This is my second bag. The other one finally faded from use over 3 years. It is the perfect adventure bag for me. The pockets are sized perfectly and the main compartment is big enough to hold my Dslr camera when needed. The magenta color is great and the strap is very comfortable.

I use this as a purse. I've had the same one for 4 years now, and I can't bear to get use anything else. It's been great for my field work from Death Valley to ocean vessels. It's also great when I just need to bring stuff to keep me from getting bored. I've been able to fit a book, knitting, a DS, and my wallet all in there. I frequently clip my water bottle to the strap when I don't have my backpack. I love this thing, and if mine ever wears out I'm getting the exact same one.

I travel a lot and don't want a heavy backpack weighing me down. This has plenty of space for my iPad mini and a guidebook, plus zippered pockets to organize all the essentials. The strap is long enough to wear crossbody, which is comfortable on the achy back!

Perfect size bag for carrying wallet, phone and some personal items. Strap is long enough to carry cross body. Have the larger bag and use it when carrying larger items like a book or knitting project. This bag is perfect for running to the store.

This is an *excellent* little bag ! Purse sized, I guess, but that's what I wanted - not a massive load of cargo. It's big enough to hold a crushable jacket (like one of those thin down puffy ones that crush up well) or a paperback book & reading glasses, plus the usual phone, cash & cards, keys, etc. I don't carry a ton of makeup or a HUGE wallet, so is is the perfect size for me. I wanted it specifically for a trip to NYC - something that I can leave the hotel room in the morning with and have all my things for the day - including a jacket for later - but not be hauling around a backbreaking ton of crap. It is probably NOT large enough if you have kids or want to carry a huge jug of water or a boatload of makeup bag or a full size camera. But if you travel light, it's ideal. It's also nice deep black and looks nice enough for the city, not too schlumpy, or like you just came in from a hike.

I just ordered this bag now that I no longer have to carry a diaper bag everywhere (yay!). There was no video at the time that I purchased it and I was surprised that the pocket under the flap has a low side/edge. I was suspicious that items would be more likely to fall out, but after using the bag I find things very secure in the front pocket. Once the middle zipper pocket has some of my things in it, the front pocket seems to become more secure. This bag is light and is the perfect size to put my planner and sun glasses case in the zipper pocket with some kleenex. I keep my small wallet in the back zipper pocket because it feels very safe, and my phone and keys fit in the front pocket with my headphones. All in all, everything has a place and this holds an impressive amount of stuff (including sweaters for my kids when we were at the zoo!). Fits comfortably on my body.

This is my favourite bag! Perfect for wetter days in Vancouver. It has so many great organizational pockets and compartments. Plus I love the colour.

I've never ordered from Zappos until recently and I'm very happy that I have. It can be difficult sometimes when buying bags online, especially when you can't really see what you're buying. I am so impressed with this bag that I wonder if I will be able to really convey that. The bag is not big but it is not too small either. There is more pockets than I was actually aware of. Two on either side on the outside. The main zip part on the inside is a zippered pocket. A zippered pocket on the outside back. Under the flap is some various pockets, credit card pockets, an attached key fob which I like because it always seems I can never find my keys once I put them in my bag. The strap seems very durable and adjustable. The material is a canvas and strikes me as something that will easily wipe off. I'm not very tall, 5'2 give or take and I'm happy with where the bag "sits" on me which is at my waist. I'm so very very happy with purchase and the quality of this brand, Osprey, that I'm thinking of checking out some of the other I sorry bags and just may buy another one and may even buy a bag for my hubby for when he rides his motorcycle. Thank you Zappos for the $50 gift card you sent me so I could buy this awesome bag! I'm now a huge Zappos fan and can't wait to see what my next purchase will be!!

I love this bag. I bought it to replace an old Eagle Creek one (the new model isn't as good). I mostly like the pockets and the bag feels very nice while carrying it (I like the wide strap). The only downside is that the main pocket is a little too small to hold my hardcover book, maybe a paperback would be better.

On first glance this is a great little bag. I have been looking everywhere for a small but functional crossbody bag, and this one fits the bill in many ways: - It has enough room to carry the essentials and then some, despite its compactness. - The number of pockets for this size bag is impressive. My purses tend to become black holes of stuff, but I have a feeling I wouldn't be able to help but be more organized with this bag. - The tan color is a nice, neutral shade. - The quality of the materials seems very high, especially the inner lining, which is thicker and sturdier than the lining of most other bags I have owned. I also like the exterior canvas fabric. With all that said, I gave this less than five stars because of the flap opening for the front pocket. While this makes your items in that pocket more readily accessible, it's also not all that secure. This doesn't make a whole lot of sense to me given that that front pocket has spaces for items like your keys, credit cards, and phone - aka most of the stuff you'd want kept most securely. I really wish that this pocket had a zipper or at least a buckle. The latter seems to be offered on the front pockets of the larger FlapJill models, and I wonder why they didn't include it for the Micro. For this reason I may keep looking. But if this doesn't bother you, it might be the bag for you!

I was expecting the material to be like what Osprey backpacks are made out of - that slippery nylon stuff, but this is a cotton/canvas style material. It collects a lot of lint from the clothes I wear and is a pet hair magnet and it shows up a lot on the black color. Otherwise I like the purse. Great size, not too big, good organizational pockets.

Osprey has been my go-to brand for all backpacks and I love their intuitive design. This bag is used as my everyday purse and replaced my 2006 Patagonia atom. I like the size of this purse and general layout, however the pockets are not as functional as I expect from Osprey. The sunglass pocket has the key holder dangling into it (making scratches VERY likely). And I feel the material that this purse is made out of is too rough and stiff for a purse. I know there are other cordura's out there that have a softer hand. I'd like to see the sunglass pocket especially a bit more protected from keys, soft fuzzy fabric inside and if possible reinforced so that my $220 Maui Jims could live in there without fear that they will get squashed. The size and overall look of the bag is nice. I like the wide cross-body strap for comfort also.
