I have multiple colors of the Soft 7 Sneaker and live in these shoes. I ordered the same size and the entire shoe is too big. The white shoes had the same problem. I will look for sneakers from another vendor.

These are not what I am used to from Ecco. The entire shoe was rigid. I think the shoelaces are made of plastic.

Usually Iiweaarr thss szzebut this pair was too big and wide.

Love the fit, but these shoes are not white. The leather is gray, which doesn't work for me.

I have these shoes in black and they are fantastic. I ordered the same show in "white", but I will send it back because it IS NOT WHITE (some others have noticed this, too). It is an odd light blue-gray.

I so wanted to love this shoe and was willing to pay the hefty Ecco price tag because finding decent supportive (and cute) shoes for my problem feet is so difficult. I got a wide width so that it would accommodate my custom orthotic. I don't normally get wide sizes so this was just to cover my bases, but the shoe was really more of a normal width... I can't figure why this is designated as wide really. The leather is buttery soft and the shoe is super cute but unfortunately it was way too tight with my orthotic. I tried it on several times just wishing it would fit, but alas it does not despite my willing it to... so back it goes.

Way too small even though that is my current size in all other European sized shoes ordered a size larger and I it’s ok, not roomy- a little narrow on one foot. .

I love Ecco shoes but these shoes hurt the area of my foot near the bottom of the laces of the shoes. Also, I think these shoes would benefit from grey shoe laces, the white ones make them a bit more casual than I was hoping for.

This show dies not have much depth. It was tight on top. The good news was that the foot pad was removable. But too tight with or without my orthotic.

The reviews said the shoe leather was soft and the shoe comfortable If that is soft leather, I wonder what hard leather feels like. Way to hard.

I love ECCO shoes and probably own 15 pair, BUT this is the 3rd sneaker type that I can't wear at all because they are so uncomfortable! All three hit the bottom part of the top of my big toe (make sense?) enough to hurt continuously. I couldn't feel anything there, but the pressure made it too painful to walk very far -- in all three different pairs. I find this astonishing and hope that whoever designs ECCO sneakers gets their act together. So disappointed.

I ordered a 1/2 size up from the same shoe I'd previously to have more toe room and these are shorter than the previous pair . . . they also seem to have shallower toe box. Returning them. Color is great

Poor design of top opening seam. Tried 5 of these and all 5 had a seam at the inside back side of the upper fabric. Why would anyone put a seam at the back side of the heel. Instant chaffing. Returned all. Too bad as it’s my favorite cute style.

This shoe is beautiful. It has perfect heel cushion and ZERO forefoot cushion. The forefoot is hard causing immediate aching. The shoe had to be returned.

Cute shoes but not comfortable for me. They felt a little tight but the heel "ate" my sock after a few steps and that is a deal breaker for me. I don't think the quality was very good overall and certainly not for a shoe this pricey. Had to return them.

I have 6 pairs of Eccho Soft 7 shoes and these are not the same! Old ones are size 9, these are 9-9.5 and are too big. I am a true size 9. Material (leather) felt wrong and very uncomfortable. These have been my go-to tennis shoes for 15 years. What the heck happened?

This pair of Ecco soft 7 sneakers is nothing like a pair I purchased earlier this year. The leather is stiff, the sizing is off, and one shoe is sewn quite crookedly so the laces don’t line up. Horrible quality.

I have worn them for five months and they are still stiff and uncomfortable. I never had blisters. I have tried leather conditioner and stretching them. I don’t have wide feet, and my feet are quite bony, not fat.

I bought this pair because I bought the same shoe in a different color a year ago, and I really loved them. The quality of the item still seems great, but I could not get my feet into the shoes!! Both width and length seemed WAY too small, and I have to return them.

Shoes fit width and length-wise BUT caused large BLISTERS on the outer side of both heels within 2 hours of wearing them. I have another pair of Ecco Shoes--same style-- that never did this. There appears to be small hard lumps within the lining of the shoe which caused my blisters. My other shoes do not have those lumps. Zappos was GREAT about my returning them! Thank you, Zappos.

These... are not leather. I bought the black pair to try, and they feel and smell like polyurethane. There is no information about the upper material on the interior of the shoe or on the box. They also felt quite narrow and tight.

I have a pair of these from a couple years ago & they are GREAT - so comfy, stylish, versatile. This pair is super hard/cheap leather. I read about this is other reviews (on Ecco site) and hoped it wasn’t true…sadly it is. Manufacturers: You can use cheap materials OR have a high price point, not both. Pick one. So disappointed in Ecco.

I was very disappointed in these shoes. The fit was most unusual, especially the heel which was wide with not even a slight curve inward at the top. I bought them for a trip to Sicily and found I was slipping even on dry cobblestones going downhill. A total waste of money!

I ordered the same size as my past pairs of eccos and these will not even go on. I am afraid the next size will be too big. Thank you

This shoe was not nubuck as stated in the description. It’s made from some synthetic material that’s designed to look like nubuck. I think at this price point if an article is described as nubuck it should actually be nubuck. Ecco standards have gone down though the prices remain the same.
