The most important thing: I don't wake up with my feet hurting! I teach line dancing and use these with either dance socks or dance sliders over the front of the shoe so that the tread doesn't interfere. one of the things that sold me on hokas was how often people with serious foot problems like plantar fasciitis and morton's neuroma were having success with these shoes according to the reviews. they have minimal heel to toe drop, which is a legacy of the barefoot shoes! hokas are in the maximum cushioning category. Because of the meta-rocker, you end up distributing your weight differently, not as much on your forefront and heel. The top is just mesh. Your feet can breathe. I think my favorite thing is the high toe box! they fit my normal size, but my toes have room to move. the different models of hokas had a very different fit, when I first started shopping for them. I found that I didn't like the squishier road shoe. my friend has a narrower foot and liked the challenger model. I use the superfeet carbon insole in them instead of the ones that come with the shoes. I think it fits my wide foot a little better.

I have a plantar plate tear in my forefoot which will eventually require surgery but in the meantime I can wear this shoe because of it's design; the rocker style distributes weight and takes pressure off the forefoot. Also, I can wear this shoe on my good foot to balance the sole thickness of a cam walker or orthopedic boot when needed. I am a surgical nurse and am on my feet nine hours a day. The shoe is comfortable, cute, fits well, and is worth its price. It is slightly narrow so be careful with that.

This is a very nice shoe by Hoka One One. However - I have worn Hoka's for years and the medium is very small in the toe box. Otherwise the fit is fine. For some reason the older Hoka's fit better than the newer models.

All I can say is these are the most comfortable, supportive shoes I have ever owned. I want them to make shoes for every use. I bought these after years of foot pain and finally surgery eight weeks ago. These were the only shoes that I could tolerate when I could finally put away the surgical boot and wear regular shoes and resume walking, hiking, daily chores, etc. I also bought the hikers- just amazing right out of the box! They even helped with my knee and back pain. I never want to take them off.

This is my 3 rd pair of Hoka's. I almost quit running due to hip pain, but thanks to Hoka's I am still able to enjoy running. These are super comfortable with excellent cushioning and a grippy sole. If you need a lot of support and cushioning, these are the best running shoes around.

I really wanted to love this shoe, because I have loved my original Stinsons tremendously. However, these are much narrower than the original Stinson. Buyer beware of this. Why can't Hoka make more womens shoes in a wide width? Why can't Zappos carry the wide Womens Bondi?!?

I've been in search of a walking shoe that fit 'just right'; I have problem feet. Have ordered numerous pairs from Zappos to try on at home, and no luck,until..I tried these Hoka's! Wow! Love at first step..like walking on cotton balls, very well made, fit taut/comfortably..my foot doesn't slide around. They're running shoes, but I love them for walking. They are SO great/comfy, my mom surprised me with a second pair in turquoise/yellow. I wear an 11 and again, have problem feet. I'm thrilled with the comfort of these shoes and look foward to my walks now! My feet/legs feel invigorated! Zappos is awesome!

Best running shoe I've owned so far. I've been an endurance runner for almost 20 years. I have had plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendinitis, arthritis and bunions. These shoes allow me to run without pain. I use the green wide super feet insole for extra arch support and because of wide feet. I wear a 7.5 in dress shoes and an 8 in all of my running shoes. These fit perfect in the 8.

I'm not sure I am ready for this style of Hoka's yet although it fits my 7.5-8B feet extremely well from my narrow heels to "ducky" forefoot! These are not the cushy Hoka Challenger or Constant 2. It is suggested for pronators however like the Constant but has a stiffer, more aggressive "ride" and a more pronounced rock to the toe. It really is a road shoe! Having worn custom orthotics for many, many years even in my Brooks Addictions (designed for pronators and working for someone who has plantar issues on/off), this is firm even without the orthotic. I am wearing it around my home to see if I can used to (for me) a built-in orthotic! This may have to go back and will keep you posted. Am so glad Zappos carries this very unorthodox brand! Even spoke with someone on staff who has had personal experience with this company and its shoes!

This is my first pair of Hokas. They met and went beyond my comfort and cushy expectations. The only issue for me is that the 5 mil drop made it a little more difficult to run with a ball plant that I'm used to. I've previously run mostly in Mizunos. I also felt a little lower back stress from the change in gait. Both issues are resolving, I think, now that I've run a few times in them and getting used to the difference. They are awesome on trail and road. So comfortable!!

