Unfortunately the "W" is not wide enough even though I don't have terribly wide feet. They'd have to go back. Apart from that, shoes are quite good-looking.

This is a beautiful shoe. However, the toe box is too narrow for me. I'm so sad to return these!

I am very disappointed in these shoes. I ordered a wide width, and the front is still so narrow I had to check the size to make sure I received the correct size. It also feels somewhat flimsy; I expected better quality from Cole Haan.

The style of these shoes is fantastic, unfortunately I find Cole Haan shoes to run incredibly narrow. Even after ordering them in wide, they still felt very narrow - and then simultaneously the shoes felt too long. Lucky for you if they fit your feet better than mine.

I actually sustained tendonitis and sesamoiditis in the ball of one foot from wearing these shoes. Like others, I thought they felt a bit tight across the front of the foot when I bought them, but assumed it would stretch out. The sole of the shoe was so comfortable, and I have never needed a wide width shoe before, so they lured me in. I wore these shoes on a weekend touring NYC, and three months later, I am now seeing a podiatrist and wearing a boot brace for this pain that never went away. Cole Haan would do nothing to help me. I wish I had used my better judgement and not bought these.

Looking for a pair of shoes for traveling this fall. These shoes are incredibly comfortable, soft and supportive; however, the white sole is a definite giveaway that these are sneakers and ruin the entire look. Sadly returning and hoping the black on black returns in my size.

Modern, confortable and very stylish, a little bit expensive but so nice shoes.

My friend has these shoes and loves them, they look great, so I bought them without looking at too many reviews. I need a lightweight, versatile shoe for an upcoming trip- I try not to check a bag. I bought the Ironstone suede color in my usual size, 6.5 med. Generally, Cole Haan does not fit me but once in awhile I luck out. I would agree that they run narrow. The 6.5 was too tight in the toe box across the toes... my big toe rubbed the side. I exchanged for the 7 med and they fit great -and the arch support meets my foot better. I wish I had a bit more width in the toe but I think being suede they will stretch enough to take care of it. All I know is that I wore them around the house to test them first and ended up wearing them all day! No rubbing or problems even without socks. The gray is a fantastic neutral and they look good with pants or skirts for travel. I don't mind the white sole with gray, they look like sporty European 'trainers.' They were out of the 7 in gray suede so I was bummed but signed up for the email alert and was thrilled when I got the email 2 days later that they were back in stock. Lesson: ya never know, so sign up for the email alert!

These are super comfy and can be worn with a skirt or dress as well as pants. I like the men's styling and the patent is great in wet weather. I heard that Cole Haan is not going to use Nike technology any longer which is too bad as these are really comfy.

Love the color and style of this shoe. Bought them for work and I can wear them comfortably all day standing and walking around for eight hours. I did have to add a heel insole for more support. Runs true to size for me. I normally wear an 8 M and that's what I bought.

Really loved this shoe, the style, quality and comfort. Sadly, even the wide was too narrow for me in the foot bed and toe box. I will try a half size up and wide again, but I'm not too hopefully. I think maybe Cole Hahn and I just aren't compatible.

These shoes are a life saver for me! Hands down one of the most comfortables shoes I own. I run a restaurant and I'm on my feet for hours on end and these make the day go like a breeze! The style is fantastic and they really feel like tennis shoes when I'm wearing them. My foot is of moderate width and these fit like a dream. I'd say to get a suede protector for them because they stain pretty easily, but other than that, I love them!

I liked these shoes and hoped for a fit. I took into account other reviews. The ones that said the shoe runs short and narrow are correct. For me that is a plus. My normal fit is a 7 1/2 slim to narrow. These size 8 M fit me well. I don't see these as flimsy or cheaply made. The quality of the materials looks good but perhaps the very lightness may be mistaken for lack of quality. I love the fact these shoes are almost light as air. I had a bout with PF so am particular about fit and support. Zerogrand has some, but not cushiony like walking/runners. Being leather, expect them to stretch. For now either no sox or thin. Later, if they do stretch, a little thicker sock. Attractive look for around town, work, with slacks.

I love these shoes! Some reviews stated that these run narrow, I always wear a medium width shoe and I had no problems with them. They are very comfortable and there's no need to break in. Great for running around all day and very stylish.

I love this shoe more than anything. I have worn the light grey and now have ordered the black and navy.. I have narrow feet, so the medium is perfect.. I usually wear a 7.5 or 8 and in these I ordered an 8 i think the toe box is wonderful and my 2nd toe is even longer than my big toe best shoes in years and not clunky like sneakers. a slim and elegant fit.

I love, love, love these shoes! They are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn! My feet are so happy in them. No bllisters! I wish they offered more color choices with black soles -- the ones with white soles look too casual/sneaker-y for my taste.

The reviews are true - these do run narrow, so if you have truly wide feet, look elsewhere. After reading earlier reviews, I ordered my size in both medium and wide, and I couldn't really sense any difference in width. Both felt the same at the toe area and across the vamp - but the wide was just a bit looser at the ankle, and this was problematic with my narrow heel, so I kept the medium width. So glad I did. Super lightweight and comfy, they stretched sightly and have molded nicely to my foot after only a day or two. Love the cute on-trend menswear style and the gray suede is so versatile with casual wear and skinny jeans.

Great shoe! Bought these for a cruise to Alaska and have worn them to make sure they're a good walking shoe. They certainly are! Wish they didn't have the holes, however, it makes them stylish but not as warm. I would have preferred they have a black sole for a dressier shoe, but they are very comfortable.

Very comfortable and true to size. I don't like sneakers because I think they make my feet look big. These don't do that.

Absolutely loved this shoe! I loved it so much I bought it in two more colors. I am super picky about my shoes because I suffer from plantar fasciitis. I walked around Europe in these for 2 weeks without any problems. They were extremely comfortable and I was able to wear them dressed up or down. The grey is a wonderful neutral color that goes with almost anything.
