My shoes started peeling immediately. The comfort of the shoe was so amazing I kept wearing them. I cannot anymore because the shoe lost all color and peeled from the back to the front, not attractive wearing them for work. The leather is not real so once it starts peeling a shoe cleaner may not work. I had to go with a different brand but for comfort this shoe was my life saver.

These are incredible shoes. I tried them on on a whim in a store in a larger size and fell in love. I don't even need heels! The store didn't have my size so I ordered them on Zappos. I am obsessed with these shoes. They feel fantastic on. I have wide feet with high arches and these feel like walking on a pillow top mattress. Super comfy. 8 wide did the trick for me. Love these shoes. I'll get years of wear out of these. Dress them up or down. The only caution I have is that the fastener is velcro - not sure how the velcro will hold up but time will tell. My fave shoes of the season. Remember: these feel fantastic on!

I walk a lot on marble floors at our state Capitol. I put these shoes on this morning and even after a 12 hour day, my feet felt (and looked) just great. I can hardly believe how good my feet feel after a long day. I generally wear skirts so practical shoes are hard to find with a little style. I cannot rave enough. Normally, I wear inserts but did great without them. I am getting these shoes in other colors!

The first two pairs I ordered had a significant defect in the left shoe. The heel was not attached straight. This caused the entire shoe to tilt noticeably when walking. Thanks to Zappos free returns, I kept ordering until I got a pair that was less defective, although still not perfect. Hopefully they will get me through until I can find another shoe that fits. Be careful. There is obviously a manufacturing quality control problem with this shoe.

These shoes are like miracles for my feet! I had to get dressy shoes with some height for a wedding - and I have terrible luck finding shoes for my wide flat feet, particularly with a bunion on one foot. I tried pair after pair from Zappos and another vendor who shall not be named - the Zappos crew was always wonderful about shipping replacements/exchanges quickly - these came in 3 days before the wedding, seemed perfect except for needing a bit of stretch where the bunion is - and with a quick visit to the shoe repair shop, they worked out great. I wore them to the wedding, got compliments, danced a lot, and my feet never hurt at all. I would buy more of these in different colors like navy or even patent leather if they had them; because they are so wonderful. Pretty, comfy, supportive, practical yet dressy shoes with heels - it is like finding a unicorn!

This shoes material is very cheap. I wore these for three days, normal wear and they are trashed. Two others I have talked to since that have bought the same shoe had similar problems with there’s. You can tell by the sole that the shoe is still new. Total waste of money.

Walking comfortably for miles! I am a flight attendant. When we went into a new uniform, I was desperate. I had only worn one style for years and we were no longer allowed to wear that style by the company that I worked for. I tried so many different shoes. I was completely satisfied with any of them. I then tried these. OMG! Bingo. They seem to have been made for my feet. I have an extremely high arch, little on the side of wide feet and fat toes. I love these. Perfect for my type of foot. I can even work the short heal. 11 hours on duty and no pain. They look great when I wear the dress also.

This shoe is so comfortable! I have feet that are uncomfortable in most shoes to some extent. These, however, are very, very comfortable. My back doesn't hurt after spending two or three hours on my feet and my feet feel great, too.

I love these shoes so much, that I am considering buying a backup pair (Mama always told me if you find something you love, buy two)! These shoes are sturdy, comfortable and while not the height of fashion, certainly attractive. My feet are long and extra wide and it is tough to find shoes that are both supportive and feel like they will last beyond a season (I am tough on shoes). These fit the bill on all counts. Do not hesitate to purchase them!

I want to love these shoes! They fit well and are very comfortable, but get damaged too easily. I read other reviews of scuffed toes, but thought that I would be okay, I don't drag my toes or anything. But within hours of the first wearing both toes were scuffed. I was photographing a wedding, on my feet for 12 hours and these shoes are super comfortable. A few times knelt down to straighten the bride's gown, and that was enough to damage the toes. Very expensive for shoes that don't hold up.

These are so comfortable. I have them on with my tights, and Irish plaid skirt. They will be good for dancing. They look well on my difficult foot. They feel secure, and I don't look like a little ol'lady, even if I am one. Thanks Ckarks Wren shoe.

