I always buy my 3 kids Columbia snow pants. This year they didn't have my sons size in the adventure ride, so I purchased these. The knees aren't reinforced and the fabric seems so incredibly thin, I'm expecting them to rip on the first day of use... I'll honestly be surprised if they don't. We've purchased cheap no name brand snow pants as back up that were of much higher quality in the past.
I'm rarely disappointed in Columbia products (with the exception of sizing, that can be all over the place) but these really fell short. If I saw them in person there is no way I'd pay what they're asking.

These are super thin. Bought for my 7 year old and she says they get wet at school and she's cold. Don't feel or look like anything of warmth. Disappointed in Columbia this time.

I received these in the mail and immediately was disappointed in the quality. They seemed to be made of good fabric but there was no insulation to them. They were extremely thin and they were tight on my average sized 4 year old. I returned them right away.

I was a little disappointed by this snow bib. It looked well made, but the material used is a bit thinner compare to other brand's snow pants/bibs I have purchased. I had high expectation from Columbia's, but this one doesn't meet my expectation.

Very thin with little insulation. This snow pant is not worth the price

My daughter's words upon opening were, "They expect me to stay warm in these?" Very disappointed with the thickness, or lack thereof, of these snow pants. Honestly felt like a nylon covered pair of fleece leggings. I live in Michigan and my kids' snow pants need to keep them warm at least down to 0 degrees. I thinking these would be good to mid-20's at best. These are going back.

I am sadly disappointed in these - the outer fabric is thin nylon and the seat tore on the second wearing by my 5yo. They are just not durable enough for a kid.

Unfortunately, they tore in the knee the second time my son wore them.

I've always bought my kids Columbia snow pants and jackets. This will be the last time for me. The snow pants are coming apart at the bottom, and the jacket is ripping apart on both sleeves. It's disappointing because my son's last Columbia set lasted him 2 winters and would've lasted another if he didn't outgrow it.

Material is way too thin. No padded at all.
I'm afraid fabric will rip easily especially knee area.
I'm not sure if it's really waterproof fabric too.
Sadly it went to return.

Bough this pants last winter and pretty much disappointed. They are getting wet very soon, my son was feeling cold in them. And the fabric is breaking easily. I had to buy one more YOUTH BUGABOO INSULATED SNOW PANT.

I have always used Columbia ski pants for my boys, but when I got these, I immediately noticed that they were noticeably thinner than every other snow pant we have purchased. It almost seems as though there is nothing between the outer shell and the lining inside. I would not want to go skiing in pants this thin, so I couldn't imagine sending my boys out in these. I can't imagine how they could be warm enough, with little to no insulating material inside. I will have to return and try another brand this time. :(

These are NOT waterproof or warm. A serious waste of money. These should be called rain pains because there is no way they are sufficient for snow. We just got our first snow in AK and my 7 year old came in soaked and freezing!

Within 10 mins of playing in the snow my sons are soaked all the way through to there clothing.
I've always trusted this company and never have had a problem until these.
