Bag is really soft but pockets are not wide enough inside. I wish that It has a metal feet on the buttom too because it won't stand up, too flimsy Not deep enough pocket on the outside too for the cellphone

Initially I hesitated to buy such an expensive accessory, but my husband convinced me to treat myself and so I ended up purchasing a large Daniel. I was blown away by the quality of my new bag and instantly became hooked. Within two weeks time I purchased another large Daniel in another color, a medium VIP, 2 Levys, a Nash for my toddler daughter who is obsessed with her "purses", and I became a shareholder. Poor hubby is probably kicking himself in hindsight. But even if, like me, accessories are really not your thing, you will not regret buying a Hammitt or feel like you have wasted your money in any way. They are absolutely beautiful, yet practical and cover everything from busy mom mode to formal events. Not to mention my daughter's Nash is taking quite a beating and still looks amazing. I can't wait to see what comes next and will certainly continue to build my collection as new colors and styles are released.

Absolutely love this bag. The leather is soft and the inside is beautiful. Hangs well on my shoulder. Is truly the best bag I've ever had. I'll never carry any Louis Vuitton again. The quality of this bag is amazing.

Beautiful, soft leather. Nice size...big but not crazy huge. Fits 15" laptop. Outside cell pocket is nice touch. Just be aware it is very soft and slouchy... not real structure. Nice comfortable crossbody strap adjustable to shoulder strap as well.

I have the large Daniel bag and matching 110 North wallet. I wanted a larger bag to take with me when I travel. This is perfect! When I traveled recently to Mexico I put my small Tony hammit bag inside of it plus other essentials I needed on the plane. This way I had two sizes of purses for any situation on my trip. It is wonderful for an everyday bag too. I receive many compliments on both of my purses. Looking forward to my next one!

Just arrived. Gorgeous leather and beautifully made. The bag is extraordinarily soft and doesn't have a rigid structure so it looks like it's less than 17.5 inches long, while it accommodates all sorts of stuff. I was looking for a large bag but not one that looks like a duffel bag. The interior is awesome. I don't like internal dividers. It's one big open area. I do find it a little heavy on my shoulder even with nothing in it. This may be the result of how much material there is. I subtracted one star due to the weight. Also, I would prefer that the handles were a couple of inches longer so that I could wear them on my shoulder. It's too tight the way it is and one of the two handles falls off.

I needed a cute "carry all" type bag so I could lug my laptop and books between home and class. I already own 2 Hammitt cross bodies, did not realize Hammitt also made these larger styles! Instantly fell in love!!! So happy to add this to my collection. These bags are the best!

It's a big bag that's not. The bag is beautiful and I will use it. I love, love, love the wide strap (wish they would sell that) BUT that 18 inch measurement is for the top of the bag. The usable width at the bottom is maybe 12 inches so no way my 15" laptop will fit. I really wish Hammitt would include a photo of their bags showing detailed measurements. I would recommend but with caveats.

I wish the quality were better because I love the look of this bag. Maybe I just got a defective one. It arrived with some loose stitching, which was disappointing, but I decided I could live with it. But when a piece of hardware came undone after a few weeks of very, very light use, I had to send it back.

I purchased this bag from a high end hotels shop. I planned to carry a small laptop and another electronic writing pad. There were no weight limits and the advertisement shows a tablet in the bag. The screw on the large ring broke within days, The shop replaced the bag, The ring broke again 2 months later (same issue). I requested to return the bag and was denied. Told, per Hammitt, I must be misusing the bag as it is not meant to be a "computer bag".. I sent the bag to Hammitt for repairs as that was my only choice. This is a lot of work for a bag that I have had for 3 months. I love their crossbody and wallets.

I have 2 large Daniels and 1 medium. They are my favorite bags and I'll continue to purchase more. The leather is incredible with perfect organization.

I have the medium Daniel and had to get the large Daniel as well when I need the extra room. The leather is plush and construction top notch. I like this company so well I also have the 110 North, 5 North, the Charles and VIP Medium to meet all. my needs.

I thought the large Daniel might be too big for me, but I find myself carrying it every day! The pebbled leather is insanely soft and beautiful. The red suede lining adds the feel of luxury. I love this bag because it fits not only my essentials, but I can also stash a light sweater and small water bottle inside as well! This is my new go-to!

The Hammitt Daniel had been on my radar for about a year until I finally treated myself to this amazing bag as an early Christmas present. It is INCREDIBLE. First of all, my beautiful bag was shipped in a gorgeous box, wrapped in tissue paper - so incredibly luxe. When I opened my Daniel...I gasped. Supple, beautiful leather with brushed gold hardware on the outside and the inside is the most incredible red suede with pockets galore. I am a handbag snob and this one ticks all of the boxes - it's the highest of quality, it LOOKS so gorgeous and it's functional to boot. I feel like it's a classic I will carry FOREVER but the Hammitt details make it unique. I have truly found my forever handbag.

I'm so happy to have scored this beautiful bag in the sale. I tend to gravitate towards silver and gunmetal hardware, but this bag is beautiful! I love the soft, multi colored leathers and the amazing teal zipper. It's so pretty!

I received my first Daniel today, and I absolutely love it. The leather is amazing, and I couldn't pass up the verdant green. It is better than I ever hoped for, and I can't wait to buy more!

I have several Hammitt bags and my favorites are the Large Daniel that I have in the orange crush leather. Love the size and quality of this bag. Your packaging is top notch too. I do wish that you made more bags in the gunmetal or silver hardware, which I prefer over gold. I'd love to see the Lg Daniel done in the brown leather again too.

I ordered the large Daniel in barley tan with gold hardware. This bag is soft smooshy leather, the handles/ shoulder strap are super comfortable, and the bag itself is very lightweight nomatter how stuffed you have the bag.

This bag is breathtakingly gorgeous and exactly the type of style and leather I was looking for! This definitely won't be my last. Thank you Zappos for packaging my new purse so carefully. It arrived flawless. : )
