These shoes are as soft and pliable as slippers; the soles are thin (not necessarily a bad thing!) and springy. The upper is a pleasingly rough suede which makes them delightfully informal. Their toe is distinctly rounded, giving lots of space; no pinched toes, here. I found the vamp a bit tight, but it's possible to loosen them up a bit with a touch of shoe-loosening spray (yes, there is such a thing) and a night with spacers crammed into them. These are great shoes for everyday knock-about wear, as they are so very comfortable, and have a clean silhouette.

I ordered a 12w, which is what I normally wear. I can sometimes get away with a 12. Shoot, sometimes a 12 is too small; it really depends on the brand. Ah, the woes of the Amazonian life. This shoe, however, was huge. It fit how I imagine a 13ww would. I have no idea if this shoe was perhaps mislabeled, or a huge one off for some reason...but something. I could seriously put the shoe on, then easily slide 3 fingers into the gap at the heel. Overall, it's a cute shoe. It's more cushioning than most flats, but it'd be nice if there were more, then again I have huge pain issues. The toe box is slightly wider than most, which is awesome. I'm not convinced they are worth the price, but you take what you can when you have giant feet. I plan to exchange; maybe an 11, 11w, or a 12. I do hope something will work. I also plan to have a friend stitch leather insoles with added arch support for my super high arches. I totally love Zappos!

I find myself buying this style more and more. I had also sent for a French Sole ballet type for comparison. Softwalk was the the best looking and the most comfortable. Select another style if you need arch support.

I ordered these to use in my travel capsule wardrobe for business trips. This means they need to be basic and comfortable. I am a 12C which means the regular shoes tend to run narrow -- and I ordered a 12W. Sizing was fine, but definitely ran wider than expected. Returning and may try the 12 regular. Good cushioning in footbeds. Style-wise, it is basic black to wear under slacks. The elastic at the midpoint is odd, but not so much to not try again.

I adore this shoe so much. I'm a teacher and so Im on my feet almost every minute of the day. These shoes are perfect. So much so, I've bought them in two colors, nude leather and black suede. You can literally see the arch support and padding. I can stand on these for hours and not be uncomfortable.

This is one of the most comfortable pair of flats that I've bought in years. There is no binding around the top, so the shoes are not too tight over my bunion. The back of the heel is not hard, so no rubbing. No toe cleavage, and I love the elastic inserts. My only regret is that the shoes don't come in a broader array of colors. I'd buy this shoe again.

These are a little wide for my narrow foot but they are so soft and comfortable, I kept them, despite the slight gaping on the sides. I like the width in the toe area; most flats pinch and hurt. I also like the style, casual but versatile. Warning: if you waterproof spray them, the grey gets darker.

Soft and nicely made shoe however size 10 was too big, size 9.5 is too small. The back of my feet are raw :( for the price this shouldn't happen.

Shoes were too long and too wide; gapped at arch. Perhaps they'd fit if there were such a thing as 11.5. But there isn't. Back they go.

I bought these shoes on a whim because I was looking around for anything available in Wide that looked remotely attractive. These seemed frumpy, but they looked comfortable so I tried them anyway. Actually, I love them! Definitely the most comfortable pair of flats I've found. Solid sole and reasonable arch support without being clunky, and a really wide toe box without looking silly. The lining is soft and cushy, so I think I should be able to wear them all day. I'm a college teacher, so I'm looking forward to working these into my work rotation.

I've had these shoes almost a year now, and they are still going strong. Very comfortable, they are my quick go-to running around shoes. I feel I can wear them with almost anything. Definitely feel like a 'mom' shoe... not my most stylish (I may not have worn them as a 20yo), but they are easy and comfortable and still pretty cute.

I think for someone with no foot issues, these would be great. They are good quality and have good support.

Very comfortable! The elastic gores in the sides help it fit very securely.
