Lots of support but front lip is rough against front of my ankle. Blisters!

I recently purchased my 6th pair of ONs. I wear them every day; not to run or exercise but to be comfortable. I am so spoiled by these wonderful shoes that all my other shoes are used for short term, such as going out to dinner. I don't know why these sneakers are so comfortable, but they are the most comfortable sneakers I have ever owned. The pair you see above, the Cloudcruiser was my latest purchase, I love them!

After quite some research, I decided to make the purchase of my first ON running shoes. I usually cycle through Asics and Mizuno for my workouts and runs. The shoe is light weight and very comfortable. I like the minimalist design and it didn't make my size 8.5/9 look massive. Unfortunately, I did have to return the shoe because the toe box is slimmer than most. I have wide feet so I generally purchase 8.5 wide or 9 regular to compensate for room. I ordered these in a 9 and while it didn't pinch when I tried it on, I know for a fact that in the long run, I'd either crack my small toe nail or rip through the mesh of the shoe with my toes from running. If this shoe came in wide I would have definitely kept them.

Was disappointed when I got these. I've had a pair of on clouds for 4 years that I love and these were not the same. The tongue on the shoe is way too long and stiff and stuck right into my ankles when I tried these out. Also the toe height on these is a lot smaller too and pushed down on my big toe nail. Not sure why they changed things about their shoes that were already great the way they were. Really bummed these didn't work out.

Really comfortable shoes. I normally wear a 10 and always buy my workout shoes in a 10/5 which i did here. They seem a bit larger than others. But, the shoes is so comfortable and I'm very happy with these.

Lightweight, bouncy shoes. I've only had them for two weeks but keep finding myself wanting to jump and sprint while sporting these sweet shoes. I also like the removable insoles so I can use my inserts. I'm a happy camper so far.

I cannot find a pair of sneakers that properly fit me this year, and sadly these are no exception. I am a size 11 with narrow feet. They are labeled as size 11, but inside the shoe it says EUR size 43. My EUR size is 42, and 43 is way too big - 43 is a size 12, not size 11. Not sure why this is the case with most sneakers these days but the hunt continues. That being said, a half size down at 10.5 maybe would fit, but I can tell the toe box would be too narrow if I ordered 10.5, so these are getting returned.

I bought these shoes after I read a review in a Runner's magazine. I wore them to my first 5K and was pleasantly surprise. I have only worn them when I run and they feel great. The shoe does fit a tad bit wider but I am OK with that. The thin shoelaces seem like they would not hold but I have not had an issue with them. As of now I would recommend these shoes.

I loved the color combo on this one, but like other reviewers said, the tongue is crazy long and hard. It hit my ankle and I will be returning. Other styles are more comfortable.

Definitely a half size to big, loose heel and extra wide foot.

Ugh! These are going back. I have a pair of Cloudflyers and liked the black/white Cloudcruiser, ordered the same size. Got them on my porch today and put them on...and they fit nothing like the Cloudflyer. The uppers are very stiff and do not seem to wrap around your foot like the 'flyers. They just seemed really wide relative to the 'flyers. So, I ordered another pair of Cloudflyers.

If you do run/rows, this shoe is not ideal. Your heal will pop out of the rowing mount due to the extra anti-gravity padding on the heel of the shoe. The traditional On Cloud is a better all round shoe for cross training with a heavy running/rowing component.

This shoe needs an update. The upper is completely different than the other models. I hoped to be able to use this shoe for marathon training, however it was stiff and incredibly uncomfortable. The lacing system was very bunchy and the fabric was rough and did not feel breathable at all. I love my other ON shoes, this one is a no-go. Did not even seem like it was made by the same company.

I, unfortunately, had to send these shoes back. I was wanting a shoe that had a little more structure for longer running distances. (I currently wear the Cloud for shorter distance.) I had a feeling these would be like a more traditional, heavier running shoe than the minimalist, lightweight shoes that I prefer. Sure enough. I felt I was wearing a pair of my son's baseball cleats, and the large-and-in-charge tongue is so stiff that it cut into my ankles. The shoe itself is rather still, as well. It was a bummer as I love my other pair of On shoes so much!

Loved the feel of the bottom of the shoe, but something inside the shoe at the top of the laces, at the base of my toes rubbed a raw spot. Have to return them! Won't work for running. Shoe was described as a stability shoe, but I didn't find it to feel as stable as my Brooks Transcends.

I have log in 300+ miles on my original pair of On Clouds. Bought another pair recently and found that the left shoe had an hard, unbending section between my big toe and foot. There was no way I could run, or walk, any decent miles with that imperfection. It made my toe fall asleep! Had to try for an exchange and hope the second pair was made with higher quality control.

I've worn this shoe for the past week and it's killing my arches can I exchange them?
