I bought three types of snow boots to compare: these ones, Sorel Kids Flurry, and Kamik Kids Rocket. I did not like the top half of these boots, as there is a big gap at the front between the two sides of the liner, which looked like it would let lots of cold air in through the thin outer layer. I ultimately chose the Kamik Kids Rocket boots as being the best option out of the three.

For the record my kids are thin and at normal size. The comments about these shoes being hard to put on is an understatement. I could not get them fully on my 18 month old. You may think they’re on, and the kid can’t tell you they’re not. They’re never actually all the way in. The are impossible. I thought I was going to break his leg before I get these on. Insane. Now to waste more time finding good boots.

I bought these boots for my 16mth old, and I love them! I also bought the pink for his twin sister. They are perfect for snow and rain. The only downside is that the insert makes it a little difficult to put on, but once they're on.... they are the cutest things!

These are 100% smaller than marked. Also, the transition from the rubber and more rigid materials around the foot to the nylon sides is really rigid. It would rub blisters into anyone walking very far in these.

My son got a new pair of these boots every winter. They keep feet dry with the waterproof exterior and moisture wicking, wool insert, which can be removed to dry. They have great traction. Highly recommend these boots for kids!

These are hands down the best boots for kids! They keep feet warm and dry with the waterproof exterior and moisture wicking, removable inner lining. When the kids come in from outside, you can put the wool liners in front of the heater to dry. I bought these for my son every year!

These boots are excellent. My grandsons parents love them. They say they are easy on and off and integrate with child's snow pants well. The parents wished they had a pair for themselves.

My little loves them!! Easy to get on and off and aren't too clunky that its hard for her to walk. I like that I can close them to keep the snow out. She loves the color and that her feet stay warm while playing!
