This is a tough flip flop to review. Here's what it has going for it: The leather makes it an elegant and sophisticated flip-flop. I was surprised by how much more refined it looked than, say, Havaianas. It's a lovely, neutral color. On someone with anywhere from fair to olive skin, the shoe would probably be a true nude. I'm fair-skinned, and it blends with my natural skin tone so it doesn't compete with the colors in my outfits at all. It matches everything. On someone with darker skin, it would still be a very soft neutral color. They come with a fabulous travel pouch to pack them in. It's convenient to have a perfectly-sized travel bag for them. Here's what I don't like as much: Somehow, the flip-flop's surface is too slippery, it always feels like my foot is going to slip off. As a previous reviewer noted, you kind of have to keep working your toes to keep the sandal on your foot. So, they aren't as comfortable as flip-flops usually are. They are loud when you walk. I think this is a function of the aforementioned need to keep them from slipping off. With each footstep, when I clench my toes to keep the sandal on, they slap against the bottom of my foot. The slap itself isn't at all uncomfortable, but it makes the flip-flops unusually noisy. I don't completely love the shape of the sandal around my toes. There's maybe an inch or a little less of extra shoe between the end of my middle toes and the end of the sandal. This isn't a function of the sandal being too large - my heel aligns perfectly with the back of the flip-flop. (I also don't have strangely short toes or anything like that. I've never noticed this issue with any other flip-flops.) I think the sandals are just not designed in a way that aligns as closely with the natural shape of a human foot as some others do. Despite these limitations, the color and the fact that they're leather makes them versatile, and I do wear them. I don't wear them when I know I'm going to be doing a lot of walking, though.

I really wanted to love these, but they were too loose on me. And would slide off my feet as I was trying to walk. It's very uncomfortable to have to clench your toes as you walk, to try to keep these on your feet. I felt if they were loose now, they would only get looser over time. On the plus side, the leather was very soft and the foot bed was very cushy and soft... I ordered the nude color, which I thought were very nice/versatile in person. I just wish they were a little more snug on my foot!

WHAT I LOVE ABOUT THESE IS THE COLOR. Years ago --perhaps in the 80's or 90's I had a pair of wedge shoes in this color that were my go-to shoes. It is so neutral that it goes with so many things -- even red. For that reason I feel I always have a pretty looking pair of flip flops that will go with anything. When it's hard to find a coordinating color among my shoes, I immediately think of this pair. I am so very happy that the color blush has been so popular for over a year now, and I can find heels, casual shoes and handbags in this versatile color. [ (some other names are pink, & sand,& whatever creative name someone has come up with ]

I wanted a simple sandal for dressier white pants. These work well, but they wouldn't work for walking any distance. My true size in most shoes is 71/2 W. The 8 I bought is barely long enough...width fine. They work for what I wanted.

I've worn these five times since I received them. The sandals fit nice - straps perfect (not too tight and not loose). Wish they were in half sizes, but can get away with 1/2 size smaller than I usually take with these.

These flip flops are good looking and comfortable. I normally wear a size 5-1/2 shoe or a small 6, and in flip flops I typically purchase size 5. Because of the placement of the thong between toes, I had to go to size 6. It's placed somewhat farther from the top of the shoe than other flip flops. This leaves much more room than I need at the top of the shoe. Looks a little strange, but I'm keeping them because they are nice looking and comfortable.

I bought these because I wanted the lavender color - they are a lot like trees sandals which I have 8 pairs I guess. To me they feel just like trees. I find they do stay on very well when I walk. I would agree with the nose but that does not bother because I got what I wanted. They fit me perfectly. Love them!

These flip flops are too slippery.

I read the other review about these being loose and hard to keep on, but thought I'd try them myself. I have to agree with her as I had the same problem. They felt very loose when I walked and I too had to clench my toes to keep them on my feet. They are also very loud when you walk because they're flopping around and are heavier than a rubber flip-flop. I think the straps need to be closer to the foot so they don't flop around so much. Maybe if you have a very high instep they would work, but didn't work for me. Too bad since I did like the cushy footbed.

I loved these sandals when they arrived; the color has a bit of peach in the rose which made them absolutely perfect. Sadly, I am returning them because, with every step, they squeak. The sound is the same that can be heard throughout my entire office suite from an expensive pair of shoes with cushioned insoles. As much as I hate to return them, I cannot live with/tolerate the noise with every step.
