The leather on these shoes is so weird! It seems really heavily waxed and therefore is not soft and/or naturally slouchly - which is what it seems like they were going for. I could not get over the weird texture! (This was the Koa color) The shoes look much classier and smoother online than in person. It is somewhat annoying that this zipper does not go all the way to the top of the boot. It is almost to the top so why not all the way for easy on? I have a somewhat high instep and these are a bit tight in that area. I have a wide toebox due to bunions, but these have enough room for my toes (a tiny bit more or a wide size would be better, though). The footbed is not as comfortable as I hoped, but wasn't bad. Overall, I could not get over the weird leather! The boot opening is extremely large, too.

I really like the look of these, but they were way too narrow and therefore uncomfortable. I also wish the zipper went all the way up - it would make getting them on and off much easier. Too bad, the color was just what I was looking for.

Oh how I wished this was a comfy boot! First of all, if you do not have a narrow foot, please do not bother. Mine is very narrow and while the ankle area was fine, down by my toes and the top of the foot felt smushed. I am sure it would have stretched out a little, but for the price, I cannot take a chance. I ordered the clay color and it was nice leather and a perfect neutral. The boot itself was adorable. Since OluKai shoes are so comfortable, I was hoping that they had figured out a way to transfer that comfort to a boot. Sadly, no.

I have a relatively high arch, which can be a problem with some slip on boots, and it DEFINITELY was the case for these boots. I could not even get them on my feet, so I had to return. I thought the leather looked really nice, loved the style though.

Stiff waxy leather, not what I expected for price. The zipper doesn't go all the way up, so difficult to get on and off. The style is nice, though-really wish they had worked out.
