Style of bag is great - storage/pockets are nice. But beware, the "plastic" trim on the shoulder straps peels off and then the straps start to fray. Looks awful. Went into a MK store -- they only stand behind their items if they are purchased at their store. Sounds like it's a common problem too because they commented it's "expensive to fix." They don't offer or sell replacement straps either Never bought MK bags in the past -- won't again

I own many handbags and totes, but this style is my go to. It is the perfect size and light weight enough that it is not too heavy when full. The leather is soft and luscious, but does not easily scratch or show wear. The lighter colored lining makes it easy to find things inside the bag. I love having a key leash so I can always quickly find my keys, and the inside zippered and slip pockets are useful for my smaller items. I gave a four star rating for comfort because I think another inch longer on the handles would make this bag more comfy to carry on the shoulder. The handles do darken with wear. I really like that this bag is MK, but appreciate the logo is tastefully understated on the front. I use the outside slip pockets for my cell phone, reading glasses and a tissue. The zip top is a must for me to keep things secure. I ordered the navy from Zappos and as always received excellent service and quick delivery.

I love this bag. It is perfect for what I needed. I like the color and all the pockets. It is very elegant and classy.

Beautifully made bag. I always appreciate the outside pockets and interior organization from Michael Kors brand. But this bag was not as big as I wanted. This is "large purse" size and I need a tote large enough to hold a 8.5x11" folder for work papers.

PERFECT size! It's not too deep so I don't have to dig for things at the bottom. Love the outside pockets especially when I travel! Lots of inner pockets. I have the luggage color which I think is a great classic look. Oh! One more thing I like about it is that it's not heavy. Extremely pleased with this purchase!

Perfect size and very elegant purse. I no longer need to go "fishing" to find my phone and I really like the inside attached key chain to keep my keys secured. It is roomy enough to carry everything I need with me and the inside pockets keep it all well organized. I purchased the red purse and I am very happy with it.

Love this bag! Very comfortable. The pockets (2 in front and 2 in back) are so convenient for a lipstick, cell phone, chapstick, etc. There is a strap inside with a clip at the end of it which I finally figured out to be for your KEYS so you don't have to dig for them! The bag isn't too deep for that to be an issue anyway. It's a great purchase.

This is the perfect handbag. Not too big, not too small and has a ton of useful organizational features. The leather is soft and durable. I purchased the luggage color and it goes with everything. Zappos customer service can not be beat!! Order this bag, you won't regret it.

Most useful tote, searched forever. The outside pockets are great to slip in glasses, sunglasses and cell phone. Easy to carry over the shoulder, seems to minimize the weight somehow, although the straps could be an inch longer. Not heavy for a leather bag. Holds enough - ipad, paperback, wallet, little makeup bag, receipt envelope, camera, address book, etc. - and will still zip closed. Even a light sweater will still zip inside, but you can leave it open and stuff a heavier one on top. All this and still looking classy, not like a utility bag. No huge, tacky designer logo either. And well worth the price.

The perfect handbag for me! I found it locally in other colors on sale, but wanted the navy one. You may pay more most of the time, but Zappos can't be beat for service and quality. My handbag was delivered so soon, I could not believe it. I am enjoying using it every day. Thanks Zappos!

I love this purse! It's just the right size for everyday use and also big enough for travel. I had been looking for a long time for a tote this size with a top zipper, inside pockets and outside pockets. this purse has it all.

It's a great size with plenty of pockets for organization. Love the navy, which was not available at Nordstrom. Zappos is the best!

I have three of these bags in different colors. They are all roomy, have great compartments and pockets. However, the shoulder straps are horrible. They come apart on the edges and wear terribly. Even if never under stress from hanging on a hook. Michael Kors does not help with new straps. Finding all leather replacements are more expensive than buying a new bag.

The dimensions are not as indicated in the description. The width across the bottom of this bag is 11 inches. It's much smaller than the 14 inches in the description.

Overall I love this bag. I've owned it for 3 years and it is perfect for me in every way except one - as another reviewer noted the straps have started to peel and look terrible. If it weren't for the straps this bag would last many, many more years.
