This is such a great bag and it isn't as heavy as some reviewers have stated. So glad I went for it!

My first and my favorite purse of all, the Large Danial (I have the black one and a Saddle colored one, as well). Such a yummy leather and the think shoulder strap is great. I have had no trouble with this purse and have received compliments when I wear it, which is all the time. I use it for work everyday and the leather and metal studs have held up and show no wear.

I absolutely love everything about this Daniel Large. But, it actually is a bit small for me. But I am 6 ft tall so would love this bag just a little bigger. Please consider making a Daniel XL. I would buy tomorrow!!!!

The softest handbag, love it!

My first Hammitt and what a good choice it was. First the packaging is really pretty, it is like unwrapping a gift. The black leather is so very soft. The red really pops and so does the gorgeous gold hardware. These bags are so special and I can see why once you have your first you want another and another.

I had been searching for a buttery leather large black bag and somehow I stumbled upon the Hammitt website and I'm so glad I did. This bag exceeded my expectations in every way!! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this bag, and I will certainly be back for more purchases!!

I read all the rave reviews about the Hammitt Daniel Large and decided I needed to take one for a spin. The Montana Large has been my bag of choice for years, but that may change. I was afraid it would be too big, but it is not at all overly large, just has the large bag look. The pebbled leather in the Daniel is so soft and drapes beautifully, especially if not overfilled. It has adequate inside pockets for easy access to keys, lipstick, credit cards, etc., and a large zippered pocket for make up or sunglasses. The main compartment is large; I just carry my 110 North Hammitt wallet and sunglasses case in the bag's center because I don't care for an overstuffed look. The drape of the leather displays so nicely when carried crossbody with the extra wide, comfortable strap. The Daniel Large is certainly a gorgeous luxury bag and may become my new favorite.

New to Hammitt and I originally came to shop the black and red Daniel but when I saw this I had to have it. These blues are my colors and it's so pretty!

I just got my bag a few days ago and I am in love. I use it as an everyday bag for work. I love the way it looks and feels. I purchased the Daniel Lrg. Its the perfect size. I think im going to try the Daniel med next. This bag is everything I wanted and more. Im very happy.

I absolutely love this bag in these colors! It is a great pop of colors. You will be surprised how much you can fit inside. I used it as my carry on while traveling.

My husband bought me the large Daniel bag for Christmas, the black with gold studs. I absolutely love this bag. The feel of the Leather and how large it is. This is my first Hammitt bag and it won't be my last.

This was my first Hammitt bag and I love it so much I've purchased two more since! It's perfect for the days I go into the office and for when I travel. On days I carry less stuff, I use my medium Daniel. The leather is so gorgeous and I love the beautiful red interior and zipper and all the pockets! The gold hardware and rivets make it so special. I also really like that I have the option to wear it as a crossbody or hold it by the handles.

I own lots of Hammitts but never owned a large Daniel.. until now. Now in a span of only two months I have purchased 3 more. These are simply stunning. The leather is so soft and I love the way the corners flap over as your carrying it. I've also had fun buying straps to mix with each bag. Don't hesitate to buy this!!

I purchased the Medium Daniel black with brushed gold and red zipper (this was my first Hammit). First of all, the box it comes in is gorgeous, opening that box and revealing the interior is just as beautiful and then pulling your new bag out of the satin dust cover, well, the whole thing is an experience. The quality of the bag is stunning, the red zipper with the red suede inner lining feels like luxury to me. I did have to return the handbag because the medium is actually much smaller then I anticipated so I will be purchasing the large instead. If you are like me, and you carry your whole world in your bag, get the large.

I absolutely LOVE the large Daniel bags. I own 4 different ones and switch them out frequently. I did have an issue with the inner divided pocket stitching coming undone but Hammitt is happy to let me send back for them to repair!!! This bag is THE BAG. If you're on the fence about it, just GET IT. You will NOT be disappointed!!

I bought one of the limited edition colors - camel and gunmetal. I have two cross body bags from Hammitt but wanted something a little bigger. This bag is perfect. I can through notebooks, wallet, glasses, keys and there is still a ton of room. It dresses up for work and down for running to target. I tell people it is my 'big girl bag' because I finally spent some money to buy an amazing bag that I know will be timeless and last a really long time.

This is the best bag ever! I can fit everything I need in it and it looks great! The crossbody option is wonderful when I'm carrying other things. The two handles are perfect when you're walking around. This is a very comfortable bag to carry and it looks and feels great!

I have so many Hammitt's, but one that I always return to is the large Daniel. I usually go for colors & pattern bags, but decided to purchase my 2nd large in the classic black/gunmetal hardware. the bag is a great size without being too bulky. i've used it with an insert and without when i need more storage space.

I bought it in white leather and I also bought the matching white leather wallet. I love the gold trim on both!!!