These shoes are AMAZING! They are by far the most comfortable pair of heels I've ever owned, and rank close to walking shoes in terms of comfort! They look super cute on me, and I love the wide heel. I always feel like I'm going to fall over when I'm in heels, but the heel is so wide on these that I feel perfectly confident and steady. Well worth the price!

I was looking for a shoe that was a 2" heel, stylish and comfortable. These shoes are so pretty and comfortable. I wore them this weekend for hours shopping and my feet didn't hurt which was great. I will definitely buy another pair of Clarks shoes! Thanks!

I have always had a wide size 12 foot. I came to the conclusion years ago, that I would never find a comfortable, CUTE shoe. Well, after losing 110+ pounds my feet starting shrinking both width and length. I can now fit in a 11 W!! I ordered these in my old go to size: 12W and they were too long and too tight. I saw the double wide option and thought I'd try to 11WW. Cue the choir: "Aaaaaaahhh!" Perfect fit! I did have a break in period to get used to a slight rubbing on my little toes. I learned a bandaid wrapped around them gave the perfect cushion to prevent blistering or corns. I have dubbed these my "Sexy orthotic" shoes. I haven't had cute, stylish shoes since high school. I love the look of these shoes. They look fabulous with my 1950s office attire. My complaint with these shoes is the material. I've worn these to my desk job for maybe 10 occasions and they are scuffed and in most places completely rubbed off of the leather material. I am not sure why they are so scuffed up so easily. Very disappointed in how these didn't stand up to my use. Zappos was fabulous- as always! and took care of part of the cost of this shoe. My hope if Clarks steps up their leather use and finds a tougher material. I LOVE these shoes and want more sexy orthotics!!!

These fit perfect and I have ordered two other pairs since the original. I’m a flight attendant and can work 4 straight days without ever changing my shoes. That’s a big plus for me!

It’s rare when I can put on a new pair of shoes- especially with a heel- and flow like I could walk all day in them. Well, these are those shoes! They are slipper-soft and offer style and comfort at the same time. They’re a nice sleek look with a pair of black stockings and black skirt; and they look great with jeans, too. The one thing I’d caution a potential buyer about is the “Leewood block heel” the young lady presents for the shoes on the video attached to this style: it’s NOT a variegated wood-block heel as pictured in the video... the heel is solid black. But that was not enough of a problem to cause me to return them..... they’re just that nice. BTW, I have a long narrow food with a high arch, and the 10N fit like a glove. Hope this helps another shopper on the fence to decide to give these a try—especially at that sale price right now!!

I’m a flight Attendant and I just wore them for the first time- super comfortable. I didn’t have to change into flats for the flights. They ran true to size.

I’m a Flight Attendant and I love these shoes.. the height is perfect for my high arch. Every other brand gave me blisters and sore feet after a few minutes of walking. Super cushiony soles worth the money.

Loved the shoes and the comfort and fit but they are not holding up. The finish is peeling away and now the shoe doesn’t look very nice. They need to make this pair in leather so they last.

Definitely not a fashion statement type of shoe. However, Clarks is the only brand I can purchase and feel confident it will fit. I really only wear these to the office. The design on these shoes disappointed me. I wasn’t expecting a velcro closure. I don’t anticipate that it will take long before the closure starts opening on its own throughout the day. Had I known about this I probably wouldn’t have purchased. Overall the shoe fits well. One foot felt bigger than the other but not enough to exchange. Not worth $99 in my opinion. I’ve seen better quality from Clarks.

While these shoes are very comfortable and I enjoyed wearing them, they are poor quality. After moderate use, the leather peeled off the inside of both shoes. I was very disappointed.

I was told that this shoe is loved by airline attendants. Well, I can see why. I have a terrible time finding shoes, especially ones that I can wear to church, etc. Well, the second I put on these shoes, it was an ahhh.... moment. Comfy right out of the box. No breaking in. Super comfortable. I will be ordering another pair. Don't hesitate. These are quality shoes.

Super cute, super comfortable! Just the right height to be fashionable but yet I could still wear them the whole day at the office.

This is a beautiful shoe-- perfect to wear with skirts or dressier pants. Classic, but not boring. Dressy, but not over the top. Heel height is very comfortable. The strap is placed perfectly to flatter the foot and look good with This shoe fits me perfectly. I love this shoe!
