My daughter is 12. She is 5'4" and weighs 120. I got her the XL, and they fit her well. Not loose, and not tight.

These are great knee pads for the beginning volleyball player. Size XS/SM fit perfectly for my 9 year daughter both with bare knees and over her Zella leggings. For reference, she is 50.5 inches tall and weighs 57 lbs.

My go to knee pads for volleyball. They do run a bit small so I would size up. The only thing is that they do wear out pretty fast (as a libero) and it gets expensive buying pair after pair. They are comfortable though and not too bulky or too much material on the top and bottom.

These knee pads are pretty cushioned, but they run very small! I felt like my circulation was cutting off! If you are going to order these, go up a size trust me you will that be happy you did!

I got them for my young son who is very tall. they were kind of small but they fit ok. Covid ruined volleyball for us but they haven't been ruined by my kids playing in them

My daughter is not a large person but I am really glad I got the xl option. It doesn't cut into her flesh and the padding is great.

My favorite knee pads, though they wear a little quick being a libero. They are comfortable and not too long/ too much fabric. I recommend them but just wish they were cheaper ha!
