I used own several Tumi backpack and briefcase when I used to travel a lot for work. I still have a Tumi luggage I use whenever I travel either domestically or internally so I know the quality of Tumi products. After using another brand's backpack for almost 2 years, I decided to come back with this backpack for 2 reasons - quality, usefulness and size of backpack. This backpack has so far exceeded my expectations and I look forward to using it for a long time. I am also impressed with the customer service at Zappos. It's the best customer service on the planet!!! No other companies to compare.

Great laptop backpack and well thought out with respect to design. Sturdy construction and made with materials that should last a long time. A little smaller compared to other TUMI backpacks however it's the perfect fit for the traveler on the go. Love the cell phone pocket at the top.

I love this bag I have gone through quite a few travel backpacks trying to find the right one and this is it. The hidden cell phone pocket at the top is perfect when you're trying to walk around an airport and for the brief period of time when you have to have your wallet and drivers license available to go through TSA. I was able to fit quite a bit in this bag without feeling like it was overburdened. There are many pockets to choose from. The comfort I have to say is one of the best parts about this bag I don't have the best back but this is not a strain on my body. The padding in the straps feel great on my shoulders and the padding on the back makes it feel like it's just nestled ever so slightly on my back.

Perfect size for travel. Hidden cell phone pocket at top is great for TSA Precheck line! Tumi added a sleeve in the back to make easy to "attach" to roller board luggage.
