Wears super comfy. My to go shirt for hot days. After more than a year the shape and color stays perfect. And a wear my two shirts a lot so they are also washed a lot. I think I will even buy a third one.

Bought this for my husband. He is always hot and really likes this shirt as it keeps him cool. He is 5'9" and stocky build. The large was perfect.

I bought one of these a couple years ago to try it out. When I got it, I thought it would pull/snag easily due to the weave of the fabric. It's a very 'airy' knit, almost like a mesh. But it's spent around 30 days in the backcountry and shows no signs of wear! I bought another to switch out between trips, but honestly one of these will last you a few years at least. Dries super fast, which is great when you've got a pack against your sweaty back all day. My only complaint is that the Dynasty color is more orange than red.

I have the Motus, Cormac, and Cormac comp in short sleeve, but I find that the Velox outperforms all of them for pretty much any use where a t-shirt is desired.
The main reason is that the Velox wicks and breathes better than any of them, which of course is important in medium to high output activities in any weather ranging from hot to cold, so I think the Velox is better than the others even for activities like trail running. I haven't found any other shirt, from any brand, which wicks and breathes better than the Velox.
The only aspect in which the others may be preferred is their tighter fit. The others will also be slightly warmer than the Velox, but if you need warmth, you're typically going to be wearing a long sleeve shirt, or another layer over the t-shirt.
I have the Velox in four colors, and can definitely recommend it for any low to high output activity where a t-shirt is desired.

Perfect shirt for hot weather activity. The collar is tighter, the sizing more relaxed than the Phase SL crew necks I have. I have worn it running, climbing with and without a backpack. Its durability is to be proven. The mesh material is fantastic but how long will it last - I have worn it 5 times. It is currently my go-to exercise shirt.

I get excited for hot days when I can wear this shirt. The breathability is excellent since it's made of mesh, but it is NOT see through and the moisture management properties can make it even more comfortable than going without a shirt.
I wear it bushwhacking and sport climbing, and duarability has not been an issue at all. It can sometimes snag a bit on coarse textures like sandstone.

By far the best shirt I've ever owned for anything sports related. It wicks sweat like no other, and it is super thin but amazingly durable for how thin it is, it's so light, it's just amazing. First I bought 2, and now they're the only shirt I ever wear for anything active.

Love this shirt, but the fabric is not as soft as others my husband wears.

These are great shirts for travel, recreation or just everyday walk about. The colors are vibrant and unique. My husband has a few in different colors and wears them all the time. They travel well as the material is great for washing in the hotel sink and dries overnight. This company stands behind all their products if you have any problem!

No habia tenido ninguna de este tipo. Buscaba una camiseta que me sirviera tanto para caminar por montaan como por ciudad y creo que la he encontrado, junto con la Cormac.
Es perfecta para dias calurosos. Seca bastante rapido. Ha sido una buena compra. Con el tiempo comprare alguna mas.

I have 30 different shirts in my drawer and 99% of the time only wear these. They are by far the most comfortable, lightweight, breathable shirt I've ever worn. I originally bought one for a 3 week trip to Thailand. It was the ONLY shirt that i wanted to wear there because of the way it wicked sweat and did not smell. When I came home I bought 4 more. They are pricey but you'll never want any other shirt on once you wear one.

Have to say I love these shirts. I own two of them and would own more if Arc'teryx had them in stock in my size. They are lightweight, durable, and quick drying.

Once you get past the price tag and use this shirt it all makes sense. It is amazingly strong for how thin it is and wicks sweat faster than any other piece I have for super hot weather backcountry adventures. My most recent use has been Mountain Biking and I normally return drenched, even with a high quality Merino blend shirt, but with the Velox I was literally bone dry. I can't overstate the functionality on this one, really impressed. The Anti-odor was on point with the Adahy...Love them both!! I wear an Osprey raptor 10 loaded with 3L water bladder and this shirt shows zero signs of shoulder or back wear. A+ will buy another color

Just like the description states, this shirt is perfect for days when you need maximum breathability but don't want to go shirtless. This tee is on the thinner side of shirts in this category but I haven't noticed any durability issues with it after 6 months of use. The material moves great on the body, doesn't feel sticky and is cut well for the climber/runner body type. I'm 6', 160lbs and the medium fits perfectly. Definitely recommend and will be getting another one or two to round out the active wear quiver.

I own 4 of these shirts. Why? Because I roll that way.
My Veloxes have seen everything from salsa dancing, hiking, horseback riding, tennis, squash... you name it. It is one of the most comfortable shirts I've ever owned and can be used for just about every indoor and outdoor sweat-driven activity one can think of.
It is extremely lightweight and I've yet to find any other shirts that come close to dissipating sweat and moisture as well as these shirts. You cannot go wrong with a purchase.

One of the first Arc'teryx shirts I bought was a Velox SS. It's still going strong 6 years later and, along with the Motus SS and a Velox Comp SS, is one of my favorite shirts for every activity in the summer. I highly recommend it for hiking. I think the Sarix SS is the only shirt in the Arc'teryx line that might breathe better for running in warm weather. Simple, great styling.

Used this shirt on a 25 mile backpacking trip through Canyonlands National Park. Temps were in the 90's the whole hike. This top had excellent wicking, and I stayed dry the whole time. Bought one more once I returned from my trip

I have two ARC"TRERYX crews that are an older version and the crew collars have plenty of stretch to allow easy on and off. This one does not have any stretch. I am concerned with repeated staining against a fixed size collar. The body fits just like the older shirts which are lasting forever. Have initiated the return.

This shirt seemed technically great, but I unfortunately had to return it since it was much too large.
5'11'' 165lbs and medium was too big for me.
