These boots are great. They are comfortable. They are warm. They are waterproof. They are easy to pull on. And they somehow look cool in that they lack almost anything stylish about them in kind of a norm-core way. The first couple times I wore them, they rubbed the outside of my ankle where the two pieces of rubber come together. But now they don't. I have walked in them a lot and they were as comfortable as sneakers. I wear a size 9.5 and I bought a 9, and they fit perfectly. You aren't going to get a lot of compliments on something that looks like the kind of galoshes my grandpa used to wear and they definitely aren't sexy in the traditional sense, but they get the job done. Highly recommend.

I am super excited to get these boots. I ordered both the size 7 & 8 since I am a 7.5. I decided to keep the 8 because I have ample room to wear thick socks and even insert the hunter cold weather insoles. The 8 does not look quite like clown shoes but like a rain boot as they should. The 7 fit nicely but I would not be able to wear thick socks and the top of the boot was snug on my top portion of my foot which would not be good for tailgaiting. A 7.5 would be perfect!! Love the logo being in the front of the boot to amp up my style as I will pair with skinny jeans/leggings with slouchy socks. I did not have any trouble getting my foot into the shoe and my width is med. No heel slippage noted. They are not cumbersome to wear, as I once purchased the short boots and felt as though it would be uncomfortable driving with them on. These work perfectly for my lifestyle. Will be hiding from my teen daughters, because they sure are eyeing them!!!

I love these boots! They are the perfect height for warmer weather. They have great support and fit very well. Others commented on the tight fit around the ankles, but I don't find that to be a problem. The stretch well going on and are tight enough to keep most water out around the ankle. They did rub a bit initially if no socks were worn, but stretched out a bit after minor wear. I would definitely recommend them.

These are really cool, understated boots. I've had full-height Hunters before and found them too snug on my calves, which made them annoying to walk in and caused an awkward, outward gush of air when I walked. That these only hit at the ankle make them so much easier to walk in, and the matte black rubber makes them totally timeless. I usually wear a 7.5/8 in shoes, and felt these were true to size.

This boot is big--no half sizes available. However, it is a solid rain boot that gets the job done. If you're a half size, like me, throw on a good sock, and be on your merry way with your dry feet.

I really love these as a rainboot or for walking in slushy snow/mud. I find they are more comfortable with a thicker sock (I'm an 8.5/9 and ordered the 9 which fit fine). The opening is snug but creates a tight seal so rain doesn't get in. Inside the boot is quite roomy, even for my wider feet. I will point out that there is no insulation so if you're wearing these in chilly conditions, definitely opt for a thicker sock. On the flip side, there's not much breathability so if you wear them inside too long you're feet may get sweaty. Overall very stylish, good grip, easy to clean and keeps my feet dry!

I loved these boots... while they lasted. They were my dog walking boots that looked cool enough to wear out and about after our walks. These boots only lasted a few months before splitting at the seams. They now leak and are useless. Can't believe I paid this much for a junk pair of boots. I've had cheap rubber boots form big box stores last longer.

Not impressed. I have four pair of the tall boots but wanted something for spring. These are absurdly tight around my ankles and I can hardly get them on or off. They are also quite heavy for only being a short boot. They are being returned.

I ordered these for my teenage daughter to wear on a trip to Ireland. She hasn't left for her trip yet, but has worn them several times in the cold and wet weather. They fit perfect and look much more stylish than I thought they would. She says they do a great job of keeping her feet dry.

My new favorite boots. Extremely comfortable and I like them much better than the high Hunter boots.

Super comfortable and cute.

I debated on ordering these shoes for months. I have the tall Hunters, and love them, but needed a pair of rain boots for milder rainy weather. I finally caved in, and bought them, and am very happy I did. I went on a muddy hike the day after receiving them, and it was great! These shoes are perfect for partially rainy days. I am normally a 7.5 in shoes, and the 7 fits perfectly.

I love boots! Really cute, roomy foot area without being too big and not too tight to pull on. Same comfortable fit as my tall Hunters. You can't beat a pair of Hunter boots!

Love these! They are a bit hard to pull on, but once they are on they fit perfect true to size, and stay put - no heel slipping, have good support, and super comfy for running errands and walking the dog.

These boots are so darn cute! I'm glad I went with other reviews to size up in the Chelsea. I do have to agree that the ankle area is a bit uncomfortable at first, but I want to love them so I'm working on breaking them in.

The material is denser than tall Hunter boots, but since they are smaller, it is not noticeable. The only qualm is the top of the boot chafes at the ankle, so if I don't wear thick socks, it becomes super uncomfortable, and the skin starts to peel. They have good arch support and are very durable. They protect thoroughly against the rain. They can be hard to put on because the top is narrow, but if you turn your foot sideways, it is much easier.

These run true to size and width. I wish that half sizes were available. The only problem is that the top opening is very narrow. It is not very easy to pull on and off. Also, because of that, the boots are not that comfortable as always hit/rub your ankle when walking. (I am not sure if I will be keeping them b/c of this. Comfort vs Style.) It looks very cute on. They are very stylish!
