them outside you live anywhere that might have dirt roads or pebbles- think twice. Whenever I go out with them- the bottoms fill up with stones and pebbles. It's almost like I'm tap dancing as they clink on the ground or floor when I walk. I have to stop and literally clear out the rocks to just have it happen again. I've spoken to others and they all have the same issue with this brand as the bottoms are like a magnet to hold rocks! Perhaps this isn't an issue if you live in a city or wear them primarily indoors. Also, I've had them for 6 months and I got rips on the outside edge of both. I see another reviewer has holes in the same place. For the amount paid and the amount of times I wore them I was shocked. I've had other sneakers for far longer without getting holes.

Very stylish! I ran about 350 miles in these shoes. They are lightweight and airy. I have worn these in both marathons and Ironman competitions. Will definitely order again.

I have ordered no less than 20 pairs of shoes trying to find enough support and comfort for my active lifestyle. These feel fantastic. They actually have arch support. My feet are narrow and the heels are just perfect without any fancy lacing. I feel just like Cinderella. FINALLY!

Yes, they are pricey, but, boy, are they worth it! These are *terrific* shoes. My bunions on both feet have grown worse over the past year, wreaking havoc with my walking. After doing some research, I ordered an assortment of shoes with wider toe boxes that were recommended for walkers with bunions. As soon as I put on the Cloudflyers, I knew these were my shoes. There's plenty of room for my bunions, buying me a little bit of time before surgery. And these shoes strike a perfect balance when it comes to comfort -- they are soft and comfy, without being sloppy or mushy. My arches don't like a lot of arch support, and these delivered just enough without it being too much. I ordinarily take an 8 to 8.5, depending on the shoe. I tried an 8, 8.5 and 9, just to be sure, but the 8.5's were perfect. I was so impressed by these shoes that I promptly bought another pair, so now have the Black/White and Storm/White shoes. An added bonus is that they look a little different than the usual athletic shoe. I love these shoes!

Let me start by saying this is a comfortable shoe. I have plantar fasciitis and a shoe that is too squishy hurts my heel and one that is too hard of a footbed hurts it too. This shoe is in between. At first I wasn't sure it was going to help but now that I have given it more time, it has definitely helped. It is different from the other ON shoes in that it inhibits the side to side wobble if you tend to have weak ankles. The heel issue I have is on the side I have had a ankle fracture on and have hardware in. Th tongue is nicely padded, more so than some of the other models. That's a plus! I have narrow feet and these do run narrow. I am a true 9.5 and ordered a 10. Try them! I don't think you will be disappointed.

I want to love these shoes. However, the quality is less than expected. The material at the top began wearing away within the first 6 weeks and 4 months in they are nearly huge gaping holes. I switched to this brand after wearing hoka for the prior 2 years, and never had this issue. I’ll be going back to hoka and am overall not happy with my purchase, especially for the price paid.

Sad to say that after ordering this pair and swearing never to buy another brand again - I am disappointed to say that this is the Only pair of sneakers I've owned where the actual stitching is coming apart. After a year of owning this pair of shoes, the stitching on the top of the shoe is coming apart entirely. Mind you, I have other sneakers both Nike and Adidas which are yearS older than this pair and which I have used for hikes and bad weather conditions - both are still in tact. Whereas these On sneakers which I've taken extremely good care of and have only used for indoor, gym are now falling apart. I am extremely disappointed with this and regret the several purchases I've made of this brand for my husband and relatives. Very poor quality.

I'd been running in New Balance 860 Narrow (and previous equivalent versions) for years. When they stopped making a narrow, I researched which running shoes would be similar. I am a mild over-pronator and like a bit of cushion but nothing to crazy. I've always been fit for a stability shoe. When the Cloudflyers arrived, I was unsure if they were really going to fit the bill as running shoes! While they fit my feet very well, they were unlike any running shoe I'd ever tried on before. A little stiff at first, they are now becoming a little more flexible and shaped to my feet. I had a shin splint that completely went away when I switched shoes. I've run short 4-6 mile runs as well as 16+ miles on these and plan to race in them soon. The biggest thing I noticed right away is that the Cloudflyers promote a proper gait cycle. I feel like my form has improved since wearing these, and I've only had them for a few weeks (probably about 100 miles at this point). My calves and ankle tendons/ligaments were a little sore at first because the drop is lower than what I'd been running in, but nothing a little stretching and foam rolling can't fix. I'm SO HAPPY with these shoes. Also purchased the On Clouds for casual wear shortly after buying the Cloudflyers because they are just all around so comfortable. LOVE LOVE LOVE these!

My first time trying on this brand. First the good: They have good cushioning and stability. I have high arches and am prone to over-pronation (yes, the combination exists!) and plantar fasciitis. These have good arch support and I think would be good for both issues. But I'm finding the top line of the shoe, the rim of the upper, uncomfortably stiff and hard. It kind of presses in just below my ankle. They may very well break in, but I'm afraid to risk it. Looking for a good travel walking shoe and am afraid that stiff rim would really hurt if it doesn't soften up significantly. But nice shoe if they fit you well. As to size, I'm usually a true 8, slightly narrow. Like many people I always have to size up a half size for running shoes/trainers. The 8 1/2 fit like most other brands of running shoes for me. I'd say they are slightly narrow.

