This coat is perfect for my husband. Ive searched high and low for something that was thin enough to be warm but not too thick it was bulky. He loves it! Its warm, soft and just outright comfy! And its just thin enough that hes comfortable with it on while driving. Usually he takes his coat off while driving but this one he doesnt need to.

The Kuhl Spyfire Hoodie is a very well built down jacket. It's 800 fill premium goose down is extremely lightweight, comfortable, and warm. It's easy to tell that a lot of thought and engineering went into the design of this jacket. The double stitching and strategic placement of reinforcing materials will ensure a long life. This jacket has style! Looks great with jeans and of course snow pants. It could easily be stored in a closet or scrunched up in a day pack if needed. The Spyfire has 5 external zippered outside pockets and one internal pocket for ample storage. I am 5'9" around 200lbs and the large fits good. For my size it's more of a tapered snug fit than a regular or loose fit, but still allows great movement in the arms and shoulders. It's December 17th and currently 7 degrees with a -9 degree wind chill, I stepped outside for about 2 minutes and stayed warm so I think it would be a good jacket just for running quick errands in this cold of weather. Otherwise I see myself comfortable in this jacket when it's in the 20s and 30s. Overall great jacket and Kuhl makes quality and stylish products as always! The lake blue is my favorite color.

Great mid-weight jacket for 40's, 50's, and lower 60's degree weather for light activity, like walking the dog etc. Probably would keep me warm into the 30's with higher activity levels like for hiking or skiing etc. Great hood with adjustable bungees in the right places to make the hood contour nicely to my head size. Nice pit vents and convenient zip pockets in various locations.

I have really been enjoying my new Kuhl Spyfire hoodie. I have been a big fan of Kuhl products for some time now, mainly due to their unique style and quality fabrics. This jacket fills a need for times when its too cold for a light jacket but too warm for a bulky jacket. This jacket will keep you plenty warm even when its in the low 40's with some wind. The fit is also a nice change from the typical warm jacket. Unlike my other down "puffy" jacket this one doesn't make me look like the Sta-puff Marshmallow Man. It is nicely tailored and hugs your body around the mid section down to the waist. In addition the arms are tailored nicely, but not uncomfortable at all due to the vents in the underarm area. The easy access pockets and unique placement make them very useful. I am 5'6 and got a medium which is a little long, but still the right size. This is the jacket that you have been missing -warm, stylish, comfortable.

The Kuhl Spyfire Hoodie is the perfect coat for my husband. The goosedown is just enough to stay warm yet comfortable. It has the inside pocket (perfect for his phone), on the outside is has the 2 on the chest, 1 on the sleeve and the 2 pockets for your hands. Perfect for any storage. It reached -36 with the windchill Dec 18th, and from him going outside to the shed and back up to the house on the farm and with no wind block, he stayed warm! I see him using this jacket for any kind of weather, especially in the fall/spring. He got a size L, and with his frame of 5'9", 175lbs it fits him perfectly. He does have shorter arms so in the past, coats have fit him in the body but too long in the arms. This jacket is the perfect length in the arms as well as the body. Overall rating of this jacket, 2 thumbs up!!

Great jacket toasty wirhout the bulk looking down of so many others. Love the extra shoulder material for my backpack. Very easy to move in and super stylish. I'm 6'1 180 pounds. This jacket is slim cut and I wear w medium perfect in the body and the jacket really moves well with you. I have had no problem with down coming out and I've had it several months. The sleeves could use a little more length for me but everywhere else it's perfect. I think the reason the sleeves are a tad short is my frame is longer and leaner hence the medium. Best purchase this fall!

This jacket is amazing. The thermal body mapping makes it really easy to move and the various sized panels give it a great look. Can't wait to wear it all winter. The extra layer of fabric on the front and especially the shoulders will be key when I am throwing my skis around. Thanks KUHL! Another home run.

Styling is great and so is the fit. Not as warm as expected. Good for 30 - 40 degrees. I've worn it at 19 degrees and it is not very warm, and this is with a heavy shirt underneath.

This jacket is very lightweight yet warm. Perfect for cold weather activities. The blue color is bright and nice looking. The only issue is the toggle for the hood broke on the second wearing.

Great middle weight jacket for 40's and 50's degree weather. The adjustable hood is great with the various adjustments to customize the fit. Probably warm enough for 30's with moderate activity. Pit vents are nice, as well as the extra pockets. Only concern is some fraying of threads at the seams. Hopefully no big deal with those long term.
