These are comfortable shoes. They squeak a little, but still good for long days of being on feet. I did expect a slightly more pronounced arch support. Still good.

I like my New Balance shoes because they come in a narrow size----I have a narrow foot. They fit well. The only thing about them I don't like is that I have a problem keeping them tied.

Bought for work , was in the slip resistant section. Don't think the shoe is slip resistant.

These shoes were too narrow for my foot and it was so easy to return them. Just printed the label New Balance sent and UPS picked them up.

CCA for 5 1/2 months...I bought a pair of the postal 706v2 when I started and they are already wearing through. They got wet a couple times on rainy days while on walking routes ... Unfortunately the front top by my toes is very worn and cracked open and now all it takes is morning dew to have wet feet. They are comfortable shoes for what we do and they were comfortable right out of the box , no break in period. So I bought a second pair recently but i just accepted that if you decide on this shoe you will need to re-buy every 6 months tops. Unless you are a regular with an all curbside route, then you would probably get alot more miles out of your pair.

This is a daily walk shoe. The left shoe is good. The right innersole feels lumpy. I am disappointed, but will probably wear for a long time. No reccommendation from me.

I ordered online because of the virus. I'm on my feet all day at work on hard cement floors. I had to use other people's reviews to assist my purchase. They aren't horrible but I wish I'd bought something different

Great shoes always fit out of the box I knocked off one star because the laces are too short and the second star because customer service has not replied to my email

I bought 2 different pairs of shoes. The Postal 706v2 Made in US, went back because the size (marked 9 D) was more like a 8 Narrow.

I use them for work. Only wore them for 32 hours so far. Maybe they need some time to break in.

This is not a comment on the product itself, but a trend in footwear in general. Mt feet are not unusual in any way I know of. However, over the years I cannot seem to find shoes with enough toe room. From sneakers to boots it seams the shape of the toe box is changing. I used to purchase a discontinued version of new balance which was just fine. Now I have another pair of just so-so shoes.

First off, these are nice looking shoes, with a generous toe box, and I thought, being called "Postal," they would be good for work, where I spend long hours on my feet in a home improvement warehouse on industrially hardened concrete floors. The shoes felt good when I put them on and initially felt comfortable. With flat feet and plantar fasciitis, I expected they would give me good support. Unfortunately, after wearing them for a few hours, my feet really started to hurt. I've worn New Balance shoes before, and in fact, except for leather work boots, they are the only shoes I wear, so I had plenty of grounds for comparison. These were the first New Balance shoes I'd tried with Motion Control, and I found that the Rollbar was simply too aggressive for my feet. I don't blame the shoes at all; it's simply not the right type of shoe for my feet. If a Rollbar would work for your type of feet, you will probably be happy with these, but I don't know how you would figure it out without trying it first.

Not enough support across the top of the shoe for my foot. Plus the sole felt more like a "Rocker" sole from front to back. Not a comfortable one for me to wear as a walking shoe.

I use these shoes for work. I do recommend them even though they would be a much better shoe if they came with a better insole.

I got D width based on 97% saying true to width, but the shoes were too narrow. I sent them back. Would have liked to try a wider size, but I ordered on a $25 off coupon, and I found no option to exchange. Ordering a wider size would have been full price.

These lasted 6 months and now the soles have cracked, horizontally, letting in rain. $125!

I wear these shoes for work, they were very, comfortable when I first put them on, but after a day's work; the tongue on the left shoe kept moving over to the left side, and the opening of the shoe bruised my inner, left foot. I put some mole skin to pad it, but it needs more padding than that.

No New Balance logo on uppers.
Rollbar tech is much reduced cp. 928 shoe.
Felt could easily twist weak ankles

It is still the only remaining "Made in the USA" walking shoe offered by New Balance (the 990v5 shows up under walking shoes, but on its product page it clearly lists itself as "Designed for: Running"). I have been buying New Balance walking shoes for a long time and was disappointed some years ago when the 813 line was no longer made in the USA and I had to switch to the Postal 706v2 to get a "Made in the USA" walking shoe. The Postal 706v2 is more expensive, but I will pay a bit of a premium to support jobs here in the USA and do so on every product I shop for. But, being left with only one "Made in the USA" walking shoe available in one color is a bit ridiculous. You would think that if New Balance is no longer willing to manufacture the 813 line in the USA, they could at least give us a little choice/selection by offering the Postal 706v2 in a few color choices, instead of just basic black. So, only 3 stars. Up the choices and I'll up the stars on my next review!

I wear 4E width New Balance shoes almost every day. I ordered the MK706v2 as I liked the plain look (no big "N") and the fact that it was made in the USA. The uppers of the MK706v2 was wide enough, but the sole remained narrow. I felt like my foot was rolling off the shoe towards the inside. The heel was also a little loose. This is probably a great shoe for people with medium-width feet.

I'm in a screwed up situation, Motorcycle accident has left me with two different size feet. I've always played hell finding comfortable shoes MADE IN THE U.S.A. As this is becoming harder all the time. I'm on my 4th pair and hoping the next pair is as comfortable as the first. Good for the money and Our Economy
