First let me say I've been wearing this brand in several styles for a number of years. I have at least 10 pair of the other styles but this new Surfa is most like the original Fit Flop in support and especially cushion. I normally wear an 11 in most shoes but wear a 10 in all the sandals and most of the closed shoes in this brand. I tend to have heel pain and other odd foot issues, but in my 60's now, these keep me going and pain free. I've had them about a week now, and ordering a few more pair. I've lost enthusiasm the last couple years, especially with the disappearance of the sling that has the cross over at the toe. Have 5 pair, all worn out and they are a bit more stable on the foot than the others. Please bring them back. The Surfa has renewed my enthusiasm. I think it's probably the triple sole that makes them work so well. Thanks Zappos for carrying these!

I purchased these black FitFlop Surfas because I truly loved the pair I purchased 2 years ago. The old pair are looking a little dingy from overuse, but still perform. The new pair is terrible -- the webbing is unraveling and I have had them 2 months, with minimal usage since I love my old ones. Overall construction is poor. I would (sadly) no longer recommend.

I love these shoes. These shoes are more true flip-flops than the Lulu model. The top of the strap does not go as far up the arch of the foot so there is more noise as the back of the shoe flops back. Having said that, the shoe base is also a bit wider and lower than the Lulu style of shoe. The wider footbed is very comfortable on the foot. The arch support of this shoe is not as good as the Lulu but still excellent compared to regular flip-flops.

I bought one pair of these FitFlops, then came back for pair #2. Then I came back for #3 and #4. Obviously, I have found these to be great summer shoes! They are comfortable and cute - they have MUCH more cushion to them than the normal flip flop type sandal. I love them! I generally wear a size 7, or 37, but I order size 6 in FitFlops and they fit perfectly.

I'm dealing with plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendinitis - these shoes are great! The cushioning and support are wonderful and they fit well.

I have been wearing FitFlops for years and it was time to replace my beloved black pair. The old style isn’t made any more but I read a few reviews that these fit the closest to the older style. In the older style I wore a 10 (even though I size as a 10.5 or 11 in most other shoes). I originally ordered a 10 and I had to exchange them. They were just a little too narrow and a smidge short. I am very happy with the 11s! These feel a lot like the older style and I like the black and white upper. In the pictures I included a picture with the old style (with the FitFlop circle) on my left foot just for reference. See how the sizing is super close?! Old ones are a 10, new ones (black and white upper) are an 11.

I purchased these flip flops for the first time and loved them for the first week that I wore them. Unfortunately, after the first week, the fabric portion of the thing started to come away from the base of the shoe. Very disappointed with the quality. I will definitely return and may try a new pair hoping that this is a one time issue

I bought these in the black/gray and they were perfect right out of the box! I loved them so much that I ordered brown. Oddly, they are too small (shorter & straps tighter) to wear even though they’re the same size. I wear an 8.5 and the 8 is good in black, too small in brown. Go figure. Good thing Zappos has the best return policy ever!

Pair I got a couple years ago are still going! I just wanted an extra pair and this brand new pair is made so differently that the strap is coming off already I've only worn maybe five times. ?

I love these. Normally I take a 6.5 to accommodate my wide forefoot and flat arch. I ordered these in a 6 and they are perfect! And so cushy. Wide enough in the front, and fits my narrow heel just fine, without being too short in length. The straps are slightly loose but it isn't a problem for me. I've tried other FitFlop styles, and they are always too narrow, and the toe post strap is too high, barely touches my feet. I wish they would make more dressy flops with this same wider foot bed!

SUCCESS!! I wear 11 1/2 (one foot is really a 12), so it's next to impossible for me to find shoes that fit, let alone ones I actually LIKE! These fit me perfectly!! They're nice and snug - so your foot doesn't fall out the side (the norm for FitFlops) and these blue ones are really pretty. So of course I ordered three more (black, brown and the gray and white - still waiting for them to be in stock)r - -when you find a shoe that fits, well, you know the story.

I love the Fit Flops, but Zappos should include the half sizes. I've had to return these twice because 10 womens was too large, and 9 was too small. I am a nine and a half. Please Zappos: include your half size customers!

Love them! The closest to the original Walkstar which was the most comfortable and had a wider fit in the front. Most of the new Fitflop styles lack the support and are way narrow, and I have normal feel! Love the Surfa. I’m going to stock up in case they discontinue. ?

Very comfy. I wear a 9 1/2 or 10, ordered a 9 and they fit perfectly. I have found different styles in this brand run differently. I love the cushion sole. Comfortable toe thong. I ordered another style and a size 9 was way too big keeping the Surfa and sending back the Ringer toe post pair.

This is the most comfortable flip flop I've ever worn, and I was having some plantar fasciitis in one foot. These were that went away soon after wearing these flip flops. one downside, all your other shoes will feel terrible!

These fit wider than a few other FitFlop sandals I have. My foot was swimming in this sandal. The tan sandal on the right is the “Surfa”... you can see the gaps between my foot and the top of the sandal. The green print one is the Arla Glison. The Arla Glison is also a cushier foot bed. I’m keeping those!

I have hip and knee pain on one side and these shoes and slippers make a world of difference. Bare feet and cheaper flip flops were my favorite for years but it’s just not worth the pain. I have some for inside wear and out. Standing at the sink or my raised desk for longer periods is now much better. I am 57 and heavier than I should be, good arches but have always had a ‘toes out’ stance and misaligned ankle position. I thought it was a symptom not a contributor to my back, knee and hip pain. I also have mild scoliosis so that got all the blame. It’s all connected and starting with the ground up is an easy way to begin to help yourself feel better!

I purchased FitFlops a few years back at the recommendation of my podiatrist. I had been suffering from a terrible case of plantar fasciitis and needed sandals. I was also directed not to ever go barefoot -even in my home, so I needed something easy to slip on. I have worn the Lulu leather as well as the Surfa, and both are fantastic. The Surfa are not as high, which I like since I did roll my ankle once in the Lulu. I have now purchased 3 different colors, and they have become my Go To shoe during work from home through the COVID pandemic. I also purchased a backup pair of the pink, since I like the color so much. I highly recommend to anyone needing better support than a standard flip flop. As a note- I am also a 6.5 Extra Wide, which I can never find, so I purchased these in a 7 and they are very comfortable. These are terrific if you have wide feet.

If it were legal to marry a pair of shoes, these would be the perfect match for me. Bring on summer, my feet are ready!

These are my favorite fit flops because the tops are mesh and very comfortable. In addition, the material between the first two toes is made of soft woven fabric instead of leather which increases the comfort level. Of course the soul and the banks are what makes fit flops perfect.

I usually wear a size 8. A number of the reviews for this sandal said they ran big so I ordered two pairs, one pair of size 7 and one of size 8. The pair of 8s fit me perfectly so the size 7s are going back. Super comfortable from the moment I slipped them on. Looking forward to warmer weather so I can wear them all the time.

These Fit Flops feel great! Like a sneaker. I’m struggling w Plantar fasciitis in my heal and I can walk in these all day.

These FitFlops are wonderful. Comfortable and stylish. I have a few pairs and wear them often. I have even worn them at Disney all day and feel great.

I am normally a size 8, but always order one size smaller in fitflops. I have awful, flat feet and these are so comfy.

I usually take a size 9 shoe but these run big and the 8 was perfect. Very nice FitFlop.
