I can't believe it. The last pair of Ryka's (Devotions) I bought were fantastic from the minute I put them on and all through several years of Zumba and UJam classes. I wanted a change so thought I'd try the Influence, based on the reviews here. The first pair of Influence I bought were way too short. My toes hit the ends. So I returned those and got one half-size bigger. These were a bit "squishy" in the toe area but I figured I'd just lace them up tightly. The problem is these shoes are just too "sticky". I thought I would break my ankle tonight. I've never had that poor an experience with workout shoes in Zumba EVER. When I tried to pivot my foot to the side, it just stuck to the floor! So sending back and ordering an identical pair to the pair I just wore out. Very disappointed that two shoes from the same company could fit so differently and provide such a different experience.

I have flat feet and tend to overpronate. I had to return these. The good is that they are very soft and feel supportive but there just wasn't enough arch support. I didn't feel that in my arches immediately, but my ankles would roll in as I was just standing still. That's a sign of not enough arch support. So I also tried the Devotion XT and the Vivid RZX. They both had much better support. The Devotion felt more like a typical sneaker and the sole wasn't as flexible but it has the pivot point so I imagine it's good. The Vivid felt flat to the ground but actually had much better arch support than the Influence. In the end for me it's a toss up between the Devotion and the Vivid, but I will probably go with Devotion bc I'm the type of person that hates the way flats feel and that's what Vivid reminds me of, even thought they are super cute.

This is my 2nd pair of Ryka Influence. I tired the Influence 2.5 and did NOT like them as much as I did my first pair. I use mine for Zumba 3x per week and I love the pivot point. They also have good support for my iffy arches. I strongly recommend this shoe and will probably get another pair in a different color combo soon!

Not wide at all and long. I normally wear a 9W in an athletic shoe and this one fit medium even tho marked wide. Also pointy toe.

Not really made for wide feet. I wanted shoes for f45 cardio and was hoping that I could use these. But I knew the minute I pulled them from the box that they were going to be too narrow. The toe box is wide but nothing else is. I tried 1 F45 cardio class but my heals still slipped out during rock climbers. I will stick with my Hoka one one and return these.

I thought they looked pretty cute and almost fit. The only problem is ... they felt soft around the heel? It felt like the shoe didn't support me there as well as I'd like, so I returned them. The shoe did have a removeable insert so I could try my orthotics in them. I am a tall, heavy woman that wears size 11 wide. I have flat feet and use an orthotic insert.

Love Ryka! I've been wearing them to Zumba for over 10 years. Best shoes ever!

I bought this shoe primarily for Zumba- I had been wearing Nikes but I wanted more support at the ball of my feet and a light weight comfortable shoe. After reading a lot of reviews on this Ryka model, all which played up how good it was for Zumba, I took a chance. I have not been disappointed. The shoe is wonderful. Very comfortable, gives me that ball of foot cushion I wanted, nice looking, light weight, and not that expensive. In fact, Zappos’ price was better than Amazon. I highly recommend.

Because I find reviews so helpful I am taking the time to write one. These shoes are good looking and supportive but SHORT- my foot measures a 7 but I ordered an 8 for a roomier toe box and they were still too short. Everything else about them were fine.

I was looking for a sturdy shoe to do Zumba in. These shoes fit that need perfectly! It's not always easy to shop online but Zappos makes it so easy to find what you are looking for. I had previously worked out in Nike's but these are so much better.

The toe box is tight on the small toe side.

I've worn these twice since I got them, to do Zumba, Sorry to say I am not as happy with them as my last Zumba shoes, they fit fine but I feel like the cushion is very thin. Also today my little toe was hurting in class. I have purchased Ryka before and loved them, these not so much. Very disappointed especially since they were not cheap!

Something is different about this shoe compared to the black/green I have been getting of the same style. Those have decent support for aerobics, but these pink ones have literally no support in the front of the foot for aerobics, and overall lack support in general. I know there have been mixed reviews over the years, and I am never sure if they have made changes or if some shoes just aren't as good as others.

My feet legit have a party when I put these sneakers on. I needed a good arch support for a toe issue and wear these for gym workouts - lots of jumping and weight lifting . The design is great quality and cool. Very happy with my purchase!

These were way cuter in person than I expected! The purple is kinda iridescent which is pretty. I loved the arch support in these and the lightness of the shoe. In my last pair of rykas, the seam of the toe always rubbed and it was mega annoying, so I went up a half size in these to give me a little more room away from the seam and these seem to fit pretty well! I’d say they are pretty true to size, I just prefer the half size up. Everything about the shoe is great. I use it primarily for working out (Zumba), but these would make pretty nice running shoes as well. I plan to try it out soon as a running shoe and see how it goes. I love the bright colors, but I’d love a more subdued color choice to wear for every day sneakers.

These shoes are very stylish and comfortable. Love them! I hadn't realized until recently that Zappos offered Rykas, and will definitely be ordering more. I have a very narrow heel and wider toe box, and these are contoured perfectly. They even make my size 10 feet look smaller. A podiatrist recommended this brand.

I would suggest ordering your normal athletic shoe size. Mine is always a half size bigger than my street shoe size. They are true to size for an athletic shoe.

LOVE these shoes! I bought them to wear to play pickle ball.I didnt want to spend the money on "Pickle Ball"shoes, and since I need a wide shoe,the selections were limited. The first time I wore them I brought another pair along, in case they bothered my feet. No need to! I wore them playing pickle ball on outdoor courts for 3 hours straight. I also got many compliments on them. I would buy another pair in a heartbeat, and I just may do that this winter.
