Loved this shoe - FitFlops are the most comfortable shoes but for some reason this model was way too loose fitting - my foot slipped around in it too much, so sending back.

First of all I love Zappos. This pair of Lulu shimmersuede was not as wide as the ones I bought last year which I appreciated. The heel is a little harder than previous ones which disappointed me as I wear these because I have bad knees and they really eased the pain when I walked. I can't wear any of the other newer beautiful Fitflops because of the hardness in the heel. I hope the Lulus are a lasting Fitflop.

Been wearing FitFlops for several years. I have problems with plantar fasciitis and Achilles tendon. These help me to stand and work in the kitchen, shop, run errands. I pretty much wear them everywhere in the warmer months. Very comfortable and my feet last longer in FitFlops!

These are VERY comfy, and pretty stylish too! I bought these for my Florida vacation. I was looking for something that would be comfortable for lots of walking after having foot surgery. These did just the trick! I was worried about them looking too old-ladyish but my husband said they looked good! Score! I hope to get these in more colors in the future!

The Lulu style is great because with the strap crossing high above your instep, it grips your foot well and you can walk in comfort mile after mile!

This is my third pair of fit flops. I live in them during the summer. My back and legs which I have minor problems with, are dramatically better when I am wearing these on a regular basis. I just hiked throughout Israel in them and my feet felt great. Only issue with this pair is that the shimmer suede is a light color. They came with a black smudge on them that I can't get out and they show dirt and water marks and I have not figured out how or if I can clean them. I normally wear and 8.5 but I always get these in an 8 as the 8.5 is very wide and floppy on me and a little too long. I have Medium to slightly narrow feet.

Here's how to get the CORRECT size for these fun little flippies: Go to the Fit Flop website and print the sizing template. Measure your foot. Order the size it says, not the size you think your foot is. I wear a 6 street shoe and a 7 in running shoes and I barely made it size 5 on the template - I was nearly a 4. I threw caution to the wind and ordered the 5 and guess what? It's a perfect fit! These are cute and the toe thong is nice and soft. I appreciate the fact that the strap reaches to far back on your foot as it seems more secure that other flip flops. If I wanted to nitpick, I would like for the strap to be a bit snugger, but because of its location, it never feels like your footwear is about to fall off your foot. The sole is awesome but a tad slick, so be careful on tile or any other hard surface. Great price, super fast shipping. Well done, Zappos!

Love love love! What a great decision to buy these. I have not taken them off since I purchased. They're super comfortable and have really helped with my plantar fasciitis while still being "cute" enough to wear with nicer outfits too.

I have at least 6 pair of these sandals. I have numerous issues with my feet that make it hard for me to walk at times, yet these are the first thing that go on my feet as I step out of bed! The arch support makes a big difference in the ability to wear them all day. I live in these. There is no pinching between the toes, or rubbing. Well worth the money.

These are the softest, most comfortable fit flop sandal upper I've had - and I have plenty. The downside is that the fabric tends to stretch and they became a little sloppy. I kept them and wear them - just be aware.

These are "acceptable" Fitflops. I've been wearing them since the very first Walkstar and found them to be the most comfortable sandal for my foot. However, the product has been inconsistent over the years with many variations of fit and quality which hopefully has been corrected.

Great fit! I own several Fit Flops. I have a weak lower back and these Fit Flops save my back from aching after long days of touring/walking. The cushioned soles are great! This is my second pair of black shimmers, first pair I had for years and the toe area got scuffed from constant wear.

Love, love, love this sandal. FitFlop comes through again.

These Lulu shimmer suede sandals have a different footbed than other Lulus. They were wide enough in the forefoot and fit me well. All the other Lulus I’ve tried are way too narrow, and my little toe and side of foot hang over. The group picture shows two different Lulu styles with a Birkenstock in between for contrast. Lulu black Shimmer suede on the right, and Lulu plain black leather on the left. They are both size 6, and the Birk size 37. Huge difference in both width and feel in the footbed.

Love them. Fit perfectly and such good arch support. I have several pair, but bought this one to wear only in the house.

I have worn FitFlops for the last 10 years. I love how they have a raised foot bed to keep gross city dirt off of my feet. I also love the added support they provide over a standard flip flop - both in the sole and on top. These flops stay on my feet, look somewhat decent, and provide me with comfort to stay on my feet all day long.

How great would the world be if every company emulated Zappos. Superb service and polite people. The sandals were great too - and, thanks to Zappos, I got them quickly and effortlessly. Thank you Z's!!

These are very comfortable sandals. I was concerned that the straps were loose across the top of my foot but because the straps cross higher across your foot, they hold your foot securely. Actually they feel much more secure and comfortable than regular flip flops (eg Reef).

I have had a pair of Fit Flops for 5 years. I love them. I ordered a 2nd pair in March and the thong piece pulled out of the base after only 5 months. The wonderful people at Zappos replaced them and I am hoping that the ones that pulled apart are just an anomaly. Below see photos of my old beat up fit flops with the toe thong still in place...and my brand new one pulled apart. I took them to the Shoe Hospital but they couldn't fix them.

Because I have a wide foot I generally order size 7 in most shoes but for sandals from fit flop I order a 6. They run plenty wide. They have excellent arch support - I have arthritic feet and I can literally live in fit flop shoes and sandals. I have two replaced knees and fit flops have enough cushion that - again - I can literally live in them. And I use the word literallu, literally! The uppers are soft and have just enough shimmer to make them pretty - not sparkley. Highly recommend these sandals and fit flop in general.
