It's a wonderful shoe for what it is designed for--hybrid workouts. It is light with moderate arch support. Very comfortable. It's not a great shoe for long walks.

These shoes are so lightweight and comfortable that it feels like I'm wearing bedroom slippers! Like the Ahnu hiking boots I own, they were comfortable right out of the box and into the gym. The material is stretchy, which is great if you have bunions or need a little extra width. I find that I sometimes have to re-tighten the laces after wearing them for a few minutes, but not a big deal. This shoe comes in so many colors it was hard to choose, but it's so comfortable I plan on buying at least one more pair. Great support . not like serious running shoes, but better than something like a Nike Free-type shoe. Great for all-day running-around wear.

My Feet are difficult to fit, as one foot is a half size smaller. In the past, only Earth and Birkenstock brands worked for me. I bought a second pair in case Ahnu stops making the Yoga Flex.

I have extremely high arches and am always on the lookout for shoes that fit without adding my orthotics. These shoes fit the bill - - great arch and fit (and they're cute, too!)

I was a little hesitant to order these shoes in my true size (6.5) because I tend to have wide feet and sometimes need to go up half a size, but these fit me like a glove. They are extremely comfortable and lightweight, and after tying up the laces, it almost feels like you have nothing around the toebed... they are very non-binding with plenty of breathing room. I have tried them at yoga, and they provided me with great stability in that sense, as well as trying them at the gym for moderate activity such as the elliptical. And I even wear them around as a casual shoe for non-endurance activity, such as running errands. I did try them out on a 3-mile trail walk and I wouldn't necessarily recommend them for that although they were still very comfortable... but I think for those distances, having more of a sturdy sole would be more suitable. All In all, I am very happy with them and they are my go-to for a very comfortable pair of shoes.

Ordered a 7 since I like some extra room in my workout shoes and when I tried them on I realized they were way too small. I need to return them but am planning to order a full size larger then normal.

I ended up returning these. They were adorable in the box, but not on my feet. It was something about the shape near the top, by the ankles; on my feet, they looked like I had borrowed men's sneakers.

These shoes truly disappointed. They have very little support, I would never wear them for cardio let alone running. I always buy workout shoes half a size larger but these were still small at the toe box. They are minimalist shoes and I would never have bought them if I had known that.
