My foot is wide at the ball of my foot. Where the safety toe started it was snug and rubbed a bit. I love Docs. The sole is very comfortable as expected with Docs. I'm going to wear them till they break in. I like the shoes too much for a little rub to make me send them back.The material is robust so I expect after wear the comfort level will get even better as with my last pair of work boots! ��

The width is surprisingly comfortable for a new pair of work boots. In true Doc Martens fashion, they took some wearing-in but are the best work boots I own. It's VERY hard to find work boots for women that are jobsite approved, come in women's size and fit, and are not 'fringey' cowgirl roper looking boots. I am very impressed with the fit, design, functionality, and overall value. I have a high arch, wide foot, and typically wear a 6-6.5 in most other shoes, bought a size 5.

I really do love these boots. I do wish the flaps would stay down better, like pictured, but I am training the leather with binder clips for now until I get them broken in. Not a flaw though. They are beautiful! And comfortable from day one.

Super comfortable and they look badass. Only issue I had was they felt a size too big when I tried them on. However, since Zappos' return/exchange process is so hassle free, I was able to trade them in for the next size down with very little effort on my part. I highly recommend these.

Cute style! Tried ordering in a 7 and they were way too tight and way too narrow. Went a size up and I felt like they were a pair of flippers but the width was right. Cute boot but just didn’t cut it with the fit.

These really aren't wearable when folded down as the tongue doesn't stick down. So if you like them styled full length then they should work for you. I really wanted to wear them as ankle boots.

Had to return because they were huge!!!!!!
