One of my boots came with the leather already messed up

Use it to go out show the beauty of the UGG brand but has fails me on this purchase.

The boots are waterproof but the salt will damage the boots in a way that the part in the front will discolored and get damage

I purchased for my everyday work boot (own car dealership) and I'm always moving. They are light and warm but unfortunately not foot bed support and tiring after a couple hours of standing.

Great boots - I have owned three pairs. The problem is, the soles wear out rather quickly (hence the need to buy three pair). Last pair was purchased late August. Soles worn down to being slippery when wet by Thanksgiving! Not good, Uggs.. Please use a better sole so I can continue to enjoy these great boots! I can't keep buying boots every 6 months!

I bought these boots hoping that they would be great for long restaurant shifts. They are lightweight and have great anti slip treads. Boy was I wrong. Three hours in and my arches were throbbing. By the end of the shift I was limping around the restaurant. They look great and are comfortable when you first put them on, but if you plan on doing more than wearing them for a fancy photo shoot, avoid at all costs.

Processed an exchange, never shipped my exchange simply refunded my order minus shipping costs. Was told sorry were out.

If you see people like this shoe wouldn't it make sense to try your best to keep it in stock?

Wore lightly probably 4 times, the boots started to come apart wherever it was glued, sides, back and front, cheaply made, gonna try another pair. If it happens again I'm done with these boots

I had to send the boots back Trademarks at all on the boots

The product is good but the color is so misleading the boots are extremely red nothing like the picture

Very comfortable and warm however the thread was completely gone in less than 3 months. These are not durable and I would not recommend to anyone looking for value.

This was my forth pair of the same style and brand. This is the third different color I have tried. The boots were SUPER narrow. It made keeping them impossible since ordering up a size would have been like wearing clown shoes. VERY disappointed (for that matter, I bought a two pairs of UGG snow boots this past winter that were supposed to be good up to -20C AND waterproof - neither pair I tried were warm or waterproof). So maybe there is a new Chinese manufacturer they are using. Maybe they are cutting costs or revitalizing their sizing. But overall, I would implore UGG to go back to business as usual- because these new changes have made their boots horrible and their advertisements a lie (neither I assume they wanted to do purposefully).

Over Priced! Can not use them in the snow!

I have written you guys twice and gotten no reply. I need a size bigger. Please reply asap. I'm so disappointed w you guys. Never again

Love Uggs. Boots were great. Payed for Next Business Day shipping on a Wednesday, Boots arrived on Monday. Snow storm was Saturday. Poor experience

The boot is a very nice and comfortable boot. The customer service was terrible. They shipped my boot to an address not anywhere near where I live. I spoke to about 7 different people with UGG and every one of them told me something different regarding why I didn't have my merchandise. A couple of them blamed me, one of them blamed credit card fraud, and the rest of them clearly had no idea what was going on. It took me 4 times as long to receive my merchandise than anticipated and I was offered zero in the way of an apology. Literally thee worst customer service of any company I've dealt with in a while. Also there is other information I would like to include in this review about why I should of purchased them elsewhere but I'm not allowed to mention that

The worse boot i've ever purchased in my life. Not for anyone concerned with orthapedic health and for that matter health in general. So if you have an inclination for self destruction over fashion- you'll be golden. Otherwise after 2 days of wear i could barely rise out of bed. tHEY ONLY GET ONE STAR TO GET THE REQUIREMENT OF this page.

You had a great Hannen boot last year. I just returned my purchase. The Uggpure wool lining is poor cousin to the rich shearling of previous years. I don't know how warm it is as it is only August and I didn't keep the boots. The lining looks and feels cheap, not thick and rich. The cordovan color is no longer that deep rich maroon but a sickly brown with a reddish hue. You had a fabulous boot and you killed it.