It appears that Hoka One One must be using a new vendor this year. Their shoes are not consistent and are running more narrow than normal.

These didn't work for me. They are tremendously comfortable, but I supinate and found that I quickly turned over the squishy soles outward. So within months of use I put them on and my ankles turned slightly. Heavy supinators will know what I mean. I might try another pair of Hoka's but not this model.

Absolutely the best shoes ever. I'm on my 3rd pair of Hoka One One Stinson ATRs. I also have 2 pairs of Bondi's. The comfort is quite amazing. I've talked a number of friends and family into trying Hoka One One's and they all love them - especially my husband and a good friend who have terrible plantar fasciitis. The shoes have really helped my husband keep his high activity level without pain. I'm planning on may more Hoka One One's in my future.

I wear only hokas for walking around outside. these i just bought to put away for winter as I feel the uppers are made of a less breathable material than the others that i own. My Pt sayss these are exclellentg for people who have balance issues and help keep pronating and opposite corrected

I have arthritis in my feet and have not been able to wear athletic shoes for several years. These shoes are wonderful. They have a rocker bottom and the sole does not bend so I am able to walk much faster and without pain. My feet are wide and these shoes don't have a very high toe box so I had to order a size and a half larger to get toe room. I'm planning on buying these again.

I've had these 7 months now. It took some time for my feet to adapt to the excellent support: apparently my high arches were falling due to 'drugstore' arch support inserts not being enough. I am athletic, but due to a back injury am no longer a runner, so these were purchased for on and off-road walking & light hiking. They have proven to be well suited to those activities. I have a narrow foot, ordered M, and still feel they are on the narrow side. My trick for comfort is keeping the laces looser than a typical sneaker. its cradling arch support and somewhat stiff upper material keep the shoe in place despite the looser lacing. The downside (I have prexisting foot pain) - when I have been on my feet for more than 8 hours in these, the sides of my feet feel it, not just the soles. To be fair, I have not found any athletic shoe I could wear for more than 3 hours prior to trying these. I need a lot of cushioning in the sole, and quality arch support, and these deliver.

I am a brooks sneaker girl. last May of 2016 I tried on some Hoka's at a sneaker store and I really like them, but I still went with my Brook Ariel 14. This time around I bought 2 pairs of Brooks Ariel 14 cause it was on sale, 2 for the price of one, you can't beat that and one pair of Hoka Stinson 3, totally different feel on ones foot. To be honest, I thought I was going to have to return them. I came home for work that night and opened the box that was delivered and put them on. They felt snug on the width side not like the Brooks which give you more room on width. Mind you my foot is not wide, but Brooks tend to run small so I always get them in wide which feels nice. Anyway, back to the Hoka. So I tried it on and I said oh no I think I'm gonna have to return, but I said I will wear the for a couple of days and make a decision. Well, I love them. Even though it only coming in B width, they brake in pretty quickly on the width end and they are so so so comfortable, great in cushion absorption and the style of the shoe is very nice. I am hooked on Hoka I will definitely buy again.

The comfort and support of the shoe is amazing. I found it to run on the narrow side. I had to wear thinner socks otherwise my feet were losing circulation. The size was right only a bit narrow. I'd get another pair but order the wide width.

I love these shoes!! I just started running again after 7 years and these shoes make me feel like I've got some spring in my step. However I do have one issue, the back goes very high up the heel/ankle which gave me a horrible blister on my right heel. Benched the Hokas for 2 weeks and bought blister guards and we are back in business! My runs are noticeably easier with the Hokas vs my other shoes. Also on my left foot the arch support doesn't always seem to quite line up with my foot's arch but not much I can do until I can buy right and left in 2 different sizes! I plan to buy another pair right away.

Hoka One One is the most comfortable shoe ever. I had two surgeries on my left foot and have been ordering so many shoes from Zappos to try (Thank You Zappos!!) and so far this shoe has been the best for me. It is so cushioned that it does not cause anymore pain or strain on my foot. I did buy this shoe at a local shoe store but I am still on the search for dress shoes and Zappos will get my business. It has been so helpful to be able to try so many different shoes at home with no shipping charges. Zappos is the best place for shoe shopping.
