First let me warn you that these boots are gray not brown like the picture. They are very gray but with that being said, I actually like them. I had planned for brown and included it in my wardrobe but these will work as well. Comfortable as Ecco is known for and the heel is perfect too. In spite of the deceiving color online I love them and will keep them.

The boots are elegantly beautiful and finely crafted, but I had a size issue. Note: these boots are sized for two sizes. I'm either a 7.5 or an 8. I ordered the 8 (39), which also includes the 8.5 size. They were too big, even with inserts. Thank you Zappos for your return and exchange policy! I'll order the 7 - 7.5 (38) size and hope they'll fit better.

I bought this pair of boots for my daughter. It is chic,comfortable and true to size. The color is exactly like the picture. I am so glad that I decided to buy them. These boots confirm the good reputation of Ecco.

I kind of love these shoes. I'm not one to wear any kind of heel anymore, but these are so comfy that I don't even realize that I'm not in flats. Super comfortable and I get style compliments every time I wear them. The brown/grey color goes with just about anything. Highly recommend.

Love these boots! Very comfortable right out of the box and all-day wearable. I bought them in taupe and immediately ordered a pair in black. I wear size 7.5 and was a little worried that size 38 would run small, but they fit perfectly. Could not be happier.

I didn't even need to break this shoe in. It looks like a high heel, but feels almost like a flat in terms of being easy to walk in. I wore them for one day, then quickly order the other color. They look great with a skirt or jeans.

These boots are cute and seemed to be what I needed but they were too tight across the toes. I had to send them back.