New runner, nervous about injury since I previously sprained both ankles so I really valued stability. I just ran my first 10 miles race in these a couple weekends ago and I feel great. The support is amazing! No knee pain either which I previously had when running in inferior shoes--they are pricey but I feel like the investment in my health is well worth it. I would buy these again and again.

I was looking for a new support sneaker as I work outdoors and am on my feet all day. I wear 7.5 wide in Asics Gel Kayano and ordered a 7.5B in this shoe and the length was perfect. The toe box does run narrow, but the material was soft, not stiff, so conformed comfortably to my foot. I walked all day in these on the first day and suffered zero break-in pains. I even ran from time to time to test them and they felt as good as my normal sneakers. I did add my own insole (Superfeet Blue) which I always use. The Cloudflyer is quite sleek and elegant for a sneaker...nicer than the Kayano in looks, in my opinion! I am now reading about other Cloud shoes, planning my next purchase. I love the look, feel and comfort and recommend these shoes. Here's hoping they last long!

I absolutely love these shoes, but I am on my second pair because the sides blew out on BOTH pairs (just like another reviewer mentioned). These shoes are comfortable and i love the colors and style. I feel like this is a design flaw and i wish they would correct it, because i would get another pair if i knew this would not be an ongoing problem.

I really like these sneakers, they are super comfy and I wear them all the time but I did find that the sides tore in the same place on both sides. I do wear them for some yard work but didn’t think this would happen. Overall I think wearing them for the gym would be better.

One of the only pros to these shoes are the weight. They are much lighter than my Asics I've worn for the last 7 years. I like the styling of these shoes as well. I feel mostly negatively about these shoes though. For the price point, these shoes have no cushioning. I don't know what the clouds on the bottom are achieving, but I feel barefoot running in these shoes. The balls of my feet feel blistered. After trying them for 30 miles, my feet are starting to ache in ways they never have before. Looks like I'm going back to my Asics Gel Kayano shoes and have wasted $160.

QUALITY ALERT! I really want to love these shoes. I am a PE teacher for an elementary school and bought these for the new semester after hearing great things. I spend a lot of time on my feet and shoes are a priority for me. The support and fit are great. However, I’ve worn them 8 times over the past three weeks and the inserts are coming out(see attached picture). They slide forward and curl up around my toes leaving me to have to take them off and readjust them which isn’t convenient with my job. If I’m not able to readjust them they rub blisters on my toes. For the money I paid, I expect better quality in the make although I’m happy with the fit otherwise. I honestly think I’ll stick with my Brooks. I’ve participated in races and still had no problems with my Brooks in longevity.

Zappos recommende size 7.5. On-Running website has Europe 37 = to US size 6. I typically wear US 7 or Eurrope 37 so I tried both 7 & 7.5. I have necrotic joint in foot so finding sneaker for walkning without pain is tough. I typically walk a few hours a day when not working ( hospital) so on my feet alot. Running shoes typically have better sole for me than walking so I was curious to try this brand. I have been wearing in the house and these seem more in line with sneakers I am used to. Cloud 2.0 didn't feel like it had enough support. I had been wearing Asics but they keep updating and when I find one that fits and feels good the next years updats doesn't seem as good, hoping this brand will be more consistent. The width is good, I wear wide in dress shoes but never have to in sneakers. They shoes look good. No irregularites in stitching. I have narrow heels so there is enough padding that there is no slippage. Padding along colar soft and doesn't hit ankle, about a finger away so no rubbing.

I love ONs! Quality shoe. I recently moved from the Nike Vomeros to the ON Cloudflyer due to plantar fasciitis from running and jumping for too many years. This shoe is comfortable and almost cloud like without being bulky. I wear an 8 in Nike and am an 8 in the ONs as well. I use these for CrossFit and the ON Clouds for regular life.

Unhappy! After only 6 months of wear, both shoes have developed holes over my toes where the netting over the instep has torn away from the front part of the shoe (see attached photo.) With the problem developing on both shoes, I think this is a design defect. I certainly expected better quality for my money, especially from a pair of shoes costing this much.

Best sneakers for comfort! I had bunion surgery on my L foot about 5 months ago and my job has me up on my feet for about 9 hrs a day. I’ve tried everything from New Balance, Merrell, Brooks, to Salomons’. Nothing has given me the comfort and support I need so I decided to try this brand. Huge difference! They give amazing support and are still lightweight enough. The width is perfect and it has a mesh toe box which helps with the residual swelling from the surgery. These sneakers are incredible. Definitely worth the money. Highly recommend if you’re running or in a position where you’re on your feet for several hours a day. I bought these and the Cloudace to try. The flyers are much more comfortable. The cloudace style is less forgiving and harder to break in.
