I am a size 12 and I ordered a large. It fits fine and is reasonably comfortable, although I was hoping it would be a little more shaping. I wanted a lot of tummy control, and this is only moderate.

I actually purchased these to support me after liposuction on my mons pubis. I know this is not the typical review, however I wanted to be honest. The underwear offered a fair amount of compression which helped with the inflammation. I was quite swollen. The nurse at Sono Bello helped me decide on these after we considered a number of underwear for this purpose. I will keep them once I've healed to occasions when I don't want a smooth underwear line. I do wear a pair of cotton undies underneath them because I prefer that fabric on my skin.

I bought these to go under a form fitting white dress. I dont need much shaping, but wanted a seamless, smooth look under a light dress. They worked quite well. True to size, I ordered a small and they fit well.

After minor adominal surgery I was required to wear compression garments for a month. After a week, I was permitted to ditch the hideous, uncomfortable hospital-supplied wrap. The Spanx panties provided the correct amount of support, along with all day comfort, and my preferred higher cut leg fit. After a few hand washings, the panties became even more comfortable. Honestly they look so good, and are so comfortable I could wear these all the time.

These are great, and I find they run true to size. I wear a medium in Victoria's Secret underwear, size 10/12 in pants, and went with a large for these shaping underwear. I think I could perhaps go down to a medium, but the large has worked for me so far. Great for jersey dresses, tight high-waisted pants, or any other bottoms that tend to show pantylines.

I was looking for slight shaping. Although I am a medium, I ordered a large because I prefer to wear non-restrictive undergarments. Unfortunately, the fit of this item was a little too restrictive for me.

I ordered a medium which is my usual size but the briefs were way too tight; ordered a large and still very tight. I've never ordered Spanx before so I don't know if they are supposed to be this tight but too uncomfortable for me. Quality seemed good

Terrible and roll down. These are absolutely awful and uncomfortable. Panty line is highly visible. I wish I could get my money back, but I already wore them. Don’t make the same mistake I did!

These are great! They hold you well and do their job! I wear my normal size.

I have these in black and just ordered in nude. They are comfortable with just enough shaping to make clothing feel and fit better. The lower tummy below my belly button is my problem area and these hold me in just enough with no bulges, muffin top or VPLs. VERY nice! I hand or machine wash and hang to dry. Easy care and the shaping does not decrease after many washings.

Perfect post partum panty for keeping tummy in! Just be aware this panty does give you a very distinct pantyline!

My first Spanx purchase and could not have been happier. This is a good brief to provide some control without pain or over constriction. They are less constrictive than my workout compression leggings, but definitely bring my tummy in regular clothing. Did not cause any over-spill over pant tops either. I would recommend these.

These are great for shaping and holding in a post partum belly! I'm 170 and 5'4" and the medium fit perfectly. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because they create a very obvious pantyline! Otherwise they are great!

Spanx changed the leg opening on the brief. Now it has a rounded edge with stitching which shows under pants. There was never any stitching before.
