I have been sitting on this critique of these shoes for a few months now, and just had to re-review. I LOVE the style and comfort of these shoes, which is why I've bought them twice now. But, the leather flakes and scratches off SO easily that I can't suggest buying them. I take good care of my shoes, and the second time I wore these, I was on an airplane, crossed my legs, and a big chunk of the toe scratched right off when I grazed the metal under the seat in front of me. I travel a lot, and have never destroyed a pair of shoes this way before, so it was the final straw. I'm so sad to say I wouldn't recommend these for that reason. It's too heartbreaking to have a pair you love be destroyed so easily, and especially at this pricepoint. I've had keds last longer!

I got the off white/black style, which is effectively a python print. I've been wanting a pair of python print sneakers and tried on various pairs, and this was the one I ended up going with (thanks Zappos!). Mainly because most of the python prints either have a tan backcolor or the print looks digital, but this is more of a dark brown/black against a white background which is a better match for my wardrobe. Have been getting tons of compliments from people and my aunt liked it so much she also got a pair. This shoe felt a bit narrow and is true to size, so I got it a 1/2 size bigger so I can wear thick socks and for comfort. However, after a few months of wear it really stretched out - still wearable but probably should have gotten my original size. There is some arch support but I feel the heels could take some more cushion to help with standing (so am getting an insert to help).

This is my 3rd time buying these shoes. They have some arch support which is hard to find in sneakers. The first pair I ever bought of these lasted a solid year of wearing them constantly. They never got stinky, they had a leather or pleather footbed. The second pair's leather flaked and for some reason got stinkier faster. This newest pair has a kind of velveteen footbed which doesn't seem as quality. I hope they'll hold up better than the last. Obviously I liked them all enough to keep buying, but I wish they'd keep some of the details of the original!

I am in love with these shoes. I bought them last year for a trip to France and walked over 10 miles a day in them. No blisters, not sweaty at all. And I'm prone to both! The leather started peeling a little, so I ordered a new pair. I was a little frustrated with the peeling, but honestly I wore these to the bone last year, and they are so incredibly comfortable and sleek that it was worth getting a refreshed pair. They have a clean, low profile, that fits in well with the white sneaker trend, but doesn't have obnoxious branding like so many other luxury or sneaker brands. I will keep buying a new pair of these every year until they stop making them!

Great shoes, true to size, stylish and yet still fun. Not sure I would wear them on a full day walking, but they are comfortable. Very pleased with them.

Cute, but I didn't care for the shine of the satin fabric and it ran narrow.

This sneaker is super comfortable and looks great. Unfortunately, the leather outer does not hold up very well. After 1 month of wear, and 1 day of rain, the white coating began to peel off.

These shoes were very tight with thicker jogging socks. Per sizing chart, I would take a size 8/euro 39. A previous brand I ordered in euro 39 were huge, so I tried this second brand. I actually love the shoes, just too tight.

This is my second pair and they look great with skirts/dresses or whatever. Love this sneakers.

These are awesome shoes! Comfortable right out of the box. I have tried close to 20-25 brands of white leather tennis shoes. Buy these!

I'm only taking 1 star off b/c as cute as they are with the flash of gold on the back, they turn my no-show Bombas socks into 'quitters'!! Quitters are socks that slide down your heel while you're actively walking (the worst!). The shoe fits perfectly, so I don't know why there's so much friction on the heel that makes my socks slide down (I've tried several different types of no-show socks). I still love them though - they look great with dress pants to sundresses and everything in between.

I love these shoes!!! Comfortable on straight out of the box. Great arch support. These shoes ended my quest for the perfect white casual sneaker. I returned the Golden Goose Purestar because the tongue was so stiff and stabbed my ankles with every step. The tongue on these shoes is thin and comfortable. I love how pliable the shoes are. The low profile makes it look cute with dresses, jeans, and shorts. My favorite part is the gold stripe on the back. I hope they will hold up well over time. I just wish the shoelaces weren’t quite as long.

Great fit! I have a wider foot and did not find these to be narrow as other reviews indicated. I wear w socks and still have room. Very comfortable right out of the box, extra cushioned heel support which is awesome!!

Great looking shoes but my feet are so narrow that they flopped when i walked, think of clown shoes. Sized right, just need thicker feet.

I've been looking for the perfect leather sneaker all spring and finally found it. They are beautiful. Sleek and graceful. Will go with everything. May take a little breaking in to soften up, but I have no doubt that they will be great. I should have followed Zappo's advice and ordered a size up. My usual 10 was too small, but the 11 is perfect.

Exactly as advertised. Were a little snug at first in the toe box, but they loosened up. I wouldn't necessarily wear for a full day of walking, but definitely good for a few hours. Look great with jeans, dresses, and shorts. Very versatile. I would definitely order another pair if these get worn out.

I have been looking for good white sneakers for a while, and I finally stumbled upon these on Zappos. They are even better in person, very soft and comfortable, not bulky at all and can be worn with both pants and skirts, which is exactly what i was looking for. Metallic stripe on the back gives just enough of extra stylishness so they are not like any other plain white sneakers.I usually wear US 10 ( EU 41) and size 10 was perfect. Highly recommended!

I gave a pair of these shoes to my Wife as part of her Christmas, and she loves them. They really look good and she says they are very comfortable.

I got these in the Rose color and they are really a beautiful shade of pink for the Spring. I have a narrow (AA) sized foot and this shoe fit me perfectly in my usual sneaker size.They are the type of sneaker that can be worn nicely with pants or skirts, not bulky at all.The metal trim on the back is really cute and dresses up the sneaker. I can't wait to wear them when the nicer weather comes.
