I wear a size 6.5 in most women’s shoes. I have a pair of these kid’s size 5 and 4. The 5s are a little big and the 4s are exactly perfect. However, I wear the 4s with tights or really thin socks, so if you’re planning to wear thicker socks, go with the 5s. Overall they’re really comfortable and feel really flexible on your foot vs. the women’s version which are way too rigid. These also look adorable on when I’m wearing a dress to work and it’s raining.

This is amazingly comfortable! I found this pair for adult has price and I happened to think why not try to find the same style for kids. I have 36--36.5 EU size feet and my foot are not wide so I choose big kid 4. it goes just fit. strong recommend.

I'm a women's size 6 in most shoes but wear a kid's size 4 in Hunter boots. The plus side to this is that they're substantially cheaper than the women's boots. The downside is that they don't seem to be made to last. I'm onto my third pair in just three years as they keep splitting where the top joins the sole. Several friends with the women's version have been wearing the same pair for many years, so I'm guessing the kids' boots just aren't made to the same quality. This is a pity if you plan on passing them down from one kid to the next, or like me, hope to get more than one Winter's wear out of them. That said, I have tried many other Chelsea style rain boots and haven't found any that fit as well, are as comfortable to wear all day, or look as cute, so I just keep replacing them when they split.

I am an adult female, with small feet. I often buy kids size boots. I bought these Hunter rain boots twice and twice the rubber split within 6 months of purchase. I am so disappointed. Hunter is supposed to be a good brand. They are cute, light, and comfortable, but don't last long at all. I would not recommend buying.

Just got these and I am excited to wear them! I am normally a 6.5-7 in women's and I got the size 5 in "big kid," then benefit to having smaller feet! I could see how you may have a hard time getting them on if you have a wider foot, but for me it was fine. They do rub with ankle socks so wear longer ones and you are more comfortable. I wore them around the house all afternoon to make sure they would be good and they felt comfortable. Glad I found this option that saved me some money,

A darling boot that is perfect for those slushy winter days or rainy days. Fit is good and they have moderate arch support. HOWEVER, 8 months after purchasing them, the back heel seam split up the back rendering the boots completely useless in wet weather. Hunter boots should not be breaking, literally, after light use. We received them Jan 2019, wore them a few days a week beginning in March, not at all in June, July and August. Normal use in September and early October the back of the boot had a 3" crack up the back. We have contacted Hunter and will update review once we receive a response.

Having read the reviews recommending to order a slightly larger size than the usual, I knew how to proceed and placed my order. Result? Perfect fit! Many thanks to people who take the time to pass along their observations and comments in reviews. This was my first time ordering from Zappos and everything was straightforward from placing the order to the fast delivery. The packaging was impeccable, and so was its content. Thanks to heavy rain a few days after delivery, I was able to put them to the test, including walking and sitting in a car. The boots were easy to slide into and remove, they felt comfortably supportive without the heel slipping out or rubbing, and they did not hurt the back of lower calves. In that regard I feel lucky that the boot style and size fit me to a "T." In summary, I am delighted with the purchase process and the product itself.

My daughter typically wears a kids 1.5 in shoes. I got her the size 2 and it was a good fit with a little room to grow. I guess it’s comfortable since she wears it everywhere even when it’s not raining. Very cute and stylish boot. We got the black gloss and it matches with everything.

These are so cute! I'm a 6.5 womens and ordered the size 4 big kid and they fit perfectly. I have narrow feet, so if you have a wider foot, maybe size up!

Best Rainboots ever! These rainboots are slim fitting and not clunky or sloppy the way that most kids rainboots fit! They are very comfortable and fit true to size. I am a petite woman who wears a size 5 in women's, but most often shop in the kids department because I have a wide foot (D width) and that is the width of most kids shoes. The boots go well with both dresses and jeans. Great find! Very happy with my purchase!

Authentic & amazing quality.because of the rubber material I was afraid they’d be hard & uncomfortable but they are so soft & squishy inside. I love them.

I love these rain boots! I live in Seattle and we’ve had an unusually drizzly summer thus far. It’s too warm and muggy for full on rain boots but it’s nice to not have wet feet, these shoes are perfect for my purposes. They’re lightweight, super comfy right out of the box, and comfortable enough to walk-in all day. They’re also really cute! I did heed the advice of others and wear socks that can cover my ankles because I could see that for some it may rub. However I didn’t have any issues with that. I almost always wear a women’s size 7 and found the big kid size 5 a perfect fit, nice to be able to save some money by doing so if you can. All in all really good quality product, stylish, and functional.

I absolutely love these boots! I wore them almost every day for about 2 weeks!! So comfortable to wear anywhere and look so cute with skinny jeans.

I wear a women's 6.5 and ordered the kids size 4, and they fit perfectly. They are also incredibly comfortable and supportive. I wear them into work on rainy days, and I kind of hate having to take them off!

This is my first Hunter boot and I was surprised with how comfortable they are. I am consistently a women's 6m and purchased the big kids 4. Fits perfectly. From what I can see, the only difference from the women's chelsea boot is that the kids has an extra pull tab in the front of the boot. Definitely worth saving the money to go for the kids (I believe rule of thumb is to size down two sizes when converting to a kids Hunter boot).

I wanted to save money so I bought a Big kids size 5. I am usually a Women's 7 or 7½ and that fit perfectly! Although they might be a little harder to get on than the Women's pair because my fingers don't fit in the loop at the back of the shoe. This is my first pair of Hunter boots and I will probably buy kids size again!

Very comfortable

Our 6 year old wears a size 1 in sneakers and we had to get these an entire size bigger. But they are super cute and comfy.

I typically wear a size 6.5 in women's, and I got these in a big kid's size 5. They fit really nicely with a normal sock, but they would probably be a little tight with a thick wool sock. I have a narrow foot, and they are perfect for me. Even with my high instep, I can still get them on with no problem, just a little wiggle. Overall, I highly recommend these boots because you can't go wrong with Hunter quality.

These are cute and stylish yet still great for the rain. I’ve had them for a few years now and they’re still holding up!
