If you can be "in love" with a purse, then that is what I am! I never spend this much money on a purse but I am now a Brahmin convert. Not only are the purses beautifully made, they are so functional. No more digging around looking for what I want in my purse. The first time I used it, a woman stopped me as I was walking by her and said "that is a beautiful purse, is it new?" She said over time they "wear in beautifully." So here's to collecting Brahmin purses; they have so many wonderful styles and colors I can hardly stop at one!

What a beauty. Mine is “Seashell” (or close!) Perfect size, looks dainty but is strong as a rock.

Beautiful bag! The color of this bag is amazing. It goes with everything. The size is perfect: not too big but not too small. It has a zipper at the top to keep everything inside the purse. I get compliments on it all the time. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy this bag again and plan to buy more bags from this brand.

This lovely bag is my first Brahmin purchase in many years. It is even more lovely in person than in the helpful video and photos that Zappos posts with the product. I used it yesterday for the first time and received compliments from almost every woman I encountered. I chose the pearly white bag. It's stunning, very unique in its color and texture. It looks like a far more expensive bag. You'll adore it! And it has just the right sizing and pockets for everything I need in my busy day : cellphone, wallet, makeup, keys, and iPad all fit comfortably in the purse. I love it so much, I'm going to order it in black! It is polished and very professional while being stylish enough to go into evening and a night out. Great find!

the satchel is lovely...but there is a flaw in the zipper that becomes embarrasing / i love my other BRAHMIN PURSES.

I love everything about this handbag. The shape and style are eye-catching and attractive. The size is medium to large, and everything fits inside, including a small tablet, wallet, phone, brush, make-up, etc.. The texture is faux croc, but it is leather. The surface is smooth and has a sheen. I have used the black bag all fall and winter, and it still looks brand new. I just purchased the pearl color for spring and summer, with the matching Ady wallet. The pearl color is very unique and pretty, and is an off-white with silver tones. This bag looks more expensive than it is. There is nothing comparable to this handbag. Brahmin makes great bags.

First let me say I was a bit skeptical based upon the price. I never spend this much on a purse. I really like it though. Here's why: size is nearly perfect. I tiny bit shorter would have been perfect. It is very classy looking(I have the solid black). I love that it has a zipper closure. Most other purses had clasp tops. That's not secure enough. The zip pocket on the inside is a must for things like keys so I can always find them without digging. It has both a shoulder strap and carry handles both very comfortable. Also inside are slip areas for phone. Secure and makes it easy to find your phone. Bottom has little feet to keep the bag from sitting on surfaces and getting dirty. I can fit everything I need. Some might not like its stiffness. I sort of like it because it holds its form without flopping over. You can wear it to work or out to a dressy occasion.

This is the best purse ever! This is my first Brahmin purchase and I could not be happier. The quality of this brand is amazing. I also purchased another more expensive designer purse at the same time, from another site (and it cost much more than this one) and there was no comparison! I have returned the other one and will stick with Brahmin from now on. This brand shows pride in workmanship and materials used and I like that it is made by hand. The size of this handbag is perfect (not too big and not too small; even a tablet will fit inside) and it is not heavy. This can be worn on your shoulder with the strap doubled or as a crossbody with the strap let out all the way, in addition to using this with the handles only. I got the Black Tuscan Tri-Texture (Black 2) and it is a classic, stunning handbag that will never go out of style. I highly recommend this bag and brand! And thank you, Zappos, for getting it to me fast!

Beautiful handbag!! Light weight, nice feel to the touch, light lining (easier to find things, perfect depth to keep me organized. Can't wait to start using it! Brahmin name is new to me, so happy you're carrying it.

I ordered this bag in the Peacock and it is absolutely beautiful. I would’ve kept it, but I had a Brahmin already in a similar style and color. It will be perfect for someone else though!

Classy bag, holds a lot but is small enough to carry easily, and doesn't overwhelm my petite size. The black and brown colors allow it to go with almost every outfit. Worth the $. My new go-to bag.

Absolutely beautiful bag, but too heavy for me. While I am totally in love with the dusty orange Melbourne, this style is simply not for me. I did get the Lorelei in dusty orange Melbourne and it is glorious!

As other reviewers have noted, this is a well-made satchel with a classic design. I have a good collection of mini-purses that will hold lipstick, money and phone so I am searching for a purse that will hold reading glasses, and maybe my tablet. This purse is conveniently sized for what I want, so I am disappointed that I will be sending it back. The hardware is too shiny, and almost gaudy given the otherwise elegant style. At the price, I want something that looks good for all occasions and outfits. Also the shoulder strap is too short, and non-adjustable. But on a positive note, the Zappo's no hassle return policy is much appreciated.
