Totally loved these shoes! Fit was perfect. Had to return because realized I had a pair similar. Makes me sad.

The shoe is ultra sexy, if you have long legs and want to go out on the town and wear a nice short sexy dress or classy romper, tens across the board. I'm 5 feet 10 inch's and weigh 176pounds. These shoes are awesome, you can adjust the straps for more comfort. I have the tan and the black Great buy.

I love the looks of these! Love at first sight. If only the heel were a bit shorter &/or the pitch of the shoe were not quite as steep. It pitches me forward onto the ball of the foot. I would definitely shell out the money for these & wear them every day, everywhere with everything if they were more comfortable. When I tried them on they weren't uncomfortable, but I know from experience how they would feel after a while.

I think I have to agree with the previous reviewer. Something about these was love/hate, and I am not quite sure what but I sent them right back. They definitely ran smaller than other Freebirds, and the heel was higher feeling than I was looking for. Nice quality, though - just not the right style for me.

Love / Hate relationship - Love the adjustability of the straps, love the high, up the leg strappy-ness, as I have bony, thin ankles. Love the handmade, all leather, distressed look. Love the color, soft black. Hate the heel height - would be the perfect shoe for me if the heels were 2 1/2 inches. As they are, they put a considerable amount of pressure on the fore foot, the ball of the foot. Also, I am not too keen on the rubbery glue that was randomly slopped on them, and one of the stitches that holds the lining to the outer leather, is busted on the toe area- but that probably will be okay with some "Fray Check" applied to it. I have several pair of Freebirds and these run shorter in the sole length than the others.

Yeah, this is an ugly shoe. I have seen many of the Freebird items in store and they aren't quite this 'distressed' or unfinished looking. Many of the boots are beautiful. But this one? NO. Just looks not finished and beat up. Also, HUGE chemical smell. I had to move the shoes into another room and wash my feet after trying on. On the up side, if you find it cute, it's comfortable.
